loved walmart for years, but lately its still got good prices but nothing lasts. i bought a duraglass screen protector and applied it to my brand new phone, screen crack on day one. i also bought a rugged case for same phone and it broke when i was trying to put it on my phone, so i never got to use it. then today i was cleaning a shower curtain with plain water and i realized the color was coming off of it, it was such a cute design and color ive been decorating my bathroom around it, but now after 6 weeks, its destroyed. it was mainstays brand. i also bought a uv nail dryer, within a few weeks the cord was showing wires at the plug, so i bought some blacktape and dissasembled the dryer spliced it and now it works but its definatley a fire hazard.

Christmas time I had all my Christmas gifts ordered through the App. 1,500.00 worth of items for the family. Credit card on file. Credit card was fine. Not flagged for any fraudulent activities and Walmart canceled my order that also had groceries for the week as well as stuff for my Christmas dinner. I basically had no Christmas thanks to you guys. I also did not have Christmas dinner for my family. Not to also mention another order I had a vacuum that is still not here that was paid for and the order that was canceled my credit statement is still showing over 3,000 in charges that have not posted back to my card. I hope Walmart goes out of business soon. They believe it's OK just to steal from people and treat people with no respect and no apologies. You won't have anymore of my business I can promise you that. Heads up to the ones that use the online shopping....it will eventually happen to you as well. Just keep a close eye on your account. Very disappointed 😞

It’s a disgrace to our community. Customers security in the parking lot is nonexistent. No enforcement of parking restrictions. Self checkout is a joke. Lazy Deli workers makes for unpleasant experience and they shut down too early each day. Why check receipts at the door here when it’s not done at any other store I’ve ever been to. Are they accusing everyone of stealing? Shut down your auto shop because totally incompetent and I wouldn’t let them work on my bicycle. The outdoor section is always closed making customers have to enter at on end of the store only to have to walk all the way to the far end and back. Not to mention that the pharmacy is a joke. Never enough personnel to handle the business load and forces senior citizens to stand in line forever. Just a total cluster - - - - operation. I hate going there and if can get what ever I need somewhere else I do even if it means paying more. Sorry this review was for the Walmarts in Pembroke NC.

This is the only Super Walmart in Sumter SC. This store is horrible inside and out. Serval broken ride on carts. It's always empty for supplies. Not enough handicap parking. Items be in the wrong places with the wrong price.

Went in for a shopping trip to get supplies to make milkshakes. Everything I needed was on the shelves with multiple choices of styles and brands.While it was extremely busy it's also a couple days until Christmas.

I went to buy hamburgers for a cookout. The premade burgers were dated that day and marked down from $21.96 to $18.75. When I found the employees that worked in the meat department, I asked if it should have another markdown. They did not mark it down again so I bought a bag of frozen hamburgers for $13.75. There were 12 burgers so the cost was less than the cold non frozen burgers.Rather than giving a customer another discount they would rather take a full loss on the meat that could have been a deal for the customer and wasnt wasting things.

If I could, I would leave no stars. I waited on someone to help me in the meat department for 30 minutes. Every employee I spoke to kept saying they didn’t work in that area. I believe they were pulling an “Usher and Alicia Keys” in the back with them other boys’ girlfriends.

Good prices. Employees suck. Not helpful at all and heaven forbid you go after 11:00. It's like you're running an obstacle course. Every time. Wish they would open the self checkout long lanes. They are NEVER OPEN.

Really was a great trip to Walmart. You had to return everything was working and everything worked good I had my receipt and they helped me get a replacement heater it was great

EDITED to add: currently still waiting, over thirty mins on the delayed order after receiving the “your order is ready for pickup” text. Not all the workers are rude/unhelpful, but this is ridiculous.Used the pickup experience on a few separate occasions and EACH time nobody picks up when the number is called, and too often the order is delayed LAST MINUTE which causes for many unnecessary inconveniences. It’s my disabled father who makes these orders (thinking he’s saving me the “hassle” of doing his shopping, he won’t hear it when I tell him otherwise and keeps ordering), so I can’t just simply not use the service and I won’t tell my sweet father this is more aggravating because it’s not his fault at all.Do better, Manning.

Seriously not impressed with my experience. I went in for a few grocery items. I was able to find my items after looking around a bit. Headed for the registers and was pleasantly surprised to find several open, not just self checkout. Decided to go through a line instead of self checkout, big mistake. My cashier was talking to the cashier at the next register the entire transaction, no communication with me whatsoever. The content of their conversation was complaints about another employee and laced with profanity.Customer service is DEAD and no these were not teenagers.

In more recent news, several workers in the deli routinely ignore customers who are standing at the hot food counter. On more than 3 occasions I have walked up to the counter and had the worker turn and walk away, usually hiding in the refrigerator until I walk away. I was curious if this was routine, so I tried this multiple times and saw them leave the refrigerator the same way the entered it, with nothing in their hands and checking to make sure I was gone. I witnessed this from the produce section after I walked away from the counter after waiting a few minutes. I would like to think race doesn't play a factor in this situation, but it seems to happen regularly with certain workers, while others workers are quick to fill in the gap. I don't know why this keeps happening, but you have lost my business on more than three occasions due to this situation.

Well Walmart in Manning done it again. I’m in my ride on cart & spent time getting groceries. I was paying separate for cash purchases. I rung up my food & used my cards & it tried to charge me an extra .15 cents. I told the girl you don’t tax food stamps. I didn’t have .15cents. She just walked away like she was going to tell someone that I wasn’t paying. The girl never said a word to me. I said I’ll just go to another register for the rest of my stuff. I’m ringing up my stuff. Manager was at the other register doing something than came to me & told me the food in my bags needed to be paid for. I told her I already did. She said I cancelled the order. I told her I’m not taking it out of the bags & ringing it over. I told her to just take them back. They aren’t trained proper & I think they may be prejudice. That’s fine if you want to be that way. You don’t bring it to work. She said I should have waited for her to come over. The girl should have said you’re right they shouldn’t tax you, I’ll go get the manager. They aren’t trained proper & definitely don’t have a clue how to treat people. The disrespect to anyone is bad enough but an old lady in a wheelchair. I’m reporting it this time. It’s illegal to tax the government, they tax you. How much money have they made off of people this way. There’s not much choice in this small town for food or anything. If I get a chance I’m moving out. Before I’ve been called ignorant by a manager for asking a question, had the register I was at closed down in the middle of my order, given attitude because I wanted to get in dressing room to try something on. They need training!

This is for the grocery pickup! Today I had a pickup when I checked in shortly after it was marked as picked up at 12:13 I waited til 12:17 still no groceries so I got out of the car when I saw someone told them my pick up was marked as delivered but I never got them it was still 15 minutes later before I got my groceries and of course when I got home the main thing I needed was not there and I was charged for it they should not mark pick up completed until they put it in the car
