I'm a first time pet owner of a humongous Shih Tzu named Luna. They did such a great job on her today! I'm pretty sure I'll never take her anywhere else. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. I showed pictures of how I wanted her cut, and they were spot on. Actually she looks better than the picture I showed lol. Just an all around great experience. Give them a try! I wish I had better pictures but she was excited to come home and see my kids and had a serious case of the wigglebutts.

While accumulating points toward his conformation championship, our collie earned the reputation in the show world as "Shake and Bake". He feared tables so much that he would shake uncontrollably. He doesn't do that anymore so since he found a place of comfort at Heartfelt. Both of our dogs are looking good after their monthly appointments.

I was looking for a groomers to take my dog every month. I went to Heart Felt Grooming last month and was pretty satisfied. I decided to return again this month for the same service, however I was charged a much higher price. I was never informed about a price change. It's not about the money but the moral of the point and proper communication. I will continue my search for a trustworthy groomers, not one that changes prices on the whim.

I cannot express how much I absolutely love this business it has always by far the best place to take your fur babies to get groomed!! The staff is wonderful and always attentive to your pet and they actually care about your pet and remember what your pet likes. I have had 6pets and I will continue to take them there as long as I can!

The staff and everyone involved are awesome. They explained all there options to us from the initial call. The process was flawless and very laid back atmosphere. unfortunately I can not write a review on the actual grooming of my dog since the person who took my appointment wrote down a different time than the time she told over the phone. I received a call after the missed appointment time to tell me I missed the appointment. I informed the person on the phone that the appointment was for 11:30 not 10:30 as she stated. She insisted the appointment was for 10:30. I proceeded to tell her I wrote it down and put in my phone for 11:30 on the day I made the appointment because that is the time I was told on the phone. She then proceeded to tell she could not fit me in because she was too busy. Very disappointed since I had read all the reviews online about how good the salon is with pets.

Excellent job on my white lab named Max everytime! We keep Max in the house with us, and as long as he makes it to Heartfelt on schedule, we never find pander or hair.
