The two ladies that were there while I was there were both amazing! I overheard that the rest of the employees were "somewhere else". Maybe it's under staffed (like most places these days because of greedy corporations). That isn't those ladies fault. Sometimes the line is very long but usually the folks that work the register are quick and officiant. They even offered some help with my heavy bag of bird feed. I would and will go there again.

I found out last night that the dog food we purchased from here a couple weeks ago has a recall on it for salmonella. I made a call to Consumer Affairs about the situation and they instructed me to carefully dispose of the food and contact the store where I purchased for an exchange or refund. I then placed a call to the store where that transaction happened. I was put on the phone with the manager Vanessa Brown. She stated that they were not aware of any recall and that she would have to reach out to someone to get more information on the situation. I stated that I would call back in 30 minutes, which I did. Ms. Brown answered the phone I let her know who I was and her response was “there’s no recall” and I said are you serious? Her response to me was that there was no recall and they would do nothing to replace the food. I then decided to call TSC Corporate. They were much more helpful, the person who I spoke with Page stated that I was correct and a GoogleSearch is all that it would have taken for the manager to see. They resolved the issue at the corporate level, this person is not well versed in “customer service “ It’s sad that a manager acts in this manner. Truly disappointing that they don’t care about my animals or myself as a customer.

My ducks are Bonnie(female, yellow 🦆), Clyde(male, brown 🦆), and 4 baby chickens are Red, Curly, Taz, and Gritz!! They are happy, energetic, healthy and LOVE their watermelon bowls!!Edit: They are growing too fast no more watermelon bowls as they are too big now but they LOVE the watermelon we gave them!Random but Awesome fact: If you pull a ducks tail, a Hard & Loud quack is female and a Soft & Rough quack is male; hence the names Bonnie & Clyde! Found it on Google.

Went and had my 100 lb propane tank filled. The attendant overfilled it and I lost about 6 lbs of propane before the relief valve quit leaking. I don't think he had any training on his job.

Pretty much your standard tractor supply Co. They have live chicks, I think it was four varieties. Clothing section has a lot of Carhartt and some kids clothes as well. It's located right after the Walmart plaza.

My family and I went in today. The cashier I think her name was Aulaura. I hope I have it right. If not I want the right one to get recognized. My daughter commented on her earrings. She took them off and gave them to my daughter. It made her day. Thank you so much

Great store. Pet friendly and friendly staff. Has lots of over the counter meds for animals (dewormer, flea treatment, ect) Also has unique items, great for birthday gifts for all ages. From clothes to Bb guns to color changing fire flames. Store is always well stocked and clean.

Tub was clogged. Hair from previous visits everywhere. Stocked well with supplies, and everything worked well. So other than being dirty, it was OK. Only $10, so I'm not expecting resort level service.

Normally love tractor supply and the customer service is good, even great. Having said that, we had a bad experience today but still spent over $200 there, probably for the last time. The manager, (I was told he was the manager by one of the employees present), was chatting with two other employees AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. And when we requested assistance with puppy vaccines he told us we would have to wait. And wait we did. He told me we all have to work together and (or something to that affect) he needed to update his staff on what was going on today. I asked him why customers had to wait for him to have a meeting. He responded that everything needed to run smoothly. Just my opinion but it doesn't seem to run smoothly when you have three employees standing at the customer service desk talking and customers are waiting. I had already searched the store there was no one else available to help me.

Ordered a gun safe and paid the extra $200 for home delivery. Was told to expect delivery between 10 and 2pm. Had to take the day off and round up friends to help. The tracking they offer is completely worthless and here it is 3pm with not a word from anybody. Update: Safe arrived at 4:pm. Refused delivery due to damage. Lots of deep scratches.Update - Tractor Supply came through for me. Picked one up from the store instead of having it delivered. Full refund on the first attempt including price for delivery. Many thanks to all involved from the Moncks Corner store.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT BUY BABY CHICKS FROM HERE unless you don't mind getting the opposite of what you paid for. We have came to this exact location 2 times to purchase baby chicks. The first time we got what we bought. 4 FEMALE chickens. Well my wife and kid wanted more so about 5 weeks later, we go and buy what we thought were 4 females again, since they came out of the female only cage and little do we know, WE HAVE A FREAKING ROOSTER!!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Besides this, they didn't even know what type of chickens they had!! We bought a mixed flock. We thought they were as marked (ameraucana) but nah, they're Plymouth rock chickens. I will take this as a lesson learned the hard way and I should have done like I was told and went to a REPUTABLE COMPANY that knows what they're doing. We did NOT want a rooster and therefore we had to get rid of him.

I wanted to shout out that he was great and deserves a raise and promotion not only was super helpful in locating the perfect product for me but he came right out and helped load this beast of a safe into the back of my truck thanks again Tyler!!!

Always have a great experience at this and every tractor supply I have been in but I would like to see them open as early as they used too and close earlier if need be due to staffing shortages the clientele that frequent tractor supply is up and at em not up all night

Love this place I spend way to much here. As of updating this review for 2022 the place is still amazing! They're definitely not competitive on pricing but they have everything you need to get out of a pinch and a lot of unique items. If you have livestock of any kind having this place close is a must have.

FYI I have another review further down…So today I go in there and not only do they have a history of being consistently out of things I needed in the pesticide/herbicide /sprayer accessories aisle (among other areas)… Now they have completely gutted that aisle and no longer even carry a lot of the things needed to properly outfit a sprayer. Replacement parts and fittings that are necessary are gone as well as some of the boom sprayer replacement nozzles. This is the only place in the area that carries these type of things. They have the sprayers for sale in the center of the store but do not have the necessary stuff to upkeep them. I asked an associate and she said they had more nozzles over on the welding aisle turns out they were pressure washer nozzles🙄“Tractor Supply” I think not. The name is a lie.This place is slowly becoming a small town version of Petsmart with some lawn and garden stuff. That is what they are mainly marketing towards.This Moncks corner store is the only store that I have these issues with. The Manning store has way more ag business and they are always well stocked with the items needed. Even the Summerville store does better at being well stockedThe Moncks Corner store has gone from bad to worse. It’s gotten to the point where I will have no choice but to go up to the Manning store to do my shopping. Pretty sad that I have to drive almost 50 miles to get something that should be carried in the Moncks Corner store! Thanks a lot tractor supply👎👎👎They’re going to put some generic response on here like “we are so sorry please call our customer service line” I did that before never even got a call (as promised) to discuss past issues from the district manager. They don’t care about their customers.

Great store. I love the selection and it feels a little nostalgic like an old time feed store complete with everything you need for the farm or your vehicle. They have a sizeable selection of clothing along with footwear and some toys for the kids. I noticed a new section today with home decor from Trisha Yearwood.

Love this store!! Doggies got all their shots up to date, plus they have the option to use their self-service grooming/wash area?!?!!!! PLUS, the awesome supply of pet foods, gear, and pet stuff!!! This place is awesome. Great prices on feed. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. They also have great selection on boots and clothing. Competitive pricing on chain saws (Husqvarna)and power tools (Dewalt). They have covered for irrigation systems and water pumps. Power mowers and side by side vehicles. Truly everything you need out in the country, except the cold beer and fried catfish.

UPDATE: Went in there today 12/17/20 and once again, needed 2 things that go together and they were out of 1. BTW, district manager never called as customer service had promised, per their last call !Changed rating to 1 star.As much as I love Tractor Supply, this is the worst store in this area. They are consistently out of stuff!The sprayer hose fittings are out/ hopelessly mixed up. The hydraulic fittings are out/ hopelessly mixed up. If I need 4 items, there's always 1 on the list that is out and I have to go elsewhere. Sometimes, that 1 out of stock item is necessary to go with the other items I'm buying. I end up leaving empty-handed. This has definitely happened more than once.Today I went in the Moncks Corner store to get a regiment of dog vaccines for my puppies...Of course, they had one but not the other to go with it. Last week, the MANNING store's dog vaccines were fully stocked but it wasn't time for my puppies to get another round of shots. I live closer to the Moncks Corner store, so I decided to get the vaccines there. That proved to be a mistake on my part.When I ask about when more will be coming in, the consistent response from the manager on down is "I don't know when we will be getting more in". (BTW, It was like this before Covid-19) .ONCE, I GOT SO AGGRAVATED THAT I TOOK PICTURES OF THE EMPTY PEGS OF SPRAYER HOSE FITTINGS AND STARTED TO CONTACT THE DISTRICT MANAGER. I put it off and neglected to do that. Now I wish I had done it.Surprisingly, the MANNING STORE has a lot more agriculture business in their area, but somehow manages to keep their hardware fully stocked. I go to that store a good amount.I always have to cross my fingers when I go in the Moncks Corner store hoping they will have what I need.SOMEBODY PLEASE GET A HANDLE ON THIS PLACE!For the record, I do not believe the stocking issue is a store personell problem. Replacing the items is automated and appears to be out of their control. They are always nice.

Found that they had some muck boots for 49 . 99. They are not the Muck boot brand but supposedly 100% waterproof. Will have to go back and try them on. My last muck boots that were Muck boot brand were the most comfortable boot I've ever owned. Arch support and very very comfortable!
