My pup had so much energy and just kept getting into trouble. I was recommended to try here for doggy daycare and can’t recommend it enough! Henry loves it and every time we pull into the parking lot he goes crazy. He loves everyone there and sometimes at pick up he tries to go back in 😂 recently also tried their grooming service and was very pleased. I showed them a pictures and they called with any questions. They are accommodating, friendly, affordable and most importantly treat my dog like their own (which you can tell my his level of excitement to see them)! Highly recommend!

I love Reidville Pet Salon. My baby Ebony is always well treated and smells wonderful when I pick her up. I was a bit nervous about introducing her to new groomers since she belongs to my daughter but it was the best decision I made. The price is very reasonable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

This place definitely is worth the money seeing as they took care of our sweet Willow Gray for us! She got the whole 9 yards.We also revisited them again so she can become more social with others. They made sure she was taken care of so we will definitely be bringing her back in the future.

This is our dog 9 months after he got a “short haircut” that we requested. Instead he was SHAVED. His hair may never grown back. PITIFUL!!!!😡😡

For the second time my dog smells like pee after being boarded at this establishment. I firmly believe that they are leaving my dog in a kennel all day to sit in her own piss. Plus upon picking her up they were unable to find her belongings and had another pup's belongings in her bag. I have called several times since leaving their establishment to voice my concerns but it just keeps ringing. Safe to say I will never be boarding her with this place ever again. If I could give a zero star review I would.

We had never boarded Ozzy, so we were a bit reluctant to leave him, but our minds were immediately at ease when we arrived at Reidville Road Pet Salon. They were kind and welcoming, the location is neat and clean, and the service is affordable. We opted for a bath and groom while we were away (for our daughter’s wedding weekend), and we were thrilled to see how handsome and happy Ozzy was when we picked him up! We are so happy to have found a reliable place for when we may have another occasion for boarding, but also for grooming services. We highly recommend Reidville Road Pet Salon and Boarding!!

They took great care of my service dog, Layla. I boarded her for a couple of days recently and let her be pampered while we moved. They gave her the works at a great price! Best of all Layla loves going there and I never have to worry when I drop her off!

We were referred to Pet Spa. Winston was long overdue for his first haircut. They did a FANTASTIC job! We’ve since had him at a half and a full day daycare. He seemed to totally enjoy it. Look forward to his first overnight. The facility is well laid out. They thought of EVERYTHING.two thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻

Riley just loves him some Hannah :) He is so happy to see her and the rest of the staff every time he goes to puppy day care. They are so great with him and have really helped him with his socializing skills. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for him.

I called the salon on Thursday to request an appointment to get my Great Dane groomed. The lady said we can get her in on Saturday. She said bring her in between 9-10. And I did I dropped her off @ 9:45 this morning. She said we will call you when she done. I did some running around to do and had lunch with a friend. At 2:00 I still hadn’t heard anything from them. So I decided to stop by to check her status since it was on my way home. I was told after having her for 4 hours “we haven’t started on her yet.” She said we will try and get to her soon? I said, “No I will be taking her with me now.” I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. No news (phone call) is not always good news. Check on your fur babies.

Amazing. My first time taking my dog to a new groomer and I was more than pleased. She had not had a cut in months and at times she can be a little temperamental. Not only was her hair cut so cute the price was very reasonable. Dooney will definitely be back!

Groomer was really nice and was so good with my lil yorkie. She done an excellent job with him. She explained that he didn’t like the dremmel used on his nails so she just clipped them which he was okay with. She even commented on how calm and laid back he was with his grooming. Will definitely be taking him back to her.
