The pharmacy workers are great, but the other employees are not. While trying to wait for my medication refill, I decided to browse the store.I was followed from isle-to-isle by an employee, blatantly watching me and asking FOUR TIMES if I “needed help” when I stated that I was waiting for a pharmacy refill. I understand the concern for theft, but that was RIDICULOUS.I will be changing pharmacies, and I hope anyone who does not want to be treated like a criminal will change as well.

I had an appointment at the Minute Clinic here at 5PM. I was called at 11:30AM asking if I could come in early because their staff didn’t show up. I informed them that I had a job and couldn’t come in early. I told them I would arrive as soon as I could. I arrived ON TIME FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and was told that the doctor would not see me. He said that I was told to come in early because of their lack of scheduling and because I didn’t he would not stay late. When I informed the man that I had a job and that is why I created the appointment for 5PM he told me he had other things to do and he walked out.

I had not been to this CVS in a couple of years and was very impressed with the welcome as I entered and the efficient and courteous young lady, CLARA, who helped me with my purchases and checked me out. I will be back to this store!!! Thanks!!

Nice people, but they never answer the phone. I've literally called, been on hold for 15 min, driven there while on hold and get helped faster that way.Also doctor has called in an emergency refill for us 2 times and they still.too 3 days to fill it.

Lady at the pharmacy Victoria was not very professional and rude. She walked away as I was speaking and did not even acknowledge anything I said. There’s no reason why she should have an attitude when all I ask was a very simple question that she did not even answer. Seems like she needs some training on how to be professional to everyone and not just certain people. She was very polite to others that came in after me, mind you I was there for 10-15 mins total. Another thing is my prescription said it was for 10 days and she only gave me a 5 day supply. Very unprofessional…

I had an 11:15 appointment to get the covid vaccine and waited an hour. In that hour they only managed to give 4/5 people ahead of me the vaccine. I'm sure it was because the Walgreens company was under staffing to save money on paying people, because all of the pharmacy employees were very kind, continuously doing things/interacting with customers, and never standing around doing nothing. 5 stars to the employees, none to the people at the too who set them up to fail.

My covid test was quick and fast and the nurse was very kind and helpful. They did let a man walk in before me who was not wearing a proper mask (he was holding a shirt over his mouth) even though they have signs posted to wear a face covering. I do not feel like that is safe or reassuring when coming to hopefully receive a negative test.

This has been my pharmacy for almost 5 years and I have loved the friendly staff and folks in the pharmacy. Today I called the pharmacy and the tech that I spoke to was rude and short with me and didn’t even let me speak. She interrupted and once I answered her questions she hung up the phone abruptly. I had to call back to request for my 2nd RX to be filled. She rudely said “it will be read sometime later today” and hung up. Terrible customer service and rude attitude. Guess I’ll try the other CVS on Butler Road from now on....

Christine was awful and unwilling to help with general questions over the phone, 1 star for her. But the lady that did our testing was incredible, didn't see a nametag, but she was out in the hut, she deserves 5 stars for answering my basic questions, and making it easy. I was in and out in 5 mins.

The pharmacist is rude and so are the workers. They do not want to do their job, like calling the pharmacy help desk to fix a reject code. Instead they handed me the paper and smirked and told me that Medicaid did not cover my son's medicine. Medicaid was his secondary insurance I have him covered under my blue cross from my employer which I pay a lot of money for just to be treated like as a sick mother I have to figure out what the issue is. My benefits center called the pharmacy and they found that the claim was never filed and the workers were also very short with them. Also transferred all of my prescriptions and my son's to a different pharmacy because the attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by these workers is unacceptable. Also lodging a complaint with the BBB.

The practitioner I was seen by was very ill mannered. She argued with me with an aggressive tone. Her demeanor was unpleasant and became more hostile as we talked. I wasn’t helped or treated with any kind of compassion or respect and I then went to the ER to get further assistance with my illness l.

I love this pharmacy and drive by others regularly just to go to this location. The staff (Carla and Christina and all the names I can't remember) are always amazing and helpful. I can't recommend anywhere else.

Crapy!! Waited at the drive through window for a long time just to drop a script off had to press the button then this really rude woman tells me to pick it up at 845pm its 7pm when u drop it off. Get there at 9 and there closed !!! After i get my script tomorrow i will not be going back i will never use another cvs pharmacy again bc this is the 3rd time in a row ive got this kind if service.!!

The phone system needs Jesus. Nothing is straightforward and they interject news in between relevant information and it is very distracting and confusing. I will remove this review if you fix it but only if you fix it.
