This was my 1st visit to a dog grooming business with my newly adopted Yorkie Lily. Tanya listened to me when I described what kind of cut I wanted for my pup and I was very happy with the results. She looked absolutely adorable when I picked her up!

Have been going here for 5 years with our dogs; they have always taken amazing care of them no matter what needed to be done. Down to only one dog now but I go here for her nail trims and hair cuts and they always do an amazing job. The people who work here are always the best and would highly recommend going here for any grooming needs for your dogs.

My puppy 9 month old puppy, Jasmine, loves coming here for daycare! Just recently, I had to board her for a week! Their prices are great! I felt comfortable leaving her in their care because someone is there 24/7 and I can text the owner to check on my puppy! She comes for daycare at least once a week. She comes home and takes a nap for a good couple hours! It really helps to release her energy! The staff, owner, are all friendly, and great with my puppy! My puppy loves everything there!

Absolutely the best staff who took the best care of our pups, a cocker spaniel and a pomeranian. The price very reasonable for the full service. It is an hour from where we live, but they came highly recommended. It is worth the drive for the love they gave to our babies.

In all the years my Grayce has been groomed at this location never has ANY GROOMER EVER CUT OFF HER HAIR ON EARS OR TAIL. I question this female groomer as she CUT MY GRAYCES EAR HAIR OFF NOT TRIMMED, CUT OFF COMPLETELY. IT WILL TAKE YEARS TO REGROW!!! I want the owner to call me ASAP!

Please do NOT have Covid or need to cancel with the mobile groomer as she will not put you back on the schedule and it terribly rude. We had scheduled with them twice and she had to cancel both times because her truck broke down but I guess we are supposed to go with the flow.

We have been going here for years!!Great owner and staff. Reasonably priced too!! They moved back to their original location..yea!!!The inside has been renovated and looks good.Clean safe place.Covid 19 was observed.Parking is located on the left side of the building, on main street, USA 🇺🇸.They care about you and the animals...keep up the good work.

I have used pooch parlor for past few months. They always provide excellent service and take wonderful care of my 10 year old Husky. She is always excited to go to her beauty treatments and I am grateful they don't mind all the fur. They are always so kind to us both and she comes out looking awesome! Best place I've found. Very reliable and reasonable.

The mobile service was amazing! My Bella (pitbull/boxer mix) was nervous. I watched the groomer (Tanya, I think?) give her love and attention until she was calm and able to go into the van. The mobile service was prompt and my Bella came into the house with soft fur, smelling amazing, and so happy. I'll definitely schedule an appointment again.

We love taking our dog to the pooch parlor! They are always very friendly and do exactly what you ask. They keep notes on your dog to know what you want them to do and always ask for feedback. They are also very quick! They have your fur baby ready in 2 hours!

Took my 3lb, 3 month old Yorkie in yesterday and they did such a great job, he looks so absolutely adorable. I like that you can see the groomers grooming other dogs, and it's comforting to know they will take great care of your fur baby while your gone. Go there for your grooming, I promise you won't be disappointed!!

My Great Pyrenees puppy has been here. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because she wasn't dried completely.I enjoy their services. We have another appointment scheduled, let's see how gorgeous she will be!

So Pooch Parlor has moved to a new location.. they are just getting situated but let me tell you .. they did magic on my Yorkie Poo, “Purdy”. With everything going on the past few months, working a new job, mom life with 3 kids( one starting school and the other starting day care) . I’ve let Purdy’s grooming slide and when I say I was embarrassed to bring my baby in I mean it!! She had knots in her hair and her little toenails were so long ! I apologized and told them I was so sorry for letting it get to that point but they were so understanding and sweet and reassuring. Purdy was ready to go about two hours later and looked so beautiful!! She was happy to see me but not shaking or emotionally stressed from being there, nor were the other pups who were there. I was happy with the customer service, time it took, outcome of her grooming and pricing !

We walked in and the greeted us with friendly faces. Our dog was very scared and didn't want to leave put sides. She was willingly to clip his nails in the front of the store with us!! Price is also amazing!! I will be returning monthly!!!! Best hidden gem !!

Was passing through town and the woman there with blue hair took such good care of us ! She made our two beagles needs fast and easy . They needed a quick nail trim and she took care of it right then and there . I love bout 40 min from this place but I may take my dogs back here just cause of the pleasure of out first visit.

Tonya and Judd are terrific. I love that someone is with my pet 24/7. No other boarding place has ever offered that. They truly treat him as one of their own! He’s always excited to go. I can leave him knowing he’s in great hands.

We have been using Pooch Parlor for several years and they have always done a great job. Yesterday I took our Shizu Maggie in to get groomed, and I didnt notice until I got home and they were closed. But, this morning I will call to let them know that they cut her on her nose and now its swelled up and looks terrible. Also, they shaved her too close on some spots and you can see the skin, and her tail had dirt in it and supposedly they bathed her. I am not happy about any of this, and especially cutting my baby on her nose. I'm very disappointed with their service and will never take her back there. I think they were over booked, and were rushing to get them all done, and my dog paid the price for it. Pooch Parlor , you have lost a good customer. Sommer was always our groomer when we took Maggie there, and she always did an AWESOME JOB, but shes no longer there, the others dont know how to groom correctly.

I had taken my aussiedoodle to another pet groomer for a grooming a couples months ago. They did a terrible job and not worth nearly what they charged me but what was worse was my dog was so traumatized that she almost ran out of there and never wanted to get in the car again once I got her home. I called pooch parlour mobile to come do a grooming, OMG my dog loved her and would have gone home with her if I would have let her. My dog had a lot of knots and I would not normally have her cut so low but discussing with groomer on what type of brush to get to help prevent so many knots I told her to groom her down so I can make sure she is rid of all knots and then start fresh with new brushing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the groomer. Will definitely only have her in the mobile unit to come groom every couple months.
