Ralph and his team worked with my Greater Swiss Mountain Dog over the summer. He is truly a changed dog. Life at our house has changed dramatically since Dexter came back from Will-Do. Not only are our lives easier, but Dexter is a happier, more secure dog. I am so thankful we made the decision to have this crew work with Dexter!

The team here at Will-do kennels is amazing. I sent my mix pup (now 1yr old Diezel, 60+lb lab mix) here December 1st, he was super rambunctious, didnt like to be told "NO" and did not like to walk with a leash. (He walked me for the most part). I just assumed after 6 weeks Mr. Ralph and Lilly would have given up on what I thought was a lost cause. Diezel stayed in the program for several more weeks (which was needed). I brought him back home the beginning of the month and he is much different. He no longer walks me, we can walk our neighborhood and just enjoy the exercise and he seems to enjoy just hanging out now, he no longer chews things he is not supposed to have. I am so glad I chose Will-Do Kennels, they did a very thorough and fantastic job! 10 out of 10 I would recommend Mr. Ralph and his team to anyone!!

I brought my 9 month old Chocolate Lab “Buoy” to Ralph at Will do Kennels, the transformation from a hard headed puppy to an obedient dog has been amazing! Ralph did an incredible job with Buoy, even trained me on how to handle Buoy. I highly recommend Ralph and his staff at Will do Kennels for training or boarding, thanks again Ralph!

We got our chocolate lab from Will-Do Kennels and couldn't be more pleased! From the moment we arrived at the farm, it was evident that the dogs there are happy and well taken care of. This is a family farm with limited litters in which they take great pride. Ralph spent well over an hour with us answering our questions and giving us tips on basic training and managing a puppy. Our girl is happy, healthy, and playful. Whether you are searching for a top of the line hunting dog or simply a companion, go to Will-Do!! You won't regret it.

Might have killed my dog and don't take any responsibility. White, healthy dog (which the proprietor said was not white) developed brown/red spot due to infections. Apparently not their responsibility. Dog went there healthy with no spots. Photos attached. Vet indicated that any properly supervised kennel would have easily spotted this.

Ralph did an amazing job with both of our dogs! Before his obedience program, our dogs wouldn’t behave on walks and got very worked up around strangers. Our boy has even snapped and nipped a few people in the past. By the end of the program, we met at a tractor supply and walked both dogs around the store. I was amazed, they were so focused and didn’t even react to the other shoppers. They are more calm, focused, and listen better to commands. After we brought the dogs home Ralph gave us tips to help continue to work with them. Ralph even checked in to see how everything was going days later. I definitely recommend his obedience course!

Will do is known in Sumter, in South Carolina, and throughout the Southeast for award winning breeding and training. I have known the owners for more than 20 years, and have watched them build this reputation of excellence. My son worked for Will do during high school. He enjoyed learning how to train the dogs, and also helped with upgrades to the facility. I called Mr. Ralph on a very short notice as my dog was soon to turn 1 year old. He told me he could take her the very next day. I took my Boykin to Will Do Kennel for a 6 week obedience school. Ralph called me at 4 weeks to come visit my girl. He very professionally explained to me how my Boykin is not learning as quickly as he would like, so he asked if he could keep her another couple weeks to get her where he believed he thought was good. I came back a few weeks later and was blown away by her progression from being a rowdy and rambunctious puppy to being a well behaved dog that obeys commands. The training was exactly what I needed but certainly not what I expected. It was more than I expected because she came out in the end with a new mind set between right and wrong and behaving when told to do so. Very satisfied with Ralph’s demeanor and professional atmosphere that he provides. 10 out of 10

Previously sent my dog here in 2017 for general obedience with wonderful results! After this year of increased isolation due to COVID- even my dog was going stir crazy. Because we had such a good experience last time, we decided to make the drive from Alabama to send him back for a “tune up” to work with Ralph again. We are extremely pleased with how well behaved our dog is now! Ralph and his staff are such a pleasure to work with, it’s obvious they have been putting in a lot of work to update their facilities and maintain such a high standard of care for every dog.

We definitely recommend Mr. Ralph Ardis and Will-Do Kennels. When we recused Skye from the middle of the road when she was about two months old and only weighed 10 pounds, we never dreamed she'd quickly grow into a 40-pound land shark who always had her mouth on something (us, pillows, shoes, and anything else you didn't want her to have). She was unpredictable on walks, very strong willed, and very smart. We began to question whether keeping Skye had been a good decision. Neither of us had the necessary skills to address Skye's behaviors so we decided we needed professional help.When we dropped Skye off for obedience training, Mr. Ralph told us that she would be a much more enjoyable dog at the end of her stay. We've had her back at home for two weeks now, and he was 100% correct. The difference in her behavior is like night and day! (Although, pillows are still a weakness.) At nine months old, we know Skye's still a work in progress so we continue to work on the skills she learned while at Will-Do Kennels. She continues to make great progress, and, thanks to Mr. Ralph and the staff of Will-Do Kennels, we're seeing that rescuing Skye was the right thing to do.

We took our 1 1/2 year old male golden retriever to Will Do Kennels for obedience training. He was there for 6 weeks and came back a brand new dog. It's been over a month since he's been back home and he's still doing great. My husband and I are able to take him walking on our street off leash, which blows my mind. He's much more disciplined and listens to our commands right away. It's so nice to have a dog that listens instantly, is disciplined, can walk on the leash, and be around others without acting crazy. Highly recommend! We will also be taking our 4 month old puppy to Ralph when she's of age.

What like to say about Will-Do Kennels. I think this was the most affordable and kindly kennels I have delt with when looking for a trainer for my Golden Retriever. This was from drop off to pick my Golden up after training. The kennels where so professional and courteous dealing with the owners and animals. Even with my 11-month-old Golden being so hard headed they broke her of the bad habits that I was seeing before she went to the kennels. The hardest part was not to see her for the first 6 weeks but this is so they can control her and not keep any of the bad habits. Even my Golden stayed an extra 2 week for a total of 8 weeks I see the different after 6 weeks. She was a total 95% better before I picked her up. I just wanted some fine tuning this is why she stayed an extra 2 weeks. After getting home with her and getting her into my routine she has been great on walks and around other people. I ask them to do a little e-collar training with her and I rarely have to use this collar on her. She does every command they have instilled on her with ease. This is from sit, down, heal, hear, and kennel with out any issues. Once the winter is over i plan to take her back for more advance training. She was alway clean and well groomed every time i seen her. When you go down to visit listen to Ralph and he will talk to you on commands and how to present everything about your dog that you will need to know. Once i left it took my Golden a little bit to get used to me and now, she is a dream to be with. Check them out and Facebook and go see the operation. I think is the best deal in the area to have your dog boarded and trained.

I sent my 2 year old, female, chocolate lab-Willow, to Mr. Ralph and the staff at Will-Do Kennels about two months ago. She had major issues pulled on the lead, jumping on people, counter surfing, and actually listening to anything we said. The dog I picked up yesterday was completely different! She sits on command, stays by our side when walking, and listens intently to what was ask of her. We cannot wait for her to gain our trust so we can have her off lead more, and we know she has the skills to do so. We live in the mountains of NC, so the ability to free walk with her is truly a blessing. We cannot thank the staff at Will-Do kennels enough for the training they gave Willow, and us!

As first time dog owners, my husband and I were getting frustrated with not being able to walk our black lab. He would pull and pull and make it unbearable. I contacted Ralph over Facebook looking for information for his obedience training. He responded right away and answered all of our questions. We ended up sending our dog and now he is an angel to walk on a leash. It definitely grew us and our dog, he came back more disciplined. Additionally, we learned how to properly train our dog to keep him sharp with his new skills. Since training, Ralph is now our go-to for boarding. Definitely recommend!

Used Will do kennels for boarding my German Shepard, and German Shepard mix dogs. They were on our way to our destination. Nice facility from what I can tell, as we didn’t see where the dogs were kept. Owner and son whom took the dogs back, were very pleasant and friendly. My dogs seemed to do just fine there. Very happy with their service. And paid extra for them to be bathed before pick up, which was an extra perk! Will use again in future when headed that way.

We just picked Hershey up from his summer away with Ralph and his staff. The improvement we have seen just in the past few hours has been impressive, and even my parents noticed immediately he seemed like a calmer, better behaved dog when they came over for dinner to see him for the first time in 7 weeks.Can't say enough good things about the care and attention that Will-Do provided for our guy. They are never more than a quick phone call or text away when we had questions about how he was doing. Any future dogs we have will get the same experience.

Will-Do Kennels is a beautiful well-maintained place! I personally sent my beagle puppy for basic obedience such as sitting, going to its kennel, and walking with me. When I received my puppy back everything was perfect and everything that was said would be done was done! Now that I have him home I still have to keep him on track with his learning but he is doing such a great job with everything that was taught to him! We have a puppy named Jasmine that was about 6 months old when we got her. We thought she would be as easy to train as our other Maltipoo that we have. We were in for a surprise, jumping up on furniture, wouldn't sit. All she did to a leash was bite it and spin around . We honestly didn't know what to do with her. After speaking to a few people, they recommended Ralph at Will-Do farms and after having a conversation with him we felt that our best decision was to take her to him and let him work with obedience training. She was a challenge!!!! After an extended stay with Ralph we could see the change taking place. He gave us the tools that we needed to continue to work with her. We now go for walks and she will sit when told. He has called to check on us to see how it was going and is willing to work with us again if we need him. Thanks Ralph for your patience and for not giving up!! We will stay in touch and would love to board her there when we go out of town. Zee and Cathy

I’ve gotten two black labs through Will-Do Kennels, and upon my recommendation a friend of mine who is a hunting and fishing guide in Louisiana made the trip to Summerton, SC, to get a black lab for himself. He shares my sentiments…they are the best dogs EVER. Great looking, very smart, fast learners, anxious to please, full of energy, and the best disposition you could ask for. Those traits aren’t found in a dog by accident. They are the result of careful breeding with specific traits in mind.

Brought our misbehaving lab, Beau, here to work on his obedience and after picking him up a few days ago we have seen tremendous improvement! He’s been walking amazing on a leash, following commands, and doing pretty good with distractions. He has seemed to have calmed down and just overall has been acting much better. Thank you Ralph and the rest of the will-do staff for working with Beau! It was much needed haha!
