We have been happy clients for several years. I love the safety measures that prevent accidental escapes, and the indoor/outdoor accommodations and backyard setting are homey and welcoming. Our dog is always excited to go visit Helga and Kelly!

All I would say is you really need to ask for a tour of the place and see how the dogs are spending the majority of their day. Yes, there is a yard but they don’t spend much time in it at all the boxes are very small that they are kept in even the “large” ones the outside kennel is kept shut so it doesn’t affect the inside air conditioning. I realize you what your dog to be cool but they don’t need to be in a depressingly dark closed box all day. The people are nice but I don’t feel this place is a decent place to keep you’re pets.

We love Sundowner! They have taken care of 2 dogs for us over the last 10 years and have been great with both of them. One of them was a hard case, but they handled him with no problems. Highly recommend!

Helga and Kelly are the best! Our cocker spaniel leaps out the car door and drags me across the driveway when he recognizes where we’re at! We’ve boarded and used their grooming services for years and wont go anywhere else!
