I was here on 3/5/24 around 6pm. The store was nice. The produce section was set up perfect. I do understand people say the prices are high but they’re the same as Publix. The young male employee who rang me up was very nice. I would definitely go back if I’m on that side of town.

We go here for lunch sometime. The ladies that work in the kitchen are awesome. The fried chicken, Mac and cheese, and beans were delicious. And it was less than $10. My only con was they didn't have unsweetened tea for people who can't have sugar.

This past Saturday me and my daughter decided to shop here for a few items. It’s been awhile since we shopped here and thought why not we are right here. I could tell things have gone down hill the moment I walked in the door. However, I still wanted to give them a try. We checked out and headed home. We were about to use our Oatmilk and got a whiff of it, yuck it had expired in Feb. 15. Ugggh . Next I opened my block of a Ham chunk to put it in my collard greens, the moment I cut it open, that spoiled meat smell filled the air!! I was like no way!! And THEN, I opened my zucchini that I just bought and it was molded underneath the produce package. I was mortified! I packaged all this mess back up and took it back for a refund. The Ham I bought, KJ’s had many out for sale in two different places. I will not ever go back to this high priced store. Shoppers be aware. We could have gotten really sick. 🤢KJ’s is not going to be around much longer!The tall tell signs are evident.

I like that they have a section of value items that are cheaper even than Walmart and that there are tables and chairs you can sit at. The staff was really nice too and the store is spacious, clean and laid out well

My dad often goes on about how the quality has dropped here compared to the previous ownership. I think I can tell that he's right but I don't think it's as extreme as he's making it out. Bottom line thigh is that we do now shop at piggly wiggly most of the time unfortunately.

Self checkout was closed for no good reason and only one lane was open. This is why I avoid Walmart now, guess I have to avoid here too

This is the closest to my house however the prices tend to be a bit stepp with sale price usually only bringing down the cost to what you would expect at the local big box store.

I can't quite figure out what's up with this store. It gives me ghost town/ cover up vibes. It's never crowded, prices are quite pricey. Being that Wally world is down the street, I'd expect some prices to compete with Walmart instead of being doubled. There's a way to shop local without taken advantage.

This place has gone downhill so bad. Today there was 1 regular register open and only 1/4 of the self checkout was working and barely at that. Every time a person self checked out, we had to holler at the one employee to come assist and he kept walking off and had his earbuds in to purposely ignore the customers needing assistance. The management is a joke and I don’t see this place lasting much longer. Never going back again.

I was visiting in the doctor who is in the neighborhood. I went here thinking that BiLo was still there. To my surprise KJ's was there instead. Never heard of them so I was not sure if they were going to be expensive. They were not. Matter of fact, I was mildly surprised on the prices and the selection. I recognized several as business that compete with each other. So I gather that KJ's is the melting pot of not just brands but other grocers. When I go back to my doctor, I will definitely visiting again

Got 4 people standing at the customer service desk chatting around while I have $160 worth of grocery and no one wants to open a register so we have to self scan everything, asked if someone could open a register and was told they are short staffed, I said there's 4 of you standing there watching us try to scan a buggy full of grocery! Very poor customer service!

Horrible service. Just so you know they mail out these great coupons and you can't use them after 8pm. After 8 pm they shutdown all the registers and only leave the uscan ones open which don't take coupons. There was a mess in the back of the store and we told the employee and he didn't bother to go clean it up. The cashier watching over the uscan register basically said sorry about your luck and wouldn't even call the manager over to see if they could manually imput the coupon. They definitely lost my business!

Just awful! A few weeks ago there was a young lady at the self check out that was very unpleasant, didn’t want to assist when asked to remove an item, had an attitude, you could tell from the harsh expression on her face, and was tapping the screen so hard I figured she’d had animosity and was taking it out the closest thing to find. She stepped on my toes and didn’t say excuse, or did I step on hers, either way neither one said a word to the next and I think it was best this way.Yesterday 7-21-2023, got to the register and the cashier says nothing, starts ringing my food and swings it down the counter! Wow! Just wow! Gives my price and hands me my receipt. An elderly man came behind me as he tries to pick a conversation, she doesn’t give an open conversation or respect due to a dog. Shaking my head.

This store is slowly dieing. Every time I go in the selection keeps getting smaller, prices are high and the staff could care less if there are customer in the store or not. I would be surprise if they last another year.

Y’all are childish. The reason the deli closes down early is because there is no damn customers!! why don’t you think about things before reviewing them. This store is great for what you need, especially if you are in a hurry. Haven’t you ever thought there’s literally kids working at the front??? 17-18??? They have a different mindset and so what if they aren’t proffessional they are getting their jobs done. Most of you customers are old and closed minded anyways. This place is great!!

The prices are pretty high. Now and then you can find a good deal. They have a lot of people working there but not too many customerswhenever I've been there. I doubt this store will last very long. I miss Bilo.

Clean location, but they are a little pricey. Also, several carts need maintenance. Very frustrating to not be able to find a cart that doesn't have a damaged or flat spotted wheel.

The employees are great and not their fault… but since kJs bought BiLo and promised fresh and low prices…..the prices went up significantly (and not COVID related) and the quality way down. Fruits and vegetables are slim picking and always on the verge of spoiling, your lucky to pick a few that may last a day once at home. The meat quality has also suffered….

The best thing about this store is the carry-over of the Bi-Lo staff, besides that I rarely go there unless it's to buy something I need in a rush since it's within a half mile of my home.Everyone says there are no crowds....there's a reason, Bi-Los parking lot stayed full, they always had specials or buy one get one deals,not so with KJs, no specials at all,prices are much higher and the aisles seem like they were laid out by a blind person.With souring prices all over they actually go one better and charge more.

The prices are a little steep but it all depends on what ur buying .. I love this place for the meat prices and that's all that matters to me bc that's a huge factor in the budget for groceries... Meat is fresh and they have good deals on boxes of meat in large quantities. Overall this is a great store its Always Clean and neat and I don't have any complaints I'm glad they Still make meat products affordable ☺️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I enjoy shopping at KJ's there's a good selection of items, the meat department is well stocked with a good variety of meats sometimes even goat. The produce selection is good. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The deli is has excellent food and I don't have to mess with any loyalty cards or sign up for anything

Everytime they have a good sale, they don't have it in stock.. chicken wings were $25.00 for 20lbs; went to store 4 times that week and claimed they were out already or the warehouse didn't send it.. oh and the kicker... NO RAIN CHECKS.. I'm tired of going to a store for sale items they don't have...

I don't go here that often but my gym is right down the road from it and I was short on groceries so I decided to stop by. They had just about everything I wad looking for. KJ's is great in a pinch!

They had someone grilling ribs outside. I got 2 racks and they were delicious. Easy dinner night with a side of pre-made mashed potatoes and broccoli with cheese from the delicious section. Cheaper and tastier than take out.

I only go there when in a pinch or for the Kretschmar (sp?) brand deli meats which are awesomely delicious. Their prices are Publix high - or higher (even before supply chain and economic inflation issues). I've often found expired items on the shelf and sadly even after I get home. I've also had bad experiences at self checkout and with their lack of people to help &/or their lack of care to help. It's gone downhill since KJs took over. Bi-Lo was better when they were in the building. I think Moncks Corner has noticed how bad they are because the parking lot is always empty. Expect to fork out major moolah if you do all your grocery shopping here and don't forget to check expiration dates.

I really hate going into any store anymore. I went in kjs last night and was leaving around 745 and got in line and was only one cashier she was very rude she wanted the bagger to help bag my grociers and he ran out the door and didnt want to help. Then the cashier said if you dont come back I'm going to shoot you. I was like what did she just say. I had a iccident at a mall and was scared from a mall shooting. I wanted to tell the manager but she was standing there on her phone not paying any attention to anyone or her employess.this worls is so scary. Can't go anywhere. Im going to call manager or head office today. Please be careful.

Wasn't too impressed with the selection of food, meat, vegetables, etc. The prices were kinda high as well. The place was just "ok".
