Our dog is 16 years young, and a Maltese Pekinese mix. He sometimes looks rough with his long hair, and it can look crazy, but this business made me feel welcome, and did not judge his rough look before he became this adorable little pup again!!!!! Kami at Woof Gang has been grooming our two large goldendoodles since the Moncks Corner location opened and she is absolutely fabulous! The boys love her and always come home smelling so fresh (& it lasts awhile!) and with the perfect doodle cuts. They play hard and can be a mess by the time they get to her, but she always handles them like an absolute professional and gets them looking perfect. Also...she is a master at giving them the cutest paws, like perfect little puffs!

The staff at Woof Gang are so caring and professional. We brought our newly rescued 9 year old dachshund in for grooming. Milo wasn't very happy but they took their time making him comfortable. They did a fantastic job with grooming! His coat is so shiny and nails look great too. The pricing is very reasonable. They also were quite knowledgeable about the breed and shared ideas with us. Lots of goodies in their store area as well. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Because of major hand surgery I have been unable to brush my little Mandy.(miniature Pomeranian) I called and texted 4 different Groomers with no response back. I called Woof Gang and spoke to a wonderful lady. We got an appointment for Mandy set up. When I dropped her off with Mackenzie I felt very comfortable with her. I just picked up my Fur Baby and she looks Amazing. Everyone at Woof Gang was super nice, Mandy has a new “Family “.

I am not a reviewing person, but THIS PLACE DESERVES A REVIEW!!!!As any golden retriever owner probably knows, allergies are no fun in this state. My boy suffers severely from being allergic to practically everything. He is 100+ lbs, a calmer boy but a big dog nonetheless so some groomers just do not care to take the time and properly groom him.Lauren is the absolute best groomer I have ever used or met. She takes her time and pays attention to every single detail each time she grooms my fur baby. This place is just the absolute best, not only did he get the most handsome tie, they made me a PERSONALIZED christmas ornament!! I will forever swear by WoofGang and Lauren, please go check them out & get your pup a mud bath!!!

This place is okay until you have a cause for concern or complaint and then the excuses from everywhere starts coming out. From Lauren to her manager Melanie just full of passiveness and deflection! My daughter picked up our puppy yesterday after his grooming appointment and had hair all over her and her car after his appointment. I told her she should have turned around and took him back. She called instead and the young lady answered and stated Lauren said she forgot to blow him off after the grooming and that she apologized! Lauren later called stating she didn’t say that and continued with “IF” there was hair that it had to be a small amount! Really?? Deflection!!!She also added that our dog sheds! Not!! We personally picked him because he doesn’t shed and if so it is bare minimum, non-existing. The manager Melanie implied that my daughter always has a complaint! We knew that to be a blatant lie as this was her FIRST time picking him up. Typically in the past either myself or my other daughter has retrieved him. We had an issue the very first time but no additional complaints until yesterday. There were updates or inquiries as to how the grooming appointment went but that was it. Melanie preceded to say that every time we came there that there was a complaint notated on the account. Again another blatant lie because I personally picked up our baby the last couple of times prior to this appointment and left a tip. THE LIES! THE LIES! I will NOT utilize this place again! Very unprofessional and ZERO accountability!Very disappointing to say the least!The continuous lies!!!!! I never said he wasn’t difficult, hence why Lauren offered to handle it. She would give report that he did well but now your altered documentation says other wise! I am not upset about finding another groomer, the lies are the issue for me.Lastly, are we overlooking the fact that someone admitted that Lauren stated she failed to blow the trim hair off after she trimmed him. Why Lie!

This is the cutest, most unique and personalized little pet store and grooming facility I’ve ever used. They have a fantastic array of healthy products for any pup. My dogs love their snacks and I even got a birthday cake and crown for one of my dogs who just had his 15th birthday! Their grooming services are impeccable - the staff is so friendly and helpful that my dogs (even the anxious one) took to them in an instant. I highly recommend them to all dog owners who need grooming services and healthy treats and food.

They have a good assortment of treats and fresh foods for your pup. They also carry some fun collars and bandanas which my golden particularly enjoys. She’s a fancy lady.

I recently adopted a cocker spaniel and after having labs my entire life, realized I needed a groomer. Luckily enough, Woof Gang opened up about 5 minutes from my house. I took Hela to get her first groom a few months ago and our groomer, Lauren did a great job! Hela loves her and gets to excited to see her every time so I know and trust that they take such great care of her when she's there and she always looks so great for weeks! Highly recommend this specific Woof Gang, especially Lauren.

I want to express how much I appreciate Melanie and the rest of the staff at this location. I bring two mini Goldendoodles every 3 weeks for full grooms and they always look great. They also love everyone on staff, which is different from another place I went to before (they were scared of the groomer and never wanted to go back there).This past time I called the day before their appointment to let them know my dogs couldn't make it because my youngest pup was in the ER with a serious condition. The front desk at woof gang was super accommodating and got me rescheduled for a week later with a different groomer because Melanie was fully booked. I'm always nervous handing them to someone new, but she was reassuring and communicative and did a great job. The front desk rep asked as I was walking in if Lucy was ok, which was so nice. Then as the other groomer took her I heard a voice from the back saying "OMG Lucy, are you ok??? We were so worried!". It was Melanie.I say all of this to say that I think they truly do care here and I'm so thankful. It's a bit of a drive for me to come to this location, but it's absolutely worth it. I recommend them to everyone.

I’ve used two different groomers here and both have been great with my dogs, most groomers have my dogs petrified and fearing for their life when I pick them up, but they are always so happy and look great when I pick them up here.

UPDATE: I always have a pleasant experience when I take my Auggie there. Both Rachel and Kami are so friendly and welcoming. Kami does a great job on Auggie's nails and ears. I'm excited for this summer when I bring him in for his 1st bath with Kami. This company is truly amazing 😍.I brought my reactive dog there 2x for shopping and exposure to different sights and smells. Both young ladies were absolutely amazing. They were very respectful and kind. I made sure my guy had his muzzle on and they welcomed us with open arms. The most recent visit a mom came in to pick up her girl and the young lady(I think she said her name was Rachel) politely informed me that a dog was coming out of the grooming area so I could step out the way so both dogs didn't get stressed. The experience was pleasant and refreshing. Most people have no experience with reactive dogs.

First grooming experience at the beginning of the summer was great. However the second, a couple of weeks ago was pretty bad. My dog had random long hairs all over, underneath his legs in his “armpits” the hair had not been cut at all. He had a really long patch of hair on his chin. I don’t remember which groomer we had each time, but we will not be back for grooming again as I am extremely worried we will have an experience like the second cut again.
