Made the cashier work sick. The district manager should be held liable. I have had that crud and now because they made her work while sick, it's spreading. Nope. Never here again. Nasty. Got other Dollar Generals to go to.

So I was trying not to show I was taking a picture. But the managers & assit manager plus 2 other employees thought they slick. I know it's their job to get all Penny items off the floor, that's fine. They got there at 4:40am all 3 woman, how do I know bcz my cousin penny shops I don't but went today to try & find some clothes, shoes, food & some detergents for 3 different families w/children in need. Then 5am the man employee gets there. This employee perceeds to let us know that the Penny shoppers that were there won't find anything bcz his managers & key holders are Penny shoppers themselves & they're gonna make sure they don't get anything. Then 2 regular penny shoppers who know them personally informed us that these woman that were there today take all the Penny merchandise for themselves & shares w/them (I saw w/my own eyes) that's why they go in so early to then sell the stuff at flea markets. I mean hey whatever do you but I thought it was against DG Policy for employees to do that? Well I guess they did there job today not mad abouth that. Why I gave 1 star was bcz it's one thing you as managers Penny shop ok but it's another when all of you 3 woman stand there make fun of everyone there & yell "Marco, Polo" as if saying yeah try & find a penny item. So not cool & unprofessional. The picture was them taking stuff putting it in a basket 'as you see it in her hand' was ready to buy it herself until she realized we were watching her & taking pictures. I'm sure they took the rest in the cars as per witnesses saw previously. Shameful I DONT SELL THE ITEMS I DONATE THEM TO PEOPLE IN NEED. It's just sad that others suffer for their very own gain, all the while lie & say they donate them!

I do not like this store, I came in with a mid size purse and was ask to leave it up front. They have never seen me taking things or acting like I was. I work for a living and was treated badly. About 2 weeks after that my son went in to use the bathroom and again was treated like he was stealing. I think they may need to look at employees. I was so embarrassed and so was my son

I love MOST ALL of the employees at DG. Whoever does the hiring for them USUALLY does a great job of hiring good people. But I'm tired as i can be of going in 1 of their stores to buy a pk of cigarettes that they advertise they sell, which is Montegos, but are ALWAYS out of!!! Especially the reds! And i don't know anywhere else that has them & can hardly afford them really, much less having to end up either having to find another DG, which takes more gas & time, which i don't have much of there either, or settle for something i don't really want. I'm sorry but DG has REALLY went down hill in the last few yrs and you can only use the PANDEMIC for sooo long. It's a good thing their NOT a convience store because it has become VERY inconvenient to shop there. I even went to '2' on the same day, in the middle of the day!! to a closed store so that they could stock. I understand they have to stock, but does it really have to be done during hrs that the public thinks their suppost to be open? And takes the time and gas to go to one, only to find out their closed! That was SOOO FRUSTRATING!!! DG I'm sorry but you guys are sooo slacking anymore.

Has a little bit of everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. Large selection of candy(especially holiday candy, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's, etc), drinks, and chips. Good prices and has things on sale all the time. It is a little cluttered and messy, but they have just about anything you need for a quick grab. Very nice manager. Recommended!

I just go here for the toys. They are the only place that my 3 year son and I have found Spiderman mystery toys. Those are my kids favorite! Good environment though. Nice staff. Never had any problems.

Not too much to say...I mean it's the Dollar General that I can walk to from my house in 5 minutes, so I'm there quite a bit when I realize I don't have something I need. Sometimes they may be out of something for awhile, but this store does a pretty decent job of keeping everything stocked (compared to other locations I've been to) & the people working there are always nice.

Depends on which one you visit! I'll tell you the best ones to go to, and that is the one on s. Church St, and Bethany church rd. The rest are a mess. It's hard to enjoy looking in each isle, because there is always big roll carts in your way, along with everything falling off of them. The workers do not care about this accident waiting to happen. And for some reason now, any given time when you go into a DG, your service will completely be blocked. You cannot get on the internet, or call out or receive a call.

I like this store but they could be more organized in their groupings of things. This makes it very difficult to find anything in any of their stores because they have no plan.

This store never has what I'm looking for. It's a waste of time even stopping there because you can never push a buggy through the store to shop because they have boxes of products on racks in your way. Why can't they bring out one rack of stuff at a time to stock instead of 10. Also the workers are very rude the store stays dirty.This store is in need of workers who take pride in their job.

Always find a deal. Have problems with check out. Never enough people on the job or they are often off the register and I have had many times when I've had to wait or call out to an employee

Three people on duty two in the store one outside smoking the two in the store would not check me out I had to wait on the one that was outside smoking to come back in from her smoke break to buy what I wanted that place always sucks I only go there when I'm in a pinch
