Well this is not the store for you if you're an animal lover as many of you know going to the store that there are cats that live up there. I have been feeding them now for 2 years ,with past permission of the manager, on a regular basis as I am unable to turn a blind eye and watch animals starve here in the street in Manning. I have made sure that I have picked up anything that I have left there I leave a plate down with food and a bowl of water I have on many occasions picked up trash that's been a trhown all over the ground by the people that hang out up there but this is no fault of the cats, but still they're having it taken out on them I guess the landscaping company has made a complaint like it's hurting anyone to feed the cats so today I was up there feeding them when the manager pulled up she asked me to no longer feed the cats I said to her are you seriously kidding me I've been feeding them for 2 years now with water and food and if I stop feeding them they will starve to death here I said do you understand that that if I stop feeding them they will starve I said are you okay with that the manager look me in the eye and said yes and that's okay!!! Completely disgusted with the owner and the management and will never step foot

Me and my 5 kids went inside to grab some items. My 3 yr old had to use the restroom. My 16 yr old told me the lady at the register said they have to open it for customers. After waiting awhile, she was still checking people out I asked her again and she gave the same answer. My 3 old holding her urine and you can't stop for a couple seconds to unlock the door I'm pretty sure those people could've waited. I had the kids drop the items they had and we left. I would never visit this store again. March 19th 2024

Went inside ( wasn't busy at all)..got a few products ( which isn't the problem)..The problem is the Customer Service at this place ( I don't see why people on here saying it was great)... First of all..walking inside ..wasn't spoken to. ( she looked right at me..which was ok)..but when I got to counter..took a while for her to even get to register ( cos she was doing something..which that was ok also) but when( "Val" ASM) finally came to register..she did not once acknowledge me..she looked down the whole time scanning products ( acting as if she had a attitude..like I was bothering her for just being there)..I said "Hi" to her..she responded..."Hey"( rolling her eyes)... with her not even cracking a smile.so I asked was she having a bad day..she said "NO!" ( very boldly)....My thing is...that you are Working..getting PAID to have Customer Service not a Attitude ( I don't mean to carry on a conversation but atleast acknowledge someone in front of you and not act mad at the world) ..I did not do any thing to you but spend my money at the store..if you don't like me or any customers ( accept for the people you know) ..thats your Problem. ( Nobody Cares)!!!!! If you don't like your job...find another one! Family dollar really needs to clean up thier employees in Manning SC or teach them Customer Service ( Management fault)! I will take my business to dollar general.....after contacting corp.. I'm done with this place ! Thats my opinion !

Staff is always very pleasant. The store is kept very neat (except when replacing stock) and items can be found easily. Overall, this store is like home whenever I visit. Always a pleasant experience.

The store had trash on the floor in just about every isle that I went down ,as well as merchandise on the floor, this story has went down hill on cleanliness in the last 4-5 months very badly, it's ashame that the people working there has let it get in this shape it's just sad to see.😔😔😔

Most of the items that I needed, where found in the store. Service was bad.....clerk had little knowledge of where items were located in the store. She was rude as well.

I'm a dollar general type of guy, I just switch up from time to time. Has Al the basic stuff u need for the low. Its no Walmart.
