I’ve had the same insurance for several years and I’ve been charged numerous amounts for the same prescription. When I finally had enough of the discrepancies which amounted anywhere from $2-$10, I asked why the amount varies when it’s the same prescription, same pill count and same insurance. I was told that I didn’t have insurance. I said that I did, and the clerk who was way less than civil, stomps over to the computer and says your insurance doesn’t cover it. Her attitude just really rubbed me the wrong way, so I call my insurance company from inside the pharmacy and verified that I had insurance and that the prescription was covered and should be the lower cost. The pharmacist ended up have to explain to the clerk how to correctly process the prescription through my insurance. It made me wonder how many customers this happens to in a day. Some may never even notice. I no longer use CVS pharmacy.

Not a bad store if you need to pick something up quick, but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to get prescriptions filled. After being told it would be an hour and a half of waiting to get a prescription filled, we went home to wait, came back after two hours, and it still wasn't ready. It's not like it was a complicated order or anything. Not sure why they are so disorganized.

You cannot get through on the phone to the pharmacy . I called 3 times and after waiting 15 minutes each time then the phone would drop my call.

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. On 2 occasions my doctors office called in refills and the CVS pharmacy told me they never received the phone call from the doctors office. The customer service is horrible.

CVS Mauldin pharmacy is always ready to help whenyou need them. From letting you know that you have scripts are ready to explaining new medication. I can always count on the pharmacist to be friendly and informative. As for the line at the drive thru well that's another issue. One day I will figure out when the best time is to go so I can avoid the long line. Keep up the good work CVS Mauldin/Butler Rd.
