I usually come here and they very friendly and super helpful, but it says closes at 10p on a Monday and when you get there at 9:45p and find its all ready closed your get kinda annoyed. I have worked 10 years in retail and I get it, employees want to go home a bit early. Which its fine on a holiday, but not doing normal business hours. If associates want to close early mabye corporate should change the time to 9:30p. This is the third time this has happened to me. Its even more annoying when you arrive 20 minutes before close and to find the associate is outside smoking and saying they are closed. Very unprofessional I used to be a manager and I always took care of the customer last min or not. Its as easy as changing the time on Google. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this.

This is your typical Family Dollar store. Overall, they are friendly and keep it well stocked. However, they need to do a much better job on cleaning. While picking up a few items, I noted several cobwebs and it looks like the floor has not been swept or mopped in quite a while. If they would take a little bit of time and clean, they could have a really good store.

Great Manger I needed a item priced he took care of right then and there it seemed the store was stocked better than it has in 4mths or more I get going because the store was always empty I did not get the item I was looking for I think they are shipping the baggies I buy I will gi there again

I was working up the street from this location and had to use the restroom, the man behind the counter was rude and racially profiled me and wouldn't allow me use the restroom. I work outside with the power lines so I'm always in different locations and never had I been treated this way from any Family Dollar. Where ever I'm at if there is a family dollar around I use their restroom with no problems. After the treatment I received from this location, I will never step my feet in family dollar again. I spend a lot of money with this Corporation but never again. The customer service is very poor.

Store was very organized, easy to find what i was looking for. No boxes all in the aisles like other stores. Very clean and neat. Kudos family dollar. Also, found set of twin sheets for 5 bucks.....

The selection at family Dollar verses other dollars store name brands is minimal. Very few selections and most the time they only have one type of the item your looking for to pick from so it's that one or none. But the staff is nice and the store is clean. Good for a quick in and out shopping trip for simple house hold items.

Total lack of inventory. It was so barren it looked as though the store was going out of business. For instance, I was there to buy briefs for my husband. There were only 3 packages of briefs. That's it! All sized large. The store attendants could care less about their customers. They stood at the registers and chatted about their work schedule and person lives. They didn't even acknowledge the customers as they approached the register just started ringing up purchases while continuing their personal chjt chat. I was so amazed I just watched. Big mistake. When I got home I discovered that I was missing a couple items. I hadn't been changed for them. I guess they're still sitting on the counter because they certainly don't stock the store.

All other Greenville County Family Dollar stay open till 10 I walk in at 8:57 855 somewhere around there and they let me walk in then say we're closing in five minutes none of this ishop tool a few minutes after noon have a basket and arm slap full and they said oh we thought you left we're closed so I wasted a good 15 minutes plus whatever and the irritation of Karen doesn't s*** and finding it to be told that they close the store with me in there without warning great job guys great job and I'm being super super sarcastic ridiculous done now thanks
