I must say the service preformed by there maintenance staff was excellent and professional.Allen in the service department is professional and very honest.After paying for my services there as I was in my vehicle he realized that there was a miss calculation on my bill and refunded me. You really don't see that much anymore.Thanks to Allen and the staff for doing a wonderful job! Highly recommended them because of honestly through process. Hats off!

My experience with Berkley Outdoors demonstrated their commitment to excellence in customer service and work. I drove 50 minutes from home (where other options exist to work on boats) to let Berkley Outdoors work on my boat because of their reputation. I dropped my boat off for service last week. The gentleman, Shain, was very helpful and informative. He was willing to help with paid services as well as a warranty issue. He gave me an estimate on completion and it was done quicker. I received a text to my phone with an invoice when it was completed. I called and they allowed me to keep my boat there a few days, until I was able to get to the shop. When I went to get my boat, they had another customer they were working with. One of the gentlemen that worked there, but was off, stepped in to help so I did not have to wait. The service they completed was explained in detail and asked if I had any questions! Excellent customer service! I will always use this location to service my boat! Kudos!

When dropping my boat off for repairs, I met with Joseph, he was very thorough, courteous and listen to my concerns.Allan called me on numerous occasions to keep me updated and informed about the repairs, which was very refreshing. We came to Santee South Carolina all the way from Maryland and found out that the trolling motor was not working. Allen, the manager, was very accommodating and sympathetic to our plight. I purchased a new RANGER RT188P Bass Boat & a 115HP Pro max Mercury outboard from Berkeley Outdoors in August. Thank you guys for helping this process along, but the main reason I'm writing today is to thank Mr. Allan Williams in the service dept. that has bent over backwards to help me & educate me on all the electronics, the do's & don'ts of this new boat & motor. Trust me that's priceless when you come from a 1983 boat & a 1977 motor. I was clueless on most of the new equipment & still learning. Just had work done on my Minn Kota trolling motor and am extremely happy with the entire transaction. Checking me in went flawlessly just a couple of minutes and I was on my way. The guys communicated with me once they figured out what was wrong and let me know that the parts needed to be replaced and when they were on the way. I was in the area and the technician took a couple of minutes to show me what was wrong and some wiring issues that needed to be repaired as well. They called when they were finished and picking it up and checking out were as simple as it was to check in. I will be back for any future issues I have. They have a great team and I'm happy to let everyone know how much I appreciate their efforts.

I worked with Jon (who I recommend if you're in the market) and he made the whole process as efficient and informative as anyone could ask for. As for the service after the sale; the guys in the parts and service department are second to none! These guys have taken the time to listen to my concerns about a few minor warranty issues and work toward quick solutions. This is an appreciation post. Down here fishing CBC Classic on Santee. Ran into overheating issues this morning snd thought our tournament was over but unbelievably the guys at Berkeley Outdoors came thru and replaced water pump and got me going.These guys are top notch. Great place to buy your recreational vehicles. Family oriented and they take care of their customers. Sales to finance was a pleasurable experience.I wanted to update my Review took boat in for some warranty work and my boat had to go back to the manufacture for some work. Alan Williams was on it. I never once had to call, ask about anything to do with my boat because he was already updating me. That was nice to have that communication through the whole process.
