This Ace is newer to our area. They have a wonderful team here and they are always willing to help! Prices are a bit high but hey, it's ACE, they will be but the product quality is never a let down so it's acceptable to me.

Worst customer service for the way too many workers. (10 workers 5 customers) I don't know how they are making any money or customers will even want to come back. We'll wait another day to go to Wellford Johnson's Ace Hardware.

It's so convenient to have a local Ace but their in-stock position is really hemorrhaging. Twice in the last couple of weeks, website says in-stock-available in 15 minutes. You get there and they're out.

This is a great local hardware store with good service! I had a problem with a coupon, and the manager was more than happy to fix it and treated me very kindly.

I’m leaving a 1 not because of the store. The store was wonderful!! Briana however was horrible. I called to see if there was some plumbing stuff called Rooto. She put me in hold for about 3 minutes and came back and said the had none in stock. However, I was in the Ace Hardware website and it told me it was in stock and I could pick it up tomorrow. I needed it today because my tub wasn’t draining. So I drive 10 minutes across town to see if it was there. Beholdddddd - there was not just one bottle but like 20 bottles. I get that it was 7 pm and you might want to go home but if you work in retail and you work in customer service then you should at least be honest. When I brought it to the counter she just looked at me like she knew I was the one who called. Yes. Yes I did call. Yes, you told me you had none but yet here I was buying it. Thanks for not helping!!!

I habe to say the store is hugh. But the staff are super attentive & very nice. I have ace hardware in my area that I shop at often. But never once was I asked if I wanted to sign up for the rewards. I come here & the young lady asked me. Thank you I appreciate it

Was double charged ! I can’t believe the manger on duty Sat. Couldn’t remove one of the charges!? I told the girl it was approved. It said approved, but she had to charge it again. DISCRUNTLED!! Ok my account was double charged and the refund will process up to 5 days. That’s tuff on a 3rd week check. I just wanted to reach out. My bank said I should. Absolutely no problem. And I will continue to shop there. Tell the cashier I said sorry! No harm no foul!!

Almost every time I have gone in, there is someone at the front that directs you to what you need. Love it!Also, they have people in the isles that can answer questions. Love it!So much better than wandering around the big box stores looking for ANYONE to hep you.Check out is a breeze.Great store!

Great store! Very clean, well merchandised and easy to find products. Plenty of staff working and more than helpful when we had questions. Better than all of that may be the location... I live about 2 miles away- anytime I can avoid driving all the way to Spartanburg is a great time!

This is like the Chick-fil-A of hardware stores.I just can’t get over how awesome their customer service is. They go above and beyond anything I’ve seen in retail - for example, I was looking for a grill part that was out of stock and one of the employees offered to pick it up from a nearby store the next day because it was “on their way”. I have never seen service like that anywhere else.

Wonderful little hardware shop. I bought a STIHL BR 600 here. Staff is friendly and helpful. I shop here all the time. One big issue is the inaccuracy of items being available, I have called here twice for a specific item, they tell me they have it in stock, and then I show up and they are out. But otherwise a good store.

Beautiful store so much to check out getting in there was difficult I passed the entrance going to it you have to go into the pharmacy entrance and turn there ( being distracted by my hollering kids in the back seat didn't help much lol) but great store when I have time I will be going back to check out all their merch
