Very unprofessional and told me after waiting an hour and a half that it would be 30 more minutes on my prescription then I waited the 30 extra minutes and came back to the window for them to tell me it would be an additional hour. When I got upset and asked them to transfer my prescription they told me it would take an hour just to fax my prescription. NEVER again

This pharmacy never picks up their phones. Have watched staff pick up and hang up. Understaffed!!Prescriptions are not filled when received from Doctor’s office. Called to confirm because have not been ready in past. CVS is the primary for the prescription drug plan I have so I really don’t have choice. Would go elsewhere. This is not a one time problem - it is consistent. Behind the counter looks like a bomb has gone off. Amazing they can get anything accomplished.

They made a separate profile for me when I went to them for the 1st time. So when they filled my script they didn’t see the medication I was on would counteract with the other and put me into a severe allergic reaction. That caused me to go to the ER and then because the local hospital is full of idiots I was discharged and admitted to another hospital for 4 Days to be treated for the reaction I had and could’ve died from. Praise God for the other hospital. I truly think CVS is full of idiots that work in the pharmacy and not just this one.On top of that the girls that work the retaile section are extremely rude to people.

I made & appointment for a COVID-19 test done, just to get there for them to tell me that their system is down, I feel like they should've call & let me know

Everyone needs to be fired and a new staff hired this is the slackest pharmacy I've ever encountered..How does a pharmacy refuse to fill a someone's meds when they have sezures they had from 10am till 8 pm on October 6 2020 the other med they had from 4 pm till 8 pm they still refused to fill Will be calling corporate first thing this morning!

They are rude and very nasty. Slowest place I've ever been to. Never clean and never organized. I suggest you never shop at this CVS.
