Lynelle (the lady working the registers up front) was extremely helpful. I bought a few things and needed $20 back. I asked her if I could get the $20 in ones and she said “yes! The $20 was for a birthday present. I was ecstatic that she had the $20 in ones. I told her “thank you” over and over. She was so polite and courteous. I will definitely keep going back to this location. Customer service is clearly very important to her! Thank you again Lynelle!!

Had a great experience at this CVS! Had to move my RX’S from Walgreens due to not having insurance at the moment (new job). From the first time I talked to Jonathan to get my prescriptions transferred from the time I picked up my prescriptions everything was amazing! I wish I could remember the girls name that checked me out but she was so very helpful she found me the cheapest prices and it didn’t seem to bother her at all. At Walgreens it was like pulling teeth to get something done. I am now a forever customer of CVS in Moore, even when I do get insurance!!! They have a great team!!!

I've given this place chance after chance. I've gone to several cvs locations but this has to be the worst location I have ever encountered. I never thought I'd have to give a pharmacy a low rating but this one doesn't even deserve one star. If u can avoid getting your prescription filled here please do so. Someone really needs to investigate the way this pharmacy is ran.

This is the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I prefer the Walgreens across the street but my insurance makes me go to CVS. If you call them you will be on hold for twenty or thirty minutes every time but when you are in the store near the Pharmacy you hear the phone ringing non stop with no one ever answering it. They all seem like they would rather be doing anything else. Theirs always four of them back there and only two are helping customers. And it doesn’t matter how long the line is the sense of urgency never changes. My wife went the other day to get a prescription for my daughter. She’s adopted and therefore gets first choice Medicaid. The girl at the counter told my wife the insurance wasn’t any good there. My wife went to the car and called Medicaid. They in turn called the pharmacy to tell them what the problem was. My wife went back in to be told the same thing by the same girl. Then one of the other ladies back there said that she had talked to Medicaid. I mean do they not even communicate.

I had surgery and needed my pain medication. The doctor ended up sending in more because of my pain level. The tech told me I couldn't pick up until 6pm (The medication was sent in around 11am). My husband arrived at 6:30 to get my meds. The pharmacist told him he would have to wait until the next day to pick them up. My husband proceeded to tell them that when I called earlier they told him 6:00 p.m. The pharmacist gave him an attitude and said that she never spoke to me about this and that I shouldn't be on this much pain medication. Please note that the pharmacist had no idea why I was on medication or that I had surgery. She then proceeded to ask my husband if I needed all this pain medication because I had a baby. Not sure why this was any of her business because she is not my doctor, but the unprofessionalism and attitude from not only this pharmacist but the multiple people from other times I've come here, is insane. My husband said they acted like they were snotty girls from a click in high school that all started to work together.

Dropped off prescription on sunday and was told 24 hrs. Came back and they couldn't find it. Then they said its because its a dog and we didnt have his info. I said you could have called me or the vet. Now ive been here 25 mins and waiting on them to fill it. If the girl that took the original prescription took my info we wouldnt have had this problem. I will not come back here unless I absolutely have to.

The worst pharmacy. I’m sure they all are like this now, but it’s ridiculous the hoops you have to jump through just to get a prescription. They tell you a time your medication is going to be ready and it’s never ready on time. Then you have to transfer your prescription to another location. I understand times are rough and it’s hard to keep/get employees but, sending people back and forth and not trying to resolve the issue is not cool or good business. I really wish I could find an alternative.

Went to CVS today I can’t remember the guys name that checked me in but he was the only one helpful during the visit. I went in for a Cough, chest congestion, cold chills, and sweats, but not one test was performed and just said I had a virus. Joy was the rudest pharmacist that I have ever been in contact with once he seen my disabled veteran ID he started with an attitude and then said they will be a copay for your subscription. I told him that the nurse just took down all the information provided and no co pay was required. He then proceeded to tell me I would have to contact the VA and get him more information than the authorization codes that was given. I have never been more disrespected than I was by Joy the Manager of this location. No subscription was filled either it’s like he didn’t want to help me because it was standard insurance. If was required to pay a co-pay I would have gladly did it but the previous 2 phone calls said I didn’t have one. I will use a different pharmacy from this point further, and will no longer use CVS.

This is literally the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. If you want to wait for an hour for an already filled prescription, and be treated rudely by staff this is your place.The staff refused to enter my prescription savings card (which I do every time and takes 2 seconds of effort) and told be it would take him over an hour so I would have to come back later after them already taking a DAY to fill the prescription.

The pharmacy staff is so friendly and always a joy at the through!Marc is another reason we enjoy going there, the other day I was picking up my wife's meds and without mentioning me, he said, "you have 1 med ready if you would like it today"I told him that's why we come here, it's' because of your personal care like no other!

This is a good drug store as long as you don't need a prescription filled! The workers are HORRIBLE & hateful and talk to the customers like they are STUPID! I quit CVS A LONG TIME AGO but moved to a new area and needed a prescription filled. I gave them a 6 month trial run just to be disappointed AGAIN! I will never spend another dime in one anywhere EVER AGAIN!!!

Hands down the worst pharmacy there is. The techs do not want to do their jobs, they refuse to look up information in their global system to see if other CVSs have the prescription if they don't. They would rather the patient call around instead of them doing their jobs.

CVS pharmacy is the main reason we go here. They are normally very busy but staff is very nice and helpful with her exception of one young employee. She has consistently been short and unwilling to help my past 4 visits. You can't judge a business by this because it's everywhere. But i will try my best not to get in line at her register in the future. I chose not to complain because he'll is very hard to find. As long as I get the Rxs we need that's really all that matters.. even though it would make life better if she had a different attitude 🤷♂️

Slowest CVS ever. I understand that it's a busy sick season, but my daughter got called in a prescription for her ear infection at 2pm today and it is currently almost 7pm and my husband is still there waiting for them to fill it. Now my daughter will only be able to get one dose in today and that will delay how quickly she starts getting some relief. We can't wait 5 hours for prescriptions for our sick children. Will not use them anymore.

I went in to swap out two items and the person at the front desk had the poorest customer service skills I have ever seen. They were extremely rude, sarcastic and condescending. You will have a better customer service interaction using the self check out. To top it all off, they didn't have a name tag on. So now I don't even have a name to reference. I will be taking my business elsewhere for my normal and pharmaceutical purchases.

The pharmacy at this location is horrendous. Between misfiling insurance to being rude and dismissive I do not know how anyone there is employed. Avoid at all cost unless you want to be talked down to by a group of individuals whose combined IQ is in the single digits.

We had an emergency where someone in our family had taken too many allergy pills. My husband ran to the pharmacist to ask them what they advised. We just didn't know... should we go to ER? We had no idea. Pharmacist was rude as we explained the situation, she refused to speak to us until my husband put a mask on.. this pharmacy is impossible to get in touch with on the phone as well. I know they're swamped but so is every other pharmacy. I see the pharmacist at Ingles always smiling and Publix pharmacy is always helpful AND WAY CHEAPER. The rest of the staff is nice enough, sometimes kind of rude, but it really is the worst CVS. The bathrooms are usually really filthy also. I would prefer to go to the one in Woodruff, they're wonderful there. There's one in Fountain Inn that's lovely, organized, clean, friendly. I will keep using this CVS because of the coupons and proximity, and I still have to pick up my grandmother's Rx here, but I'd prefer to use a different CVS.

By far the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Every month, there are issues with my auto-refill prescription. The staff does not seem to know what they are doing in anyway. People's life depend on taking their medications daily, not sure why its so hard for a pharmacy to do their job correctly to make sure those prescriptions are actually filled when they should be! Lost all hope of CVS- moving my pharmacy to Walgreens.

Pharmacist was kind even though they were very busy but some of the other pharmacy staff I dealt with were rude and not willing to help. I was told my entire order would need to be reprocessed and it would be over an hour wait just because I wanted to use a goodrx coupon and was told I could just pay the cash price instead. I have used CVS in other states/cities for many years but since moving here, I am moving my prescriptions to Ingles where they are willing to apply the discount codes for me as a courtesy and actually care about their customers.

They have alot of turnover. The pharmacy staff does not care how long you wait. They have one speed, slow. No sense of urgency or care for privacy. They ask you repeat your DOB, prescription and name multiple times and loudly. Can you say HIPPA violation. This use to be a great pharmacy 3 years ago...what happened?

This pharmacy is terrible. There were 13 people waiting in line the last time I was there. I sat at the drive_through window 13 minutes and blee the horn no one ever came. When you call they never answer and cannot leave a message. It is awful!! It is very evident they are not provided with the staffing they need to service their customers.

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever, customer service is awful and never have anything ready when they say they will have it. Last week I went and my daughters antibiotics weren’t ready said come back in an hour, come back 2 1/2 hours later and they still didn’t have it ready than they said well we are out of stock but we have it in a box but we aren’t going to unbox stuff till tomorrow afternoon or maybe the next afternoon??? Seriously than they wouldn’t even call it in to another cvs pharmacy they said oh we can’t do that you have to do it yourself yet I did it the last week for something else they had “out of stock”! I’ve finally had enough ✌️ on to a better pharmacy that actually cares about the customer.

Great minute clinic experience.. went to pharmacy and told that the script is still processing you will get text when completed. @ 1048 received text saying prescription is processing, Went to pharmacy @ 1537 and told " sorry we are all out of that medication " btw tried calling twice before that and noone would answer the phone in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff was quick at prescribing my daughters ear drops prescribed by the awesome staff in the minute clinic. Matthew the nurse practitioner in the minute clinic did an awesome job caring for my daughter and after leaving the minute clinic we only waited 10-15 minutes for our prescription at the pharmacy. This is the best CVS I have ever been to!!!

This store is the worst! It is the ultimate in stupidity, incompetence and pathetic or no customer service. Last night I arrived at 8:35 at the drive-thru window. There were only 3 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window at 9:03 they closed it in my face as they close the pharmacy at 9:00. Since the store closes at 10:00, I went in inside and told the manager about my experience. She never apologized or anything. When I asked for a contact for a district manager or the next level up from the store, she said that she did not have any contact names ( an obvious lie). This store closes its' window all the time (even in daytime hours), loses prescriptions, doesn't have things ready on time, etc. and they just do not care. This place is an absolute 0.

Prescription was sent from urgent care for a minor. Upon arrival, they failed to fill the prescription, as they decided to close early that day. They said they found the prescription and sent to another pharmacy, I spent three hours to find out they never sent it. When contacted them again the following day, I was told that they never sent it there, and they have not found it in the system at all. It took me a month to prove that they have the prescription and make them dig it out of their system, and fill it. I had to home medicate my child because of this pharmacy failures

Friendly front store staff and pharmacy staff. I took my child to the minute clinic and had awesome service from the nurse practitioner Matthew and his nurse Cindy. The pharmacy was quick in filling the prescription sent by the minute clinic and the front store cashier Ryan was very helpful in directing me to an item I was looking for. I will definitely be back to this location when I need to see a doctor or need a prescription for me and my family!
