Wonderful! Wonderful folks!! Due to many life hardships, I got behind on having my golden doodle professionally groomed.Apologetic to staff, head low, as husband and I returned. No extra charges, nothing but kind words as we explained unexpected life hardships kept us from getting her to the groomers.We all left happy, extremely grateful and our girl looked great.I love these folks!!!

The staff is wonderful. They take time to look over my dogs to let me know if anything different is going on with my pet. My dog gets excited to visit The Dog House for his weekly bath. The staff thre is amazing.

They made my dog scared to death she was depressed and wouldn't use the bathroom. We went to the vet and she had two herniated disks neat her tail and walked sideways like she was hit. Rude people and mean to pets
