Jenny the “pharmacist” needs an attitude check. I kindly asked to speak to her after a prescription that had been sitting since 12 wasn’t filled. (It was now 6 pm) My mother had just had surgery and was in severe pain. The pharmacist would refuse to come to the window. Was talking to the tech and when the tech reminded her I’d like to speak to her the pharmacist responded with “she can hear me from here.” The pharmacist was unprofessional and had an awful attitude. I asked for her name so I can file a complaint to which she refused because it’s “against policy” ummm…mam…your name will be on the pill bottle whenever you decide to fill it. Corporate has been called and I hope this “pharmacist” gets a lesson in customer service. When I stated to the tech “I hope she treats you all better then her customers” the tech just gave me a look which told me Jenny is just an unhappy soul who makes all around her miserable.I suggest taking your prescriptions to CVS on Bethel and Butler where you will be treated with kindness and respect.

I had an urgent need and rushed to CVS just 10 minutes before closing. The exceptional staff not only waited for me, but also offered insightful recommendations when I sought their advice. Among them, the store manager, Ms. Amanda, always stands out. Every time I visit, she goes the extra mile to assist me, offering the best advice with a personal touch. Her personable and patient demeanor, along with her professional insights, greatly enhance the shopping experience. On this particular visit, Brooke was the friendly face who checked me out. Despite the day nearing its end, she was cheerful, helpful, and made the process smooth and easy. The willingness of Ms. Amanda, Brooke, and the entire team to assist even at the end of a long day exemplifies customer service at its finest. A massive thank you to Ms. Amanda, Brooke, and the entire CVS crew for their unparalleled service and kindness. Your efforts greatly eased my situation, and I left the store with a smile. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you all!!

The people at the pharmacy have no idea what they are doing. I have had to drive out to another cvs multiple times because they either don't know what they are doing or they refuse to fill prescriptions. They are also extremely slow and forget to fill your prescriptions. I ask what the dose was of the medication that I was trying to get she just stood there with a blank look on her face. Completely clueless to what I was asking. Went to the one on pelham they were able to help me with everything.

I had to get my seizure medication filled the location I normally use was out and was trying to get the pharmacist to fill it at this location and no matter what the other pharmacist did the butler road pharmacist refused to do his job and fill it

The pharmacy staff has always been so helpful and patient and I truly appreciate that. They recognize me and say hello, and I appreciate that! I've never had a bad experience with any staff in the store and they are always friendly and welcoming. The store is easy to navigate and stocked well.

The main part of the store is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store itself is usually kept up and very neat.Those working in the pharmacy we’re not helpful. I stood there for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. The pharmacist was not helpful and dismissive when I asked to schedule a COVID vaccine appointment in person after telling her I unsuccessfully tried to schedule an appointment online. If you’re this close to East Butler, I would recommend going that CVS.

This CVS has the most rudest, unorganized, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I understand that there may be a staff shortage or sometimes they may get overwhelmed but the described behavior has always been consistent.

I do not use the pharmacy here as there always seemed to be an issue with the prescriptions be a different price each time, for the same medicine with the same insurance. I do however shop the store regularly. The staff is very friendly and the shelves are always well stocked. I enjoy the different selections based on whatever holiday is closest. I do wish their rewards program was as good as it used to be.

Pharmacy review: absolutely terrible and unorganized. I got my medication from Kmart before they closed down. I wish Kmart remained open. My medicine is always out of stock here. “It’s on the truck probably we haven’t unloaded the stuff so we don’t know. Call back tomorrow.” Seriously? Hell just tell me what part of the load and I’ll go unload it myself. Just lazy and inconsiderate people in the pharmacy. This location needs to clean house in that department and hire more professional and considerate employees.

Pharmacy Review: This review only applies to the pharmacy. Poorly organized and managed on all levels. Visited three occasions at three different times and found the service completely unsatisfactory. During last visited I waited for over 10 minutes to simply drop a prescription (left after 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged by an employee).

The help are very nice BUT you need more help . I go up there FIVE hours after called in and still no prescriptions and they have no time to answer phone. I would think you would like happy customers. you got K-mart customers now and no help. it is sad when you have to eat lunch while working. Look at #5 reviews compared to #1 reviews doesn't that tell you something.

My pharmacy of choice and I pick CVS over Walgreens all day, everyday. I hated showing my DL each time at Walgreens and they didn't accept BCBS insurance. The people at this location are usually very kind and helpful!

TERRIBLE!!!! This was the worst experience ever. I am standing at the consultation window to ask the pharmacist a question and there was a lady behind me in line too. Sp when the pharmacist comes over to the window she tells me that she needs to talk to the lady behind me first because she has questions about her medication...What is the consultation both for? Was her question more important than mine obviously so eventhough my question was about medication too. What happened to first come first serve?Julie

Drain the swamp in the pharmacy department! They never answer the phone! They state they have a medication in stock, tell you to come back it will be ready for pick up, & boom no medication! Maybe the pharmacy should consider opening/closing earlier/later; since all the negative reviews are pharmacy related.

The pharmacy is always so slow. Ever time I come for prescription it takes 30 minutes just to pick-up. Not to mention they tell me 45 minutes to fill but it actually takes them 2+ hours.
