Tracy the cashier deserves a raise!! I haven’t had my reward part work for 6 months. She took the time to figure out why. Turns out whoever entered my zip code entered it in wrong. The customer before me noticed how pleasant she was and thought she was the manager. Nope she said, just a cashier who loves her job. You don’t really see that anymore. Thank you Tracy it didn’t go unnoticed!

I tried to drop off a package weighing 50lbs and was refused by the staff. The supervisor informed me that they can only accept packages up to 55lbs but claimed they didn't have a scale. The staff based their decision off of whether a smaller woman around 5ft tall could lift the package alone while the other to woman stood there watching. FedEx may consider lowering their limitations to accommodate for the staff's limitations. If the staff cannot manage to meet the requirements or properly utilize team members to achieve a goal, change might be required to reflect a more competent staff and a better customer experience.

I've had good experience with the retail part of the Walgreens. I've always gotten good customer service there. In the pharmacy section they are so rude. When I have called to speak to people on the phone they don't know what they are doing and they are incredibly rude. When I have gone in person they have been very rude to myself and others. Everyone in the pharmacy, excluding the pharmacist, doesn't actually know what they are doing. I'll usually call to have prescriptions refilled so I can quickly pick them up. There has been multiple occasions where I called to have it filled and still had to wait 30min-1hr. The wait time is outrageous there. I've had such a poor experience with this pharmacy I am considering switching to a new one even though it's farther away.

I understand that it isn't the Walgreens fault my medication is out of stock but what I don't like is the fact that they labeled it out of stock, 6 days ago, then just now on Saturday cancelled the order due to being on back order. My doctor office doesn't open until Monday so now I have to wait a grand total of 8 days for my medication which could have been avoided if someone had called and sent a message saying they will not likely have it in stock by Friday. If that was done I could have had time to call my doctor and get my script sent elsewhere. Now I cannot due to their negligence

Terrible pharmacy service. I have been back an fourth with then and the doctors and they can't seem to get my sons inhaler. They keep telling me they can get the off brand which is fine but 3 months later still no inhaler. They even had me transfer my son meds to get it filled else just to run into the same problem. They offer absolutely no help.

Horrible wait times via phone or in store at pharmacy. Either wrong information provided or lack of information offered. The only great experience I have had was when the actual pharmacist happened to answer. The was great!

Alright, I hate to leave bad reviews but this pharmacy wanted to charge me $1100 for prescription that is on my plan. When I called my online pharmacy they gave me instructions on how Walgreens should forward the prescriptions to them. They refuse. So now I have to go back to my doctor and have them send in new prescriptions. My advice is to switch over to CVS or Delta if you are in Moncks Corner.

Absolutely 0 Stars! Google made me put 1! Went to pick up medication for severe foot swelling called in by my provider today. Now, this pharmacy staff has been slack with long lines as of late that I have patiently waited each time. This evening knowing how slack and their lack of customer care and concern, I checked the website for hours and called to back that up. Low and behold. After I drive 15 minutes with an extremely swollen and highly painful foot, they have temporary pharmacy hours posted. They closed at 7pm and it is now 730pm. POST YOUR TEMPORARY HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE & YOUR PHONE PROMPTS. Real Frontline workers care for their patients/customers,, but this pharmacy falls well short!!

Sometimes people are just not nice and it's sad, you'll go in this store thinking it's a clean store with great customer service. But things can be deceiving and sad part is. It is what these employees signed up for to work with the public, to work with people. It's the manager Maryann she's very rude and her side kick Jordan that makes it very uncomfortable ask them a question and they'll look at you like you got got poop on your face. It's not even that serious.

I have Bern going to Walgreens close to where I live for about now 14 years .The staff has always been great & friendly .The last 3 times I have been ,they have a new cashier & when I go shopping I am never in a hurry ,but this cashier basically is trying to hand me my bags ,even before I have paid .I am trying to get out my bank card & try to get the bags with one hand & one thing I don't like is to be rushed .She never smiles until right before one is finally got there bags ,paid for everything & I am trying to put the bags in the cart & only then will she say have a good day .Hello my day was going great till I was rushed to pay & grab my bags. Not one time has she ask me if I would like to use my Walgreens reward points & I thought maybe the first time she was just having a bad day ,we all do ,but then the 2nd time & now this last time it was the same ,Being rushed & I finally said is it OK if I take my time ,& not feel rushed .I understand there are others in line & some are in a hurry .I mean the lady behind me only had like 3 items & I let her go ahead of me & then there was no one else behind me at that moment, then I get a lady behind me & between the cashier rushing me & the lady behind me stating I am in a hurry am I going to be much longer ? Really. All I know is that everyone else that works at Walgreens even in the pharmacy, or photo dept.are always smiling & never ever rush me .I am going to say this, if your in a hurry & it's right before the holidays are right after the first of the year ,please be prepare to not be in a hurry or rush a customer. I will continue to shop at this Walgreens for the have everything clearly mark especially if your using your OTC card & as far as I know Walgreens is the only place that has OTC items marked so it makes it very easy to shop & not stand there asking over & over is this OTC covered ? So for this thank you Walgreens for making shopping with our OTC card much easier. Also please inform the cashiers to not rush the customer & ask if we would like to use our reward points .Oh yes please give us time to use our coupons & & when there is a copy on the item that clearly says $2 off right then please take the coupons. If I wasn't rushed or being rush I could have saved myself like $8 that day .

The pharmacist could not tell me over the phone whether or not they had my rx in stock. I use this pharmacy often and have called several times in the past for the same information with success. I call because it is frequently out of stock. I asked if I may speak to someone else, but the girl became extremely rude and dismissive and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else.

Went to the register and ask for help for the perfume counter the lady said I will call someone I waited no one showed up finally after she checked everyone out then she said can I help you if she would have said that to start with I would have understood the situation but she called nobody showed up someone not doing their job and I wasn’t waiting no free perfume i had to pay what happened to customer service if the employees have and issue with management don’t punish me if you don’t have any customers the store will close its just that simple

First off I’d like to state that I was forced to rate a star to submit my review, however this is a “ooo” review. On September 20, 2022 I tested positive for Covid. After notifying my doctor, he had located the medicine needed, unfortunately not at Delta Pharmacy, but only at CVS and Walgreens in Moncks Corner. I chose one so to get my medicine. But boy did I choose the wrong one, being Walgreens!!! Attempted to call the pharmacy by way of “robots” and “audiomation.” First call failed. 2nd call finally reached a pharmacist; (who hung up on me!!) by accident???? 🤔Third try got me thru again only to find out it would be 6pm before my meds would be ready. Only a 5 hr wait. I arrive at drive thru at 6pm sharp. (Avoiding exposure of my Covid to the public by not going inside.) 4 vehicles ahead of me and 4 to the opposite lane. Several behind me and many giving up and leaving. 40 minutes later I manage to get to the window along with a vehicle in the other lane who was in line maybe 10 minutes. To my surprise the employee in the window chose to serve him 1st!! When I finally was served, she asked if I had any questions. I said “no” but that I did have a statement. I let her know she was wrong for the order in which she was serving people!! Got not even an apology! Needless to say; “There’s no place like Delta Pharmacy” Michael J. Smart

What horrible pharmacy service! I've called several times... been willing to wait my turn cause I understand being busy. After 26 minutes, I was told I was next in line. After 8 more minutes, call was disconnected. I called main number and she said all she could do was connect me to pharmacy again and then did not... she put me on hold and then hung up on me. This is not how you treat customers and explains the 2.8 star rating.

I was on hold for 35 mins to speak with the pharmacist about a medication refill that was sent. I got hung up on. This is not the first time this has happened! Also I shouldn’t have to tell you how to fill my prescription if I don’t have insurance and never had used insurance for this medication I should not have to tell the pharmacist this every time! They are extremely slow all the time. Even when you walk in they don’t even look at you. So rude and a waste of time!

They are the least caring pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I had a b12 nasal prescription that was on auto re fill. For 2 year. I received it less than 1 third of the time as it was never in stock. Complained several times the only answer I got was ok. Now I have to pay $700 for that prescription that I couldn’t get when it was free. So I had to change to shots. They have never included the needles and have had to make 2nd trips each time. So today I explained it again and I got another saccharine sweet “ok”.this is just 1 instance, asi am an organ recipientand have multiple medications. Thee pharmacist or their assistance are very blasé about peoples health concerns. Very sad. Will be moving to another more informed ,caring pharmacy.

It’s the 4th of July and I phoned the store to ask what time do they close. First the woman answered like it was her home, second it seemed like she was a little bothered that she has to work today. The lady told me the time the store closed, I replied thank you, she just hung up in my ear. Whoever this woman is truly needs a personal 7 day training on customer care! 🙄

Very busy at times, all pharmacist are great but one. She's blonde. Broke my ribs couldn't wait long they got me taken care of fast. But they frequently misread my glucose test prescription and bill to wrong insurance and my doctor and I have to argue with them to get it right!

I've been going to this Walgreens since they opened. My husband and I have both been pleased with the pharmacy, except for the always changing staff. But they've been very helpful over the years, and have greatly improved over the last year. The store itself is another story. Although they offer just about anything you could imagine, they are constantly changing the aisles. Just when you think you know where something is, it's either moved, or been replaced with another product. And the staff changes about as much as we change our underwear. That doesn't say a whole lot for the store. Although it's convenient, it's worth the time to shop at Wal-Mart, and save at least 25%! On everything.

Pharmacy gives false information about prescriptions and insurance. I’m guessing they “assume,” customers are ignorant to medication protocols, or that the customer is not in the medical field as well. Very rude tech. Get your facts correct. You are not the customer’s doctor. Work on your customer service, and educate yourself about what you are telling patients.

Actually the only thing bad about the Walgreens in Moncks Corner South Carolina is that getting your prescription filled can sometimes be a headache. I'm also thinking about changing to another Pharmacy

This pharmacy is terrible. I don’t know why you have only two workers in the pharmacy, because it makes your service absolutely terrible. If you want to pick up your prescription, be prepared to wait over 20 minutes (inside or in the drive thru) just to make it to the counter to pick it up. This place needs to be shut down.

Walgreens in Moncks Corner is deplorable. Drive thru times are too long. Pharmacists have poor attitude . . . Went in there to pick up pictures they didnt have them ready and when speaking to the customer service person--he much rather spend time training the girl next to him than helping me. They dont really deserve a 1 star more like 1/2 star. The company needs to work on customer skills.

Helpful and friendly staff. Sale prices are more expensive than Wal-Mart's regular pricing. Note this store is NOT OPEN 24 hrs.Watch the pharmacy on covered prescriptions. They often will say your new prescription is not covered and charge full price when infact it is covered. Check with your insurance company before paying full price.

Pharmacy the slowest ever-not enough employees? Can not get an answer about a charge-get passed to someone who never answers the phone-Can get scripts through the mail almost as fast! Wish I had a choice of where to shop!
