Our 2 year old male can had a hind leg injury. Mauldin Vet was able to work in our budget and find a way to complete the orthopedic surgery on his right hip. He will be fully recovered in 8-12 weeks. We are so grateful to be able to have our little man back to play with his sister

Great experience so far with Mauldin Station Vet. Their waiting area is clean and spacious. The cat room has a comfy hiding space for shy cats like mine. The staff was very warm and gently with my scared cat. Medications were given and ordered on the same day. I’m happy to now be a client of the MSV.

We have brand new Great Pyrenees puppies in our home and I am so glad my daughter and I decided to make Dakota's & Harlees's first vet visit with Mauldin Station Vet. These ladies are the best! From the time you walk in this office the red carpet is rolled out. The are down to earth, Bed side manners cannot be compared, very nice, knowledgeable, Cost efficient and Caring. Our puppies were so comfortable after being seen by their doctor they both found a cool spot on the floor and went to sleep. This is home for us!! Oh btw the office is very clean and inviting with refreshments and a photoshoot area 😁 See you soon for their next set of vaccines and wellness checks.

Great experience after my dog ate some chocolate and needed to be observed after vomiting. Anna and the rest of the team were so kind and comforting, even sending me some update pictures! I hope I don’t have to see them again soon but when I do, I know Betty will be in good hands.

5 stars is not enough stars to rate this place. I would give them 100 stars if I could.Besides the fact that the appointment was super simple to book by calling and by the app, beside the fact that the place is friendly, besides the fact that they do a phenomenal job, they go so above and beyond for you and your pets.Firstly, I had an emergencybefore my first ever appointment with them and had to reschedule, and they called to make sure everything was okay and said that the reschedule was totally fine. They were super sweet about it.Secondly, when I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, they had a room ready for my two cats, which they said they sanitized and cleaned (and honestly they truly did, most places say they do that but you can then see it’s not all that clean, but Mauldin Station Vet genuinely did that). I particularly loved that the room was ready upon arrival because I have super anxious kitties and having a provide room like that, where they were allowed to run around, made them far less stressed. On top of that the room had a little condo for my girls to hide out in.Second, the receptionist, vet tech and vet were some of the nicest and sweetest people I have ever met. I mean that seriously, there is “customer service” nice and then there is “I genuinely care about what I do and about the animals I help” nice. They were all the second one.Third, my cat is on a particular medicine that they didn’t yet have (it’s a new one for diabetes, so I didn’t expect them to have it) so they made sure they had some in stock before I even showed up.But last and most importantly, these people genuinely cared about my cats. These people were gentle with approaching my cats and seemed so caring. Even more so, I could hear how they spoke about them behind closed doors (not that I was eavesdropping but I could hear them talking in the back) and they refused to do anything that caused my cats to stress too much. The last vet I went to I heard my baby screaming bloody murder across the whole building because of how they pushed her to do their job. And I get it, they need to get blood work done, but here my girl was much more quiet because they went at her pace and even said they’d rather her come back another day when she wasn’t as stressed. They offered me a pain medicine to give her before her next appointment too to help her.So long as this is the kind of vet office they are, I will never find another vet.Patricia, Octavia and I thank you!

Mauldin Station Vet is incredible! Everyone on the staff is SO kind and compassionate and Dr. Hoeft is amazing. She takes the time to sit with you and give updates + talk through next steps rather than TELL you next steps. Having just moved back home to SC from Indiana, I had concerns about finding a new veterinarian. Upon a recommendation, I found Dr. Anna and her staff! Gorgeous facility!! Dr. Hoeft & her team are an absolutely wonderful group of people. She really takes her time with clients and gives our fur babies top notch love, attention, compassion, and care. She explains things well and is such a kind and caring person. I love that she has a room specifically for cats and has catered that room with our feline friends in mind to help ease their stress coming in. If you're looking for a wonderful vet with wonderful staff to care after your four legged kids this is the place to go! It's affordable & they accept care credit! 5 stars isn't enough for what they do. Thank you for getting little Mr. Gimli back on his paws and feeling better. 🖤🖤

We are so fortunate to have Dr. Hoeft and her team nearby now. We knew Dr. H. is the best from our experiences with her before, and we are ecstatic for our two GSD boys to be back in her care. Price was very good for the amazing staff and facility! So many perks and freebies. But the best part was the vet tech and vet! The vet tech took a lot of time to calm and soothe our terrified kitty with pets and time and gentleness. Highly recommend this place. The expertise is evident and the vet tech even ran out to our cat to keep us from leaving one of the kitty toys we brought from home ❤️

Dr.Hoeft and the entire staff at Mauldin Station Vet made our very scary day a little bit better. They are kind, they are generous, and they truly care about the health and well being of your furry baby. We were not even established there and they took us in and took care of my doggy when my regular vet office could not accommodate. They understood that she needed care immediately and they told us to bring her right in in and they took the very best care of her. Seizures are SCARY and they walked us through the home care and assured us that they will be here with us for this journey. They will be my go to for veterinary care from here on out!

Unfortunately our visit was a sad one. Our precious little Honey Mae had to be put down. The vet and staff were extremely professional and provided my wife and I a truly peaceful passing for our little girl. She will be missed. ❤️

It was my first visit and I took three of my four cats , couldn’t get the 4th out from under the bed.The office is quite nice. All the people I met were very good with each cat. The Dr. was caring and friendly. Her assistant was great with each of them and also a cat owner and you could tell she is genuinely a lover of animals.They are lose to my home and not so busy that they didn’t take time with them.So, we now have a new family Dr for my fur babies

This is my first time checking out this practice, and I’m glad I did. We brought one of our recently adopted cats to get checked out due to concerns about abdominal bloating. The doctor and staff took the time to listen to the presenting concerns. She recommended appropriate tests and gave me the option to decline tests that she didn’t feel were as necessary, if cost was a concern. I appreciate anyone who will give their honest opinion and also offer multiple options. It is obvious they care about the animals under their care and not making money off of folks with unnecessary interventions. We will definitely continue to use them for Bonnie “Beans” and her brother, Frank’s, future medical needs.Oh, and the office is beautiful. One of the most stylish veterinary practices that I have ever been to. In case you’re looking for aesthetics along with an awesome care team. 😊

My Candi has received exceptional care here at Mauldin Station Vet. I brought her in on a Monday concerned about a mammary mass and they sent me home with antibiotics that day and had her scheduled for surgery on Thursday. They answered all of my questions and assuaged all of my concerns. Vet techs and surgeon were extremely pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. I received a follow up call the day after Candi's surgery just a few minutes after they opened. They show true care and concern for the animals they see.Cost of surgery was reasonable (dogs are family too, so when they're hurting, we have to help them out no matter the cost! They'd do the same for us). I appreciate the convenient app used for communication and scheduling appointments. After care instructions were straightforward.All in all, this is a five star veterinarian. I've had an older dog and a cat pass before the Mauldin Station Vet was here. Had they existed, I know they would have taken good care of my Sasha and my Mitchell Kitty too!Thanks guys. We are forever clients now and I will be spreading the word!

Dr. Hoeft is hands down the best veterinarian we have ever had! She is thorough in her exams, empathetic, loving to your pet, and she genuinely cares about each of her patients! When we were having a hard time finding a solution for our dog's stomach issues, she took the time to listen to our experiences and what we had already tried and she worked until she found a solution that resolved all his issues! She is truly one of a kind. I cannot recommend her enough!

Kasher was diagnosed with diabetes 13 months ago at a different vets office. Recently he had been more tired and lazy with dry hair and skin rashes and our vet couldn’t explain why and just offered allergy medication. We decided to switch vets and found Dr. Hoeft. She recommended we checked Kasher’s thyroid. Kasher came back with a hypothyroidism diagnosis! After starting him on his thyroid medication his blood sugar was all out of wack and I was having a hard time controlling it. Dr. Hoeft made herself available 24/7 on the weekend replying quickly to my messages with questions asking what dose of insulin I should give/if I should withhold, etc. I’ve never had a vet be so willing to help at anytime. Kashers health and energy levels are so much better now! I feel so safe leaving Kasher in her care and I don’t feel that way about many people.

We recently moved to the GVL area and had been looking for a new vet for our two dogs and I am SO thankful we came across Mauldin Station Vet. The staff was so gentle and kind with our dogs (especially the attention seeking older one 🙃) and very knowledgeable. They promptly filled our monthly flea and tick medication and had great communication for test results, etc. Will absolutely establish care here!

I took my cat Shadow here when he had been hit by a car. The staff here are unlike any other place, they were so loving, gentle and caring above and beyond showing us so much love. I called several places and no one could work him in their schedule or see him i called Mauldin station vet told them what happened and they followed up with a phone call to see my eta and then continued to check on him after visit. I was so scared and frantic during this not knowing what to expect and they went above and beyond to take care of us both. I highly recommend coming to Mauldin station vet above anyone else.
