If I could give 0 stars Today I call about my husband prescription that was suppose to be auto filled last week. Pharmacy was very rude with no explanation of the delay or an apology and kept being mean and short with me. She kept yelling we are working on it so he is out of his heart meds and I asked if we could pick it up today and again rudely yelled I said we are working on it!!! No explanation to a customer of what is going on. HORRIBLE and not the first time. Our insurance dictates where we can go. I guess next I’m contacting the insurance company as to how they handle customers and the poor service that they provide!!!

Michelle in the drive thru has got to be the rudest, most unpleasant woman I have ever dealt with. Hateful & very facey. It’s always so hard to get our scripts filled here & we are stuck using them since our insurance only works at CVS.. we would need to drive out of town to get to another location. Awful. I dread dealing with this location & this mean lady.

My overall experience has been good. When there is a problem, I have been able to talk to a pharmacist and get it resolved. Be patient, these people are overworked and underpaid.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. I been having problems with getting meds ever since we transferred to this facility. The pharmacist literally said that she is choosing not to refill the meds. We were telling her that somebody clearly miscounted the meds but she doesn’t care. This place is dirty and the ppl in the pharmacy are very rude and doesn’t seem to care about their customer’s satisfaction. I’m so annoyed with the treatment here! We were told to come in and it will be a 10-10 min wait for the meds And after 30 mins we were told they can’t give us the meds. So wasting people’s time isn’t a problem for them. We are definitely changing to a different pharmacy!

This the worse Pharmacy, if they can come up with a reason of why they don’t want to help you they will. The “new” manager prep looking boy literally refused to fill my prescription because he said he didn’t want to. I have had problems with them for over a year and the other manager just left and was the only reason I stayed with them because he was the best pharmacist there. I will never step a foot in that place again and Encourage everybody else not to as well.

I’ve heard the horror stories about Moncks Corner CVS Pharmacy; even witnessed a few OMG moments (them giving my elderly grandfather someone else’s medicine), but today I’ve had enough.Ten days ago my husband and I went to pick up a prescription his doctor called in. He called prior to us going up there and was told they were currently working on his prescription. We drive up there and go inside since he needed to give them his insurance information. Wait in the pick up line for about 15-20 minutes, and when he finally gets to the counter the lady tells him he has to get in the drop off line to give his information. He gets in the other line and waits another 30 minutes there. After they take his insurance information they tell him his prescription hasn’t been started and it will be another 30 minutes.At this point we’re getting frustrated and hungry. So we walked next door and got a pizza to eat while we wait. After 30 minutes my husband goes back in. Our son and I waited in the car because we assumed he would just be a few minutes. After 15 more minutes we also go in to see what’s taking so long…. Needless to say, it STILL wasn’t ready.They told us they only had 60 out of the 84 pills he is prescribed a month. BUT instead of filling the 20 day supply they had, they only filled 10 days… we waited a total of 2 hours this day.Fast forward to yesterday; 10 days later… my husband called cvs yesterday to MAKE SURE his prescription was ready before we planned to go up there. They CLAIMED IT WAS READY! We drove up there this morning and choose the drive through. They lady at the drive through says there is no record of my husband in her system and he will have to come inside for someone else to figure it out…When he comes back out he only has a 10 day supply AGAIN! Every time we fill a prescription we have the same copay. That means we have to pay the same amount whether we get 10 days or 30, so this month the cost of this one medication is TRIPLE what we would have otherwise paid!CVS is NOT where you want to go if you need medication to survive or function OR if you are on a limited income.

How bad can a pharmacy be? Incompetent, rude and believes that all pharmacies use the same standard of care they do. LMBO. Do not use CVS Monks Corner SC. I dropped off 3 scripts and was told it would be several hours. Fine. I call several hours later and they’ve lost my scripts. My daughter calls 2 hours later and waits on the line while they continue looking for the scripts they lost. They find them, but now, they won’t be filled til morning. My daughter called around noon the next day & they still weren’t ready. They said one needed a prior authorization. My doctor called them to have them fill it and I would pay out of pocket and they told my doctor that all was good. So, I go down there and, you guessed it, still not filled. They tell me it will be about a week to wait on the prior authorization (that I no longer need). I remind them I’m paying out of pocket and then I get told it will be another 45 minutes to and hour. I requested my script back and took it to Publix pharmacy where they had no problems filling it. Also, that was the second time in a week, they messed with my scripts. The first time, it was an antibiotic that I was supposed to take consecutively. They filled 2 days of that medication and told me to come back after the weekend to get the rest. Called on Mon, wasn’t ready. Called on Tues, wasn’t ready. Went there on Wed, only to be told it was out of stock. They didn’t bother calling me when they learned it was out of stock so I could go somewhere else. Nope. Instead, they just kept say “we’re working on it”. All other times I didn’t leave feedback is too long too list. And they do not own their mistakes. They just lie.

I don’t do reviews But This CVS is the worst! I gave it the benefit of the doubt but have had multiple issues. But today was the last straw. Went to pick up my meds last night the girl at the window was so confused I repeated multiple times what I was picking up the dosage and everything. I went to pick up 90days work of meds get home there are 24 pills and they are also the wrong dosage.. also my other prescription is the wrong dosage. Call them back to let them know that they have refilled everything wrong the women on the phone says she will correct everything and it will have it ready in 30 mins I get the text that it’s ready . Come today one prescription is ready the wrong one! Spend and 20 with them to get it corrected . On top of that the women says my insurance won’t fill it the 90days my doctor request because it was filled yesterday. I tell her then you need to fill it correctly because there’s only 24 pills and my insurance paid for 90. That takes another 20 mins! Finally she says I only have enough to fill for 30 days …. Or you’ll have to wait 24/48 hours for me to fill the 90days… I need this medication and I’m on my last dose. So still inconvenienced I take the 30 days and have to call my doctor to fix there mess up ! On top of all of that no one excepted responsibility no one apologized nothing! They treated me like this was my fault! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I also have found out that I don’t have a medication copay but have paid one MULTIPLE times here ! Please take the two stars seriously and don’t waste your energy! It’s worth the drive to go elsewhere

I called the pharmacy at 8:30 pm and Was told by pharmacy I could come pick my rx that they messed up anytime before 9pm. Arrived at 8:45 to the store clerk closing the door and the pharmacy closing the window. Called the pharmacy and was told they couldn't open the window I needed to come in the store. The store clerk refused to let me in. Do not advertise that you close at 9pm if you refuse customer service after 8:45.

The manager Leslie is the most incompetent employee I have encountered. I was told my prescription was not ready that I could wait. It was promised at 2:36 PM and I was there at 3:30. So I asked how does this work, do you notify me when its ready? The manager Leslie stated yes I will let you know. Her and the other cashier at the pharmacy continually said how busy they are, however there was never more than 3 customers in line. I waited 45 minutes, and listened to multiple customers complain about how they were treated by the same two cashiers. I walked up to the counter and inquired about my prescription and the cashier pulled it out of a basket on top of the counter, in which I noticed it was put in there 30 minutes earlier. I asked why I was not notified by the manager it was ready, and her response was I don't know. This was for workman's comp injury and I handed the cashier the card and she stated" There's nothing I can do with this, you need to go to the other counter. I had asked the manager upon my arrival about workman's payment and attempted to show her the card. Her response was We will take care of that when its ready. Now I have been there for over an hour for no other reason other than incompetence. The manager was doing more gossiping with other employees instead of paying attention to her job and responsibilities. When I returned from the other counter to get the prescription the manager Leslie assisted me. I asked her why I was here for so long and she failed to notify my that it was ready. Her response was they did call you, which was a lie because no ones name was called including mine. The Pharmacist was very kind and informative. Try hiring competent employees.

Cvs pharmacy is incompetent at best. Waited for an hour to be given the wrong prescriptions. 3 days to transfer prescriptions. Had to call old pharmacy in order for cvs to even fill prescriptions. Absolutely horrible experience. Would highly recommend using any other pharmacy if you want your medications.

This is the absolute worse CVS in the United States … Always screw up my prescriptions, Don’t even think about calling they NEVER pickup their phone , you will be on hold over an hour EVERY TIME you call until you finally just give up !! Takes days to get a prescription filled that only takes an hour any other location…They never seem to know what’s going on and don’t even ask them about medications, they are simply clueless , I mean yes it is Monck’s Corner but come on !!!

The short african american lady stood behind the counter and gave us dirty looks while we sat at the self checkout area, it was flashing saying please wait for help. We stood there for 5 minutes, got fed up and went to the one right next to it.. started scanning our stuff and it said “please wait for help” again, we pressed the call button, she still sat behind the counter and at that point gave us a dirty look!!! There were about 3 people in line and she purposely ignored us and asked the gentlemen in line if he needed anything! We didn’t even say a word to her for her to be SO RUDE to us!! I am 6 months pregnant and I was trying to buy a simple water bottle and 2 cat toys! Unbelievable. I’ve worked retail before and I am far from a Karen and the LAST person to leave negative reviews but I genuinely can’t believe what just happened. I hope this lady gets fired if this is how she treats respectful guests. We were there around 5:00 PM please check the cameras if no one believes me. Literally UNBELIEVABLE. Please, hire better people who aren’t rude to nice customers for no reason!!

This CVS store is the pits and if I could give this review a zero stars I would. But it defaults to a one star. I am leaving this review about the pharmacy not the rest of the store. When your Dr. phones your prescription to them they will not fill it unless you call them and tell them to fill them! No other pharmacy does this. They are the most non caring and rude customer service I have ever seen in almost 60 years of life! I was even chastised by buy Shaniqua raising her voice in front of several customers about not filling my prescriptions from my pain management doctor that I have gotten for over 5 years! She had no right yelling my private information out across the store! Also they are constantly out of stock on my meds too.I am going to switch all of my prescription needs over to Walmart pharmacy.

If i could five a zero I would have! Been sitting at drivethru for over 20 minutes, not even an acknowledgement! These people have no costumer service attitude, nor training in the people service industry! 20+ minutes, 3 cars behind us, therer are 3-4 people we can see tgru tge window and yet, nobody approaches to acknowledge or say sorry were busy come inside, nothing! Finally, 28 minutes later, and not even an "sorry about your wait" - so indiferent and rude it amazes me! Hope someone reads this, for locals cvs is a choice but not our only choice, keep this attitude, lacknof consideration of people's times and watch your decrease in numbers! theres walgreens in the corner of "Happy and healthy"! Changing my meds to walgreens!

I went to the CVS Pharmacy and had the best service ever with the best Pharmacist Shaneaqua Jenkins. Mrs. Jenkins was very thorough with her questions and she knew the answer immediately. Then I came back few minutes later, 😊 because I was trying to login in to the app and guess what. She knew just how to show me how to use and get in. Most people are too busy to go the extra mile and Ms. Jenkins did. I love my Pharmacist Ms. Jenkins and I am sure you will too.

Every time I go there to pick up my rx I find out the app is wrong. I called them on Thursday and asked when my rx was ready and they said April 29, I go today at 1:27 and the pharmacy is partly closed and they refused to look up my rx. I tried to get their name and they refused to give it to me. I asked for the manager and they refused. Than the pharmacist who didn't have time called the police because I told him that I had things to do and could not get back.Now out of my rx and need to wait until Monday. They refused to give me the district manager. They did have time to violate my Hippa by giving the police my name and address off the computer.

Went through CVS drive thru today to take a COVID test . I waited in line for a long time . Lady at the window today (12:45pm 9/13) she was a older lady who had a red shirt on and i think glasses was so rude and nasty to me . I didn’t understand the directions to take the covid test then she began yelling at me 😞 worst experience will not be going back to this CVS for anything .

I had surgery Monday the 2nd. The hospital sent them 3 1/2 hrs before I was released. (I edited the hrs after speaking to my Surgeon). They weren't ready and said it would be another 45 min wait. I was also given a written prescription and turned it in as well, that would also be 45 mins. My daughter who drove me had an inhaler script turned hers in as well. I couldn't wait for the scripts so my daughter said she would pick them up on her way home from work. 8/3/21 Only 1 of the scripts was filled. This was 24 hrs later.They told my daughter the other prescriptions would be ready in 45min. So we went back to pick them up the same day 8/3/21 @ 7 ish p.m. and was told they were transferred to my new pharmacy < {NP}. Keep in mind when my daughter was there at 5p.m. they said they would be ready in 45min. When I asked when they were transferred the gentleman said at 2:05 p.m.My {NP} said they transferred them but didn't release them. CVS still had a claim in to the Ins. Company on one of the prescriptions so the {NP} couldn't fill it.Today 8/4/21 They still have the claim on one of the prescriptions w/ the Ins. company. I was told by corporate that CVS Moncks Corner told them they filled the prescriptions but then reversed them and sent them to the {NP} at 2:05p.m. and was going to contact my Ins. to reverse the payment. At the time Corporate called them they had not released the prescriptions and had not reversed the payment but I was assured they would now. We'll see!If they had transferred them at 2:05, then how were they going to fill them in 45mins at 5:p.m. 8/3/21?This is now over a well over a 24hr period and because of CVS I have one after surgery Prescription.SMH

I do not know why all the bad reviews. We had bilo before. We live in the rural area. So we call sometimes it takes a while. Just put your phone on speaker and wait. They are always friendly. Drive down there to get our prescriptions. They are always ready. One thing that I did notice CVS should hire a few more people. The ones that they have are overworked.

UPDATE: The woman that was not pleasant yesterday was a lot different today when they were finally able to figure out the worker’s compensation and they were able to fill the prescriptions for us. I wished her well, she wished me well as I left the drive thru. Maybe it was a hard day for her yesterday and that place is short staffed for the amount of people that use this CVS. They really do not have down time there. Shanequa was very pleasant when she answered the phone today. She took charge of the situation we were facing especially on a holiday and they would be closing early. She got the issue sorted out. I originally gave this place a 1star because of actions from one employee but that employee was very kind today too. Shanequa’s actions and kindness went a long way. Thank you Shanequa, you have amazing customer service skills and a compassionate soul. Thank you so much helping us, he was suffering so bad after this surgery and you going out of your way to put this as priority was the sweetest thing. I wish we had more people like you in this world.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Took my prescription in to get it filled, gentleman was very rude, tells me it’s out of stock for the next 3-4 days and stares at me. I had to say ok then what do I do? I wonder why he couldn’t call around to other CVS pharmacies to see if it’s in stock? Don’t leave me just standing there looking at you without the medicine I need. The best part was he told me to go to Berkeley Home pharmacy to see if they had it in stock. They were the best. I will no longer be using Cvs for my pharmacy, I will be using the helpful ladies at Berkeley home pharmacy.I also had another script called in by my doctor, so I moved from the drop off counter to the pick up, being the only one at the pharmacy, I stood there over 2 minutes waiting for someone to help. There were more than 6 people behind the counter.
