I visited on Saturday April 27th around 430pm. When i walked in it was vsry clean and cool. The cashier said welcome to Hatdees. I asked her were the chicken strips were fresh for my daughter. The cook heard me and said sir i will have you some fresh ones in 16 minutes. The entire time the manager on duty was cleaning and smiling. When our fod was ready the cashier brought it to the table with a smile. I asked her to bring me some extra mayonnaise and ketchup, she replied my pleasure. The steipa were fresh and hot and my combo was amazing. The entire staff should be rewarded. Its sad i have to drive to a different town in order to receive such great service. Thanks guys! The peoples names were Alysia, Tomeka, John and Rico and Mier.

LONG 12 minute wait in LONG drive through line. I Ordered tenders. 2 of the 3 were burnt and nasty and 1 was fine. Idk HOW or why this happened. Very disappointed. In the past their tenders are usually good and I love their honey mustard. I like their onion rings as long as they don't over do them when they are really hard u can hardly eat them , NO. When they are done right their onion rings are good also.

Never get order right. Too busy cutting up to listen to what the customer says and have poor attitude. Find employees who will do the job and serve edible food. Patty burnt, bread like leather and fries that are so greasy its like eating mashed potatoes with oil.

Probably the nicest Hardee's I have ever been in. The Cheesy Garlic fries are way over hyped. I only got them because I had a coupon. Chicken tenders are really good when hot.

We were on our way to Myrtle Beach and we stopped here for a quick bite to eat. I have never had Hardees before but my boyfriend said it was good so we stopped. I wasn't impressed; the food was borderline cold, I had to greet the cashier and even then, I am not sure she said anything, and lastly, the bathroom smelled like pee. Next time, I will go one more exit and go to McDonald's.

Always out of cole slaw. Grease used to fry chicken usually burned (flavor makes chicken taste terrible) rude employees. NOT true at other Hardees I visit. You guys need to hire a manager that has high expectations and requires results. I no longer visit the Marion restaurant, ever. This should be FIXEDParking: Seldom park as I use drive through. BUT, theres no way theres that many handicapped folks in Marion.

My daughter and I both made notation when ordering that I did not want cheese on my, lo and behold I had two slices of cheese on my sandwich. It's a common mistake and it happens to me and I didn't even do turn the sandwich because they were very but it's still not fair to me and just not right that I go through discomfort to be polite and they're just not doing their job 100%..

I counted maybe 7 employees with four working, the place was a mess, several employees sitting at table talking, food order was wrong, all the employees except one looked like they may have been teenagers, just truly awful.

I went a few times service and food was excellent but I went 4 more times since then. One time they gave me a burger instead of chicken tenders . I had to go back and get my correct order they was nice and friendly all human make a error. But I went got 5 piece chicken tender and when I got home it was 2 good chicken go get the other three was niblets where your employee 3 tender and broke into small and also they counted one a size of 50 cent price as a tender I have pictures if you want to see them please reply have also went two get two milkshakes total 7.75 and I get no whipcream so I will not get anymore milkshake over price and no whip cream due to they close they was out

It wasn't busy but they took forever to make orders for customers b4 us. We finally ordered and the cashier didnt know the $5 specials and rang us up for regular meals which cost more. We asked to give the difference back on my card and make the burgers we ordered but the manager cldnt do that and offered to refund the whole transaction and have me swipe my card again. By now our food is cold, we were otw home from the beach and just wanted to grab something we thought was going to be quick but took forever. So i just cancelled everything and got my refund and went elsewhere..there were no apologies what so ever. These fast food places are getting out of hand. This is why i cook at home!

Went in at 6:45pm on a Wednesday evening was told they were out almost every item on the menu. When i found something they were able to make I ordered my sandwich and paid only to find the wrong sandwich in my bag. I turned right around to get the correct sandwich and the employees placed hand written “we’re closed” signs on the window. Safe bet i wont be returning. Hopefully management gets it figured out before yet another marion business closes down.

Customer service was great. Cashier was very friendly and accomodating. The only issue I had was my son's chicken tenders tasted funny like they used old flour or the tenders itself was going bad. We were traveling so I didn't turn around to get it corrected. Other than that everything was great!!

I am so proud of the staff here!!! The breakfast crew is always quick and courteous. I have seen the drive thru have 10 cars waiting and they would get them down in no time!!!! One of the managers, Caroline Williams, is so nice and respectful. I have mad respect for her and her crew. Keep up the great work!!!

I went to your restaurant on Tuesday, Dec. 28th around 7:45. I received excellent food and service. They went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated. I can't remember when I have been treated so good at a fast food restaurant. I don't know about the rest of your employees but last night's shift rocked. They really understand customer satisfaction.

First my biscuit was burned BADLY! Next they left off the cheese on both biscuits and the cinnamon roll hadNo extra icing like I asked for several times. Lastly I wasn't given straws and had to go back and ask for a fork. I understand the way things are but you guys need to understand I won't be back...awful service

One of the few good Hardee's left in America. A great stop to and fro coming from Myrtle Beach are going. Also located near a great Walmart right across the street. Has a great Murphy's across the street that's always very reasonable on gasoline. I think they call this place is the Marion Area. It's right off of 501 on the Highway 76 ramp. They have excellent fresh hamburgers and fried chicken. The staff Sunday afternoon was excellent to me and my wife. On previous occasions the staff has also been excellent. Unlike other establishments they put the toppings on the burgers here. Excellent amount of lettuce tomato pickle and onion. And they always listen and get my order right. And they even have senior and Veterans discounts. Has the three C's of diners and dives which is cleanliness, cost-effectiveness, and great customer service. Keep up the good work. May God be with this country during this terrible time in American history. May you seek your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ daily.

ZERO STARS! My experience was horrible. It started with the long wait to order in the drive thru. Once we reached the ordering station, it was hard to understand what the person was saying due to all the people talking in her back ground. We had to repeat our order to her several times (frustrating). She kept repeating the order of wrong. We ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, 1 onion ring, with 3 teas (nothing special). When we arrived at the window, she still had trouble comprehending our order. We had to repeated our order again! This same employee then shouted to the car behind us asking them what they ordered. (We were the only 2 cars in line. The inside dining area was closed) When we got our order, 1 fry, 1 onion ring, and 1 burger was missing. So I had to go back...ugh! In the end, my onion rings were cold and my chicken sandwich wasn't completely cooked. For these reasons, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We went to the Hardee's in Mullins, SC. It wasn't busy at all. There was 5 people behind the counter having a good time with each other. They acted like they couldn't see us. We stayed 10 minutes with no response. So we just left. Very poor service.
