This is my favorite place for all my animal and gardening needs. Bought my first chickens from them 6 years as pets. Never had chickens before, so there was a lot of trial and error. I could run by the store and get advice and what was needed in one place. The employees are so knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful.

Curbside pickup was an absolute joke today. I ordered one bag of play sand at 9:13 am. Received confirmation at 9:23 am that it was ready for pick-up. My wife, who was going to be nearby, went to get it at 4:00 pm. It took them 30 MINUTES to get the order out to her. They came out multiple times to confirm her name and to tell her they were working on it. (You confirmed it was ready hours ago, why don't you have it set aside!?). A younger guy ended up getting the sand from outside and after placing it on the cart, he stood there for over 5 minutes looking at his phone. At 4:30 pm, my wife finally waved him down and he brought it to her. We will never shop here again.

Tractor Supply, located in Mauldin, SC has a wide range of items to choose from. Items ranging from Tools to Horse Medication to Men's, Women's, & Children's Clothing. So, it's a Great store but, I think there Items are way over priced.

Always like Tractor Supply store. Their prices are a little higher, but nowadays, every place has higher prices. Great Selection of Cat, Dog, Horses, Rabbits, all kinds of Animals supplies. The store has lots of different things in the store, go and check them out. Sometimes the lines are long to check out, because of lack of help, or real busy times. 🙂

Tractor Supply Mauldin. These people are useless when it comes to customer service. Called on 2 different occasions. Gave them the SKU number that I was looking for. On hold 3 times for 15 minutes. Finally hung up after the 3rd person answered the phone and asked If he could help me. $300 sale lost.

This is based solely on the pet wash station as I’ve never shopped in the store in Mauldin, SC. The room and bay was filthy. In fact, I think my dog was dirtier after leaving. There was so much dog hair caked up at the bottom of the bay and on top of the shampoo bottles that I didn’t even want to touch them. I didn’t even bother to try to use the combs and brushes as you could barely see the bristles because if all the dog hair matted in them. I finally got disgusted and left with my dog almost soaking wet. Came home and gave him a proper bath in the bathtub and then took a shower myself because I felt gross from being in there. The concept is great, and if not so nasty, it would have been nice using the sprayer and dryer. But without the proper upkeep and clean up by the staff, I won’t be back.

I came to get my propane tank filled and the lady at the front desk saw me and asked was I there for a tank refill and I said yes. She said I will send someone right out. So I go back out with my tank and stand outside in the cold for 10 minutes waiting on someone. After 10 minutes I walked back in to see what the hold up was and she was busy but some nimrod employee walks up and says mister you cant bring a tank in the store. Fire code. I said well I've been standing out there for 10 minutes, it is cold you know? So I go back out for another 2 to 3 minutes and STILL nobody shows up so I left. I'll never step foot back in this store and anybody that asks me about this store I will be sure to tell them my experience and suggest they steer clear of it also.

Always a friendly store! Wandered around looking at all the 'toys' and got to what I was there for. By this time I'd been asked twice if I needed help by some friendly smiling face. I refused and kept browsing. Checkout was fun with Connie. She is very helpful and full of charm. This is a great store and I highly recommend it.

Tractor Supply Company is the best place to shop for all of your farm and garden needs. This place has everything. If they don't have it, it hasn't been invented yet. I mean they have everything from your garden seeds to Boots to work in the garden. They have bitties and the cages to raise them up in. And everything is priced so competitively. I am a truck driver that delivers hay to TSC stores in GA, FL, and SC. And I don't get paid for saying any of this, but it's the truth. As a Trucker, I try to save anywhere and everywhere I go. I just like their products price and durability. I keep my spare parts in a tool box mounted on my truck from TSC ( that we paid for.) I have a TSC hose reel with a 75ft hose mounted on my truck, used to inflate flat tires on my trailers I pick up. Thanks TSC for being there for us when we need you.Keep up the amazing work.

Great customer service! Assistant manager Hanner was incredibly helpful in their recommendation for the 4health dog food for our pups, which they love! The cashier who rang us up, helped me get set up with the rewards program too! Will be returning here each month to get our dog food and more!

Excellent customer service. I did not have to ask for any assistance. I walked down the main isle and looked up at the signs to see where to go and an associate asked me what I was needing. Walked me over to where the cat food is and gave her best options. I’m not sure what hat her name was but bravo!!!! And Lindsey the cashier is great! Very welcoming and great personality! Love this place hundred times better than other places in Mauldin. Tractor supply customer for life. Thank you guys.

I purchased a MZ bad boy mower 54 inch deck this morning at the mauldin store on 6/8/22. The assistant manager that helped me was incredible. She was very knowledgeable about the mower and was super nice to my son and I. I hope the regional manager sees my comment because all to often people will only take the time when they want to complain about a service or product but when people go above and beyond I ask you to please take the time to thank them. She made me feel like I can trust spending 4 k on a mower from this store. I now want to speak about the mower itself and the person who put it together at the store. I am a mechanic at Michelin us1 so it’s only natural for me to double check everything when I got it home with it. I went through the whole mower and never found one nut or bolt loose at all. Every nut had a proper locking washer and tightened correctly. It’s obvious the person who put it together at the store takes pride in his work. I highly suggest using this store. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that isn't afraid to go out of their way to help you out. Easy to navigate the store because everything is well identified. Good selection, and we'll stocked. The only con to the Mauldin location is their parking lot. Other than that, everything is splendid. Great clearance selection from time to time as well.

Unfortunately, 9 times out of 10 when I go to this location they are out of stock on what I need. I feel that this cannot just be a coincidence, but rather a poorly managed store. Salespeople are not very helpful or apologetic that I wasted my time. I have even called before going to be sure that they had what I needed, assured that they did, and then get there and the person was wrong. I hate to give a bad review, but I’m hoping constructive criticism will help this store get it together.

Clerks never acknowledge Black folks entering the store. Everytime I come in, the clerks never say hi but as soon as some white person enters behind me its always a greeting. Your clerks need to acknowledge everyone one regardless of color

almost makes me want to drive 2 hours to go to Greenville just to use this particular store. Great folks in their super friendly found everything I needed thanks to their help because if I didn't have their help I would have found nothing at all. Not because the store is not well organized just because I have no clue where the stuff was... Appreciate their help got myself taken care of and I do want to say that my fishes sinus infection has been cured! Thanks guys!

Most of the shelves are not filled. But they have plenty of stock in the backroom area. I had to go searching in the back room area, where the livestock feed is, to see if they had any of the product that I wanted (stacked high, up top). They didn't, but they had plenty of items that had empty holes everywhere.They have a great selection of products to choose from, but they are all online. The store itself, is hard to find in-stock products. The prices are great also...again, if they had the product.

I stopped by the TSC store in Mauldin, SC, at about 12:45 on Monday, 04/12/2021, for a 40-50 lb. bag of bird seed. There were about 5 bags left, I grabbed a bag, noticed the price (between $12+ and $17+ per bag...I just do not recall right now). The bird seed stacked next to the purple colored bag I chose (the seed I always buy here) was priced at $25+/bag.I got in the checkout line. People ahead of me were buying a chain saw blade. The cashier rang it up and they tried their credit card but the reader did not work. They also then discovered the price was actually about $30 less than charged. Off went customers and cashier to price check.I jumped to the next line and after 2 people were handled, the card reader in that cashier line stopped working. The saw blade people and cashier returned and went ahead of me in my line to use the card reader for the sale.I was about to jump back to the chain saw blade cashier and a guy scooted in ahead of me. He bought over $500 of goods, paid $400 in cash but when he tried to pay the balance with his credit card...yep...reader did not work.At that point the delays had allowed me 3 minutes to be at an appointment 10 minutes away. I put the bird seed back and left. Just as several supervisory types arrived to fix the card reader problem...re-booting was being discussed.At 3:15 I returned, grabbed a bag of the same seed, with no price indicated for that seed, and the stacked seed next to it with the same $25+ price.I got in the cashier line, a single line now, and the seed rang up at $27+, including tax. I told the cashier that 2.5 hours ago the seed was about $12-$17/bag, and she asked if I saw that price there now. I responded no, as there was no price posted for the seed I was getting, just the adjacent seed as noted above. Her response was that this was the "now price". I explained the register problem delaying my previous attempt to purchase. She was not interested. As an aside, $27+ for 40-50 lbs. of bird seed is easily $10-$12 more than I can find it elsewhere.I returned the bag of seed. As I was placing it on the stack, another female employee asked if I was able to get the bag myself. I respond that I was returning it, and my explanation as to why. She did not care either. So I left.Customer service in this area for retail has really sunk to a severe and new low, since the feds are paying people more not to work, than to work. I was quite disappointed that TSC employees expressed neither regret, apology for their tech failures, nor offer to honor the price of 2.5 hrs. earlier on an item that upon return was now not even priced. I have never seen cashiers at this location who really acted like I was annoying them, and had no thought to the customer.I will not be caught again at any Tractor Supply Co. store.

Went in to get doggie diapers but was completely out of the size i needed. The clerk was very friendly and said a truck would be coming in either that day or the next. Clean store and it was easy to find items.

Place never has anything I need for my garden. This time I needed a piece of plastic to cover my raised bed for the frost and it would have been $40 for the smallest amount. They also barely have a tiny bag of the Victor cat food so I guess we’ll just go somewhere else to shop.
