Hands down the best service and selection. We went in to replace a beta fish and learned that other fish can go in with betas as long as they don’t look like betas! So we upgraded to five fish, learned so much about their health and care. It was such a great experience. He also does custom installations for anyone who is considering a large/custom tank.

David will forever have my business. After moving to the area, I visited every aquatic/pet store and nothing quite compares to Aquamans. Being so close to home, it’s not only the most convenient, but I can count on David to give me advice if needed. He never has any problem special ordering fish if needed (and will follow up months later if for some reason they weren’t available). Since the expansion, the store is huge and his stock has increased tremendously. If you haven’t been, pay him a visit soon!

I found out about this shop from a big box chain. This shop is absolutely worth the drive if you are anywhere near the Charleston SC area. Dave the owner is amazing and has my loyalty as a new customer. He is animal care first over product sales. This being said he can guide you towards the products you truly need over just up selling. My family and I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Drove by several times and finally made a trip the other day to get my water checked. Owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out a new fish for my aquarium and gave me some pellets that he likes. Love my little spaz 😂 welcome Cyrus to the bottom of the food chain room!

David, the owner, is always amazing! He is super helpful and always offering help w/any of my questions. I’ve gotten 8 fish from him now, two bettas, 6 tetras. They’re in amazing health/condition and are doing amazing. The plants are fabulous too!! I recommend every time! Plus, his aquariums are super nice to look at too !

Dave is a Great Aqua salesman and Fish expert. I came into his shop with literally no knowledge of the fish and Saltwater life. After coming to his shop I left with a much better understanding. He gave me all the knowledge I needed to set up my own Saltwater tank. I since then created a whole little ecosystem and it's doing Great. If I could do 10 stars I would. My 3 year old daughter has been saying “she wants a fish tank in her room” so my wife messaged David the owner to see if he had any Betta fish in stock and he did. When I got there David had the fish ready and helped me out and made my daughters day. I would 10/10 recommend Aquaman’s Coral Cave to anyone interested in getting a new fish. I’ve lived here my whole life and did not know that this place existed. That is one of the beauties or issues with smaller businesses like this is compared to their corporate challenges That can still have a huge name in the community. I met David today in which ones the store and instantly I knew that I was speaking to a Fishman and not just a fish store worker, there is a difference. His knowledge about a lifestyle that I know very well was of equal balance, and his cool demeanor made it even more comfortable. I encourage all to stop by and check this place out, even if it is just to see what he’s got. He has an array of items that can service you from one end of the tank to the other.

Found this very nice convenient little shop off of 17A instead of driving to PetSmart in Summerville because my son wanted another Beta Fish! The owner and the young lady working for him were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! He educated us on tanks, how long a tank should sit before the fish go in for best life span! We definitely will be returning customers!! And it’s great he’s located 10 minutes from us off of 17A!!! Go and support small local businesses!! I definitely will!! Thank you

After my first visit, this will be the only place I shop for anything I need for my aquarium. David was so nice and welcoming. I was nervous going in because I’m new to fish, but he made me feel super comfortable. I needed lots of guidance as this is my first saltwater tank and he was patient with all my questions and gave me plenty of guidance. 10/10 would recommend! 😊

Nice shop! Just getting back into the hobby after arriving back to the area. The owner is very knowledgeable and is running an ethical shop. Not just trying to push sales or upsale people with stuff they don't need. Seems to really be trying to line people up with what they really need to make their vision happen and help people be successful. Prices are good and can/will accommodate requests. If you're in the hobby, it's worth the drive to stop in.
