The best place for my dogs to stay! Dogs are kept in a suite instead of wire cages. They have play time twice a day, which can be observed live online. The staff is very helpful and caring of the animals. The two photos are of one of the staff members loving on my animals. My brown dog is very nervous all the time and i feel good about leaving her here with the staff.

We love our groomer I call her the poodle queen we also send mayleen to the day care and love to look at the camera in the room everyone is so nice and helpful and have never had any problems and with the additions being added to the facilities should be great we wouldn't think of going anywhere else

This is the only boarding / daycare I have ever brought my dog to. I love this place. They are super busy all the time, so make your reservations in advanced and if they do not answer the phone, just email them. I have boarded my dog more than 5 times here for up to 10 days at a time and my dog has never come home sick!! I love the live cams as well.

I have been to this groomers before and they normally did a decent job. But this time I went out the country and had a family member pick him up and drop him off. I came back and he had a deep cut on his stomach like someone got a pair of scissors and cut him. I am sure the groomer fully knew they did this and they never contacted me to let me know. I know accidents happen but they should have informed me.

UPDATE: We still love The Ultimate Pet Lodge! They are still amazing and they still love my elderly, epileptic dog. They are so good to her during boarding. Their groomers are great, my dog is so skittish and they are so good with her!We love bringing our dog here for grooming and boarding. It's one of the only places that I feel really comfortable. They listen to us about her epilepsy, and in fact was so helpful when she had a seizure in the front of their building. I love having the webcam when she's boarded to watch her play.Their grooming is top notch for the price!

This place easily earns a 5 star review. The staff and owners are extremely personable. You can tell they really love and care about the dogs as if they were their own. I wouldn't trust to leave my dogs anywhere else. The groomers are wonderful. Very skilled, knowledgeable and educated. They really go above and beyond to make their clients' pets look as nice as possible. I recommend this place to anyone who loves their dogs as family.

Been taking my Australian shepherd there for over 5 years. They usually do a great job overall. The last two times we’ve asked them to trim her fur shorter due to summer weather and we’ve told them not to buzz her fur. They completely buzzed it really short and did the opposite of what we told them and they did it back to back grooming appointments. They have lost my business

We have tried several boarding facilities, and Ultimate Pet Lodge is the best in the upstate! We drive several miles out of the way to bring our dog here. Price is reasonable and staff are always friendly. Plus our dog loves being here. Also, we have had our dog groomed here, and he always comes back clean as a whistle and so soft. I’m not sure how they get our stubborn dog who is afraid of water to be still enough to bathe, clip his nails, etc. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic environment for our pups! The Ultimate Pet Lodge was recommended to us by some friends that use them regularly. Our 7 month old pup was still in rehab from a knee surgery and needed special attention while my wife and I were out of town for a week. They worked with us without hesitation or stress and did exactly what the discharge/rehab instructions directed. We could not have asked for better care.

Absolutely love them for boarding and grooming. My 3 little pugs love having their spa days here. They have done their nails to perfection. Nobody comes near the excellence and quality of these groomers. I have used their boarding services also and to come home to 3 happy babies is wonderful. I don't want my babies stressed if I have to leave them and this is the place. They have been boarded at other places and I've come home to 3 very stressed out animals. Not here I come home and they are happy no skin disorders they are perfect. My oldest pug gets like a hive condition when hes stressed so I know when hes not comfortable or happy. Ultimate Pet is 100% their name. I no longer leave my pets with anybody else. Thank you to the whole staff at Ultimate Pet Resort.

This is where I now take my German Shepherd Dog, Shiloh. Mark and Michelle have a beautiful facility. The first thing one notices upon walking in is the place DOES NOT smell doggy! That tells me a lot. The reception area is set up like a hotel. The suites are great and are large enough for my big dog and looks like a hotel. She is very comfortable there and loves going. For the last few years Shiloh has been going here for not only boarding, but also for grooming. They have an excellent grooming facility. The indoor play yard is very nice with a special “doggy grass” that is sanitized everyday so this area does not smell doggy. This is the 6th boarding facility I have used in the 10 years I have had Shiloh. It is by far the best, the most clean, and the most professionally run facility I have used. Their prices are fair and appropriate for their level of service.

I love this place. We have used it several times for boarding and daycare. I've called last minute and they have been able to accommodate him. I've had to change days last minute and never a problem. And we love having the live cameras in the play area. My young kids love getting to watch their dog play while we are away:)

I love this place!! Have been taking my very loved fur baby here for a few years now and overall I'm very satisfied. I pay less than I did at PetSmart, and get way better results with grooming and everything overall. The only recommendation I have right now would be for the staff to be a little better at letting you know when your fur baby is ready to be picked up.

We moved here 10 years ago. We’ve used Michelle grooming when they worked in that box building. No one takes care of my dog but the Ultimate Pet Lodge. Michelle, Mark and Gavin are great people. Go for a grooming next and thing you will be comfortable leaving your dog at their place if you need a night out on the town without your dog. Just go on their website and watch your pet live.

I have used the pet lodge for grooming and boarding since they first opened. We used them for doggie daycare while our puppy was young and chewing everything. It's the best place around. My dogs absolutely love going there and leap out of the car to go inside.
