I love this location. Great book selection and I always find nice “like new” clothes and sometimes with original tags on it. Prices are a lot more reasonable than most of the other locations. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful 🎉

Frequently our purchase of large items for next day pick up has been incorrectly or not labeled sold causing the item to be resold or lost which invokes staff confusion requiring multiple trips to the store to sort out. Once making 3 trips to pick up because they thought they found the missing item. Other times the wrong item upon arrival. This has not been our experience at other Goodwill locations. Also have noticed being over charged several times while purchasing many items at once. Personnel in receiving and pick up are friendly and helpful with loading and unloading. If this was anything other than a recycle community support organization I would be giving a 1 star rating and not returning do to frustration, time and total expense. In honesty, we do prefer other less financially questionable "non profit" organizations to support and donate to.If this store is interested in PREVENTION some issues could be resolved by printing a picture of items on the paper price tag and/or removing the items from the floor when purchased so the sold tags are not miss labeled, switched to cheaper items or lost. Please note we also try to have the necessary transport ready at the time of purchase but it is usually not practical as inventory is not predicable and we live some distance away.

This place is cool. But I have noticed that Goodwill has plane clothed employees that travel from store to store posing as customers. I have spoken with two in pretty good detail about there roles and there descriptions of what they are employed to do.. Come to find out that this multi-million dollar a year non-profit organization spends more money on trying to prevent there employees from robbing them blind from the inside out, as well as these Asset protection managers or whatever

There weren't many people working there. When we got up to front desk to make our purchases, there were no cashiers waiting. One person had to come over to the cash registers to help us out, but she was super nice, so it was definitely worth the minute or so of waiting for someone to come over. The prices were good and they had a vast amount of clothing. All in all, a good store, just a bit understaffed.

I'm a hardware kinda guy and as such I am fairly good at knowing what things cost. It is my experience that many items in at least this goodwill store are over priced. Some of them Grossly over priced. Many items are not marked with a price. This causes some customers to have to go to the cashier to get a price before paying for the item(s). This in turn causes the item to have to be restocked which takes away from productive labor management which in turn leads to higher prices. On a slightly different vein when taking the item to a cashier he or she can and will assign an arbitrary price to the item potentially losing a sale.

The six-figure income the CEO for this company makes and they have no bags?? Wt actual heck?! The nice woman helping me check out had been there since March, and says they haven't had bags since she started. Be nice if they had that on a sign or their website. I keep giving Goodwill a try, and am disappointed every time. Prices high, a lot of dirty and broken stuff, and you're just supposed to wrestle all your stuff out in your hands. Not easy with a child and car keys etc prob my last visit. 😐

This is our most favorite Goodwill. The staff is friendly and they probably recognize us from coming there too often, but we like to give back. Donating to Goodwill is a great way to do so. Overall, we like it here. Thanks guys!

I visit regularly. Sometimes they have what I'm looking for and some times I leave empty handed.

I used to like this Goodwill but the manager made terrible new rules. No military discounts or frequent shopper points towards discounts. It's a terrible idea considering the way the economy is and the high unemployment rate. Well, so much for trying to help your community. That was a very Grinch like thing to do. Removing the discounts when people need it the most. He's getting all the inventory for free so why do this?

It's a pretty clean store. Lots of clothing. The kids section is NOT sectioned out well. Most of what i saw was in pretty good condition. I wasn't all that thrilled by the cashier. Made me feel sort of unwelcome, as in she wasn't friendly. More like, here, here, paid, done, have a good day bye. So...yea work on that I guess?

I found a Michael Kors bag on the $5.49 purse shelf. An employee refused to sell it to me for that price. Another employee took the bag to the back to “check the price.” I’ve never had such a poor experience at a Goodwill. If an item is in a particular section, without a different price, it costs the amount of other items in the section. There were no apologizes for the inconvenience. In addition, the prices throughout the entire store were too high.

Nice place but it’s a “Gun Free” Zone! Which means that no leagal gun owner can carry their gun in this place? So the only person that will carry his gun in there is the Robber or the Active Shooter, because they choose these places for that reason! They don’t care at all about the signs on the doors in fact the signs give them a Big Green Light! Beware of this and all so called “Gun Free” Zones, don’t be a sitting Duck!

The only complaint I have is that the manager yells over the loud speaker everyone you walk in and have your kids with you that you need to keep your kids in the buggy and has a whole lecture about it. I'm not bothered by being asked to keep my kids contained it's that she shouts it over the loud speaker as soon as she sees you walk in and then everyone in the store looks at you like you're letting your kids be out of control and it feels like you're being scolded and yelled at. It's not very good customer service the way she says it and the tone of voice she uses.

I had hoped that having a brand new location would give incentive to have a better organized, neater, cleaner store. All it seemed to do is cause an increase (sometimes unreasonable) in prices. Very disappointed. Everytime I try shopping there again, I regret it. I guess I need to go to Goose Creek or further.

Not enough tact to remove original price stickers from CORPORATE DONORS such as Target while having the audacity to charge more than the price marked by the DONOR retail store in which it came from. I see this ALL the time in this store. If you are going to gouge prices in a non profit arena ,and time IS money, at such a mark up it would seem your "non-profit" organization could afford such time to remove the shameful slap in the face. It would appear shopping at Target for their products first hand is more affordable. Grossly disheartening for the community.

Goodwill isn’t as affordable as it used to be and some items are marked close to what they were new (which is why I took off a star). But I always like to go in and look.

Donation is quick seamless. There is a drive up area that allows for in person assistance or you can place them in large containers..

Love a good bargain, sim of the process are disappointed for used items that are free to Goodwill. Definately need to know an items worth before you purchase it.
