Overall a great experience. Had to take my dog in on Christmas Eve as his poor ear was so infected. It wasn’t a huge wait, and the staff was super friendly.While it was expensive ($440 for the visit, ear cleaning, and the antibiotics) they did what they could to not take advantage of us. They even gave me good Rx coupons for the meds he needs to be on to help with pain and swelling. It took their medication cost of $200 down to $20 at my local pharmacy.They were very good with my pup. If I could avoid going to this place I would, simply from the cost perspective. But given the need it was fantastic.

This vet is just amazing. I would recommend them every single time. The doc at my last visit literally kept me as informed as possible and the vet tech was so patient with Diamond and made her feel loved! The staff is exceptional! After having to bring my dog in for an emergency, I was so impressed with the care provided. When I learned that they also provide routine care, I transferred my pets records from my current vet of over 35 years to Oasis. Thank you Oasis for taking not only taking such great care of my dog, but being compassionate, listening to my concerns and providing options for her care. I am so grateful for all of the staff and the kindness they have shown!1 month follow up post. Again, I cannot say enough about how fantastic the staff has been during our dog's illness. I was able to text with the staff any concerns I had and they always got back to me immediately. Oasis provides care above and beyond any others.

I had to use their emergency services and it was the most efficient, compassionate, friendly staff I've ever the experience of having contact with. I had to drive over a hour because we don't have this service in my area and it was the best decision for my fur baby. They will be my choice again if I should need them!!!

Because of my puppy eating my husband’s medication I had to visit Oasis twice within a short period of time. Then took my son’s dog on Labor Day weekend. All three visits were fantastic. Everyone was so thorough and kind. Explained everything in words that I could understand. Very impressed with Oasis.

I can’t thank Dr. Dorn and Erin enough for loving on my baby Baylee. They both took such good care of me and my dog. They were thorough, informative, and caring. I never felt in the dark. After telling me next steps, they always gave me an itemized breakdown of what I would be possibly spending so I knew what to expect. They gave me time to process what was going on and didn’t rush me to make any decisions. The way they loved on my Baylee girl brought tears to my eyes. Makenna at the front desk was also very sweet. In a time of panic and stress, the team at Oasis really helped me feel more at peace. I would recommend this place. My sweet girl is doing much better and I can’t thank everyone enough! Everyone was super professional.2/14/23----I had to take my Baylee back to the vet this weekend where I saw Dr. Barton. Brandi at the front was friendly, helpful, and professional. Both Erin and Dr. Barton were excellent as they cared for my baby. They were kind and explained everything in detail.

Just moved to the area a few months ago.. Today our dog was attacked by another neighborhood dog and these guys were able to get our little Trooper in ASAP!! I had an emergency on a Friday night due to a dog attack on my dog, & was very impressed with the level of care and compassion for my pet and myself. The office staff acted immediately upon my arrival and in less than 10 minutes of arrival my pet was being seen by the veterinarian. Treatment was explained fully with transparent pricing. Emergencies are not cheap. But I was given a range of costs and able to deny some options which saved me some money. My pet was treated right away and while I waited they provided a comfortable waiting room with beverages. The staff is excellent. I would not hesitate to go back if we had another emergency.

My friend and I came in with her senior doggy today who had to be put down but the vet and tech (who were literally meeting us for the first time) were so so kind and made a horrible moment as peaceful and smooth as possible. They were patient, understanding, and walked us through every step of the decision.The clinic feels more like a house than a cement floored pound and even our vet-phobic old lady was fairly calm. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Can't remember the vet and her tech's name, but we came in on an emergency one night. It turned out my 6 month old puppy had Parvo and they were extremely kind and compassionate. While I sat in the exam room bawling my eyes out, they comforted me and understood our situation. They helped us understand all of our options and weighed the pros and cons to each treatment, or even just putting her down. Luckily we were offered the option of at home treatment for a lower cost, and took my phone calls for any questions I had in the process with kindness and patience. That puppy is now a healthy, spoiled 1 year old girl. They are a bit on the expensive side - but it's about normal for veterinary care these days. Worth every penny we've spent with this staff. They also handled her post-parvo checkups, dewormings, and vaccines. Even the front desk staff has been absolutely phenomenal. Her yearly is coming up and I'm excited to bring her in soon and show them all her incredible progress thanks to them. Here is a photo of my beautiful girl who now spends her days rolling in mud with our other dogs and jumping in my lap, thinking she's a 5lbs lapdog when in reality she's about 65lbs now. Cannot thank these beautiful staff members enough for everything they have done to save my girl.

Just wanted to say how kind and compassionate the staff are here. I wanted so much to have a home euthanasia for my elderly cat, and the earliest I was able to make the appointment was for a Tuesday. Unfortunately, my sweet Callie declined rather quickly and I didn’t think she’d make it to Tuesday, so my husband and I decided on Saturday evening to bring her to Oasis. Everyone we encountered was so nice and understanding, and took such great care of my baby, wrapping her in a warm blanket once they had her line in. We were able to take as much time as we needed with her, and afterward they made a paw print and gave me some of her fur in a couple of tiny vials. We really appreciated their compassion and kindness during a heartbreaking experience.

We had to bring our dog in for emergency treatment to Oasis. We were expecting the worst and this was our first time there. They took us in right away and gave George a thorough examination. They gave us complete information and options for further diagnosis and treatment options. We had heard from a referral that of all of the emergency care facilities, Oasis provided the "most bang for the buck." The referral was not wrong. No doubt is was expensive, but like most pet owners, we would do almost anything for our two dogs. The Tech as well as Dr. McCraw were excellent. Dr. McCraw patiently explained his diagnosis and how we could treat George. I can't say enough good things about the care George received and the folks at this animal hospital. Because of the positive experience, we registered both of our dogs on the spot with this Veterinary practice. Thanks again Dr. McCraw and the rest of the staff at Oasis! Btw, George is doing much better and back to causing mayhem around the house.

Over due Update:My first visit with Dr Logan was pleasant,but unfortunately, we learned at the the 2nd visit, that my dog was very sick with stage 4/5 kidney failure and all of her organs were shutting down.Both times with Dr Logan were kind and filled with compassion. He gave me realistic options and gently told me what my next steps will look like.I decided to have a few more days with my sweet yorkie girl before putting her down.When the day came for me to let her go, which was on a Saturday, Dr Logan was not in.I assumed that I’d get the same great care from the other doctors , but that, painfully, was not the case.It was already a very difficult moment to have my sweet girl go but having the assistant and doctor being cold and very insensitive, made my grieving almost unbearable for the next few days with how my dog was treated in her last few moments.Everything was rushed & the assistant asked questions that were already dealt with. She asked the same questions not believing my answer at the same time that I’m deeply grieving my last few moments with my dog & moments after she passed .At that moment, all they cared about was getting payed and finishing the procedure quickly. They had no regard or sympathy of the situation. I’m not asking you to care but I’m asking for kindness & sensitivity in this critical moment.The way she rushed the euthanizing shot made my sweet girl gasp for air and that was brutal for me. She was already in so much pain.I was able to recuperate after some time but that added a whole other level of pain and grieving that was not necessary to say the least!Although I do have high regard for Dr Logan, I cannot vouch for the other doctors and assistants at this hospital.June23’Dr Logan was so kind and compassionate of my financial circumstances! He cares for animals deeply and accommodates for both the pet owner and the pet.It warmed my heart and filled me with hope to see such a kind hearted person!

I was here visiting from out of town. My 6 month old daschund found a roach bait and was chewing on it. We had no idea how much he had ingested. Thank goodness for Google! The people at Oasis were excellent. Very caring and professional. Immediately took him in and examined him. Worked their magic, explained his test results to us in detail and emailed his chart to our home Vet. We were so relieved that he got such great care. Highly recommend them .

This place was absolutely awesome! I recently had to take my Little Baby in for Urgent Care due to rapid breathing and a cough. Service and Staff were amazing! Little Baby received the care she needed with no worries. The Vet wasn't brief, he explained everything in detail and nothing was rushed. The following 2 days, we received text messages from them just checking in to see how Little Baby was feeling. .Also, if we need to take her back in by appointment for any reason within the next 2 weeks, the office visit is free. Can't beat that!Very laid back and comfortable atmosphere! I highly recommend!!

Pretty much the only place we'll be taking our dogs from now on.We first saw Oasis on an ER basis with an injured stray dog we found. Not only were they kind and fit us in right away, but they didn't push any expensive testing or procedures since they knew we weren't his owner. They worked well within our budget and got him patched up like new!After that we saw them again as an urgent care for two of our own dogs for minor things that weren't really an ER issue, but it was bad timing for them to get a little sick the day before we were leaving for vacation. Nevertheless they fit us in right away and never treated us like we were wasting their time when fitting us in for non-emergency sick visits.We loved all three of the ER experiences so much we now use them as our regular vet and have had dentals and even a recent major leg surgery with them. Every time the doctors are always considerate, listen to our concerns, and explain things to us in a way that's easy to understand. They also make estimates before they do any treatment so you can determine what is within your budget and won't shame you if you need to remove some treatment for affordability. I live in ware shoals. My dog had an emergency. He got into a fight with another dog and was injured badly. My vet could not see him. I called 2 other emergency vets all of which suggested I try Oasis because they had no openings. When I called Oasis in tears the person that was on the phone said to bring him in immediately they would see him. She said for us to get on the road and sent me a link to fill out paperwork. My husband took him while I completed the paperwork. Every one there was so nice. My dog ended up needing surgery. Dr Logan was amazing during the entire process. I also want to mention Ashley at the front desk. She has such a caring vibe. She is so sweet. That really gave me comfort that we were in the right place. Thank you Oasis!I do have to add that the prices are a bit steep but we needed to do what we had to for our dog. It’s all upfront no hidden charges. They keep you informed.

I had an amazing experience with Oasis. Showed up late on a Sunday, unsure what was going on with our senior Lab. Got the worst possible news, that our season of life with her had come to an end. Every interaction I had, from reception to nurse and doctor was very caring and respectful of what was obviously an impossible situation. When I arrived there were at least 3 other animals in the lobby and others being treated- but it felt like we were the only ones the building. Thank you to the Oasis team for how you cared for us.

So very thankful we found Oasis, they have taken extraordinary care of both my dog and my daughter. Our dog was diagnosed with cancer in April of 23 and they have went above and beyond to give him top level care, with understanding the financial burden on me, they have made sure the recommendation's made were impactful to Gizmos care and with respect to my budget. My daughter is 16 and watching her only friend, her comfort from this world, her everything… fight and now begin to lose his battle to cancer… I can’t fathom what this would have been like without the team at Oasis. Oasis will be my FIRST call every time my pets need urgent care again when my vet's office is closed. While other clinics were on an hours long wait list or couldn't take care of the problem, Oasis got us in very quickly. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The vet (Dr Summer) did a great job and was terrific in the amount of time she spent with us. I couldn't be more pleased and I will highly recommend them to others.

Dr. Nicole took the time to thoroughly explain the options for treating my dog’s cancer and to answer all my questions, so I could make the best decision possible. She and her vet tech were also empathetic and kind and were good at interacting with my very nervous dog.
