Loved working with Sheri. After sending the request for more information during the evening hours, expecting a reply the following business day, received and immediate response. We were able to coordinate a visit in a week or 2. Services were exceptional! My fur baby was clean, nails trimmed, ears clean = she looked and smelled gorgeous! She was so happy too - not traumatized! Stupendous care! Sheri is very professional, kind, courteous, and reliable! Couldn't ask for better individual to keep my pet clean and safe.

Today was our first visit there! Sherri did a great job! I picked up my sweet milo and he smells great! His nails look wonderful and his hairs around the pads on his feet nice and trimmed! With small kiddos at home I can’t find the time to cut his nails and bathe him as often as I would like. So I love the fact that I have found a local groomer! Sherri also worked around my crazy hectic schedule! I appreciate it and we will be back !

I love this place. I have a black lab service dog named Lana. Lana is very important in my life and Whiskers takes VERY good care of her. She does her ears and nails and always comes home clean and fresh smelling. Lana loves going to Whiskers and wags her tail when she sees the store knowing it's her "pamper time." I will not trust the care and love to anyone else. Highly recommended. I also take my Maltese, Rufus, here. He loves it as well. 😁😁💖💖👍👍👍👍👍

Shari is great. She may not answer phone because she is busy grooming other dogs and you may not get your appointment in two days but that is because she is busy, which is a good thing and a good sign. I have taken mine other places because she cant fit them in but always regret it so I've had to learn to book ahead.

Sherri is always so sweet. She does a great job with both my furgirls, and they love her. She always goes out of her way to work with my crazy schedule, so the girls get to see her when needed. Her shop is clean and well maintained, and her helpers are wonderful.

I tried to give Whiskers Pet Grooming my business and made an appt. I waited over 45 mins from 7:50am -8:45 to drop my dog off for his appt but no one ever showed up. Tried calling several times and was not able to leave a message since the mailbox was full. Unfortunate. I guess I will go to PetSmart

This is a great place. I have 5 dogs; three toy poodles, Schnauzer, and a chocolate lab. Have been using Whiskers for over three years and find it to be not only professional in grooming my three different breeds but they are also punctual in pick-up times. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANY AND ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

Susan knows her breeds. She immediately made me feel comfortable entrusting her with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She gave me great options to help reduce the amount of shedding. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing!!! Small owned by a wonderful woman. I had to drop my baby Zephyrus off for 2 days short notice. I deff would not take my baby anywhere else! She was great with him the moment we walked in. When i picked him up you could tell he really enjoyed his "vacay" I love that Her place is small so my dog isnt around too much excitement. Oh and did i mention the Affordable prices! And being able to call and check in on him!! Will deff be coming back!!

Took my long haired cat for a full groom. He looks and smells great! She even accommodated my other medium haired cat for a little tush shave and nail trim when I picked up my long haired cat! Thanks Sheri!

Whenever I call I never get anyone to answer the phone so I am skeptical. Reading these reviews give me a bit of comfort so I will call ... again.UPDATE: I went online to schedule an appointment as indicated in the voicemail message. I was to select my preferred time along with two alternates. I did this Thursday for a Monday appointment ... NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I will continue to drive 30 minutes to take my dog to her current groomer. The customer service at this place is deplorable.

Our Fur Baby Chewy has ALWAYS cried after his groom at other places. Whiskers Pet Grooming is a God send because he is so HAPPY after his groom and NO TEARS!! He is happy going in and happy coming out and this fur mama is so thankful for that level of kindness and compassion. #FureverCustomers

My dog looked like my 3 year old cut her hair! She's a golden retriever and they obviously don't know how to trim. Her feathers were mangled, and they didn't even cut her toenails. One groomer was not very nice, actually argued about the agreed pick up time when I came to pick my dog up and she wasn't ready yet. Would never go there again.
