Please post lunch times for the pharmacy for those of us who haven't lived here forever, don't routinely shop at CVS. And.... please don't tell customers, "we've been doing this for several years". A simple sign posted with pharmacy lunch hours is really all that is needed.

I have never had a problem with anyone in the pharmacy. They always keep up with our meds and show kindness if we need help. No one is perfect. Tolerance for each other helps. Kindness shown is kindness received. Thank you

So last months prescription was empty box- they gave me “re- make” which means my insurance paid for empty box and re-make” in September and now they can’t pay for this month prescription. Since in their eyes they paid 2x Brilliantly done guys…

I was having trouble at the self checkout and before I could say one word the manager stepped up and helped me. He didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my situation. I left with a positive smile.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 18 years and i’ve never really had a problem until now. I go to pick up my prescription and the lady tells me that they don’t even have the medication in stock. This is the second time this has happened. But I’ve noticed that this pharmacy doesn’t notify me anymore when my prescription is ready. I needed this medication today for my doctors appointment tomorrow. She tells me the closest stores that have it and I ended up in Boiling Springs just to get my medicine. This is ridiculous. This CVS needs to do better.

Been dealing with CVS for several years now, mainly for my meds. Have their app to keep up with the schedule on meds that my doctors send them. Sometimes app r computer in store r not in sync with each other. Then comes the phone calls to try to figure out what is going on with scripts. It has gotten worse lately and will probably be moving my scripts to another pharmacy. Staff is friendly, but have to fight to get the correct answers when on the phone with them.

After waiting in line for 30 mins. They finished the person in front of me. I pull up to the window at 5:58 and it's closed down. I pull around and go inside and see the pharmacy is locked down. Someone promptly states from behind the doors "pharmacy closes at 6". It was still 6 at that point. The attitude and service are worse then going to the DMV.

I am a 17 year customer here but lately my doc's office sends scripts & they've said that CVS doesn't refresh their system so that ALL the scripts get received & filled. I know this is a very busy location but the patient shouldn't have to follow behind pharmacies for their meds.

Made an appt for a flu vaccine a week in advance. Checked in online as directed when we arrived and also with the employee. After waiting over 30 min went back to the counter to ask how much longer and tell them we needed to go soon. Stood there for 5 min while several employees walked passed and ignored me. Finally just left. Why have us make appointments?

The worst experience with a pharmacy that we have ever experienced. Anna the pharmacist was extremely rude to my mother. One comment that was made"This is taking up too much time here...this is busy store and we need her to do other things". She was trying to transfer her medication and we have done this several times before and therefore understand the process but obviously she doesn't have the time or the knowledge on the process.

Every time I try to call my medications in, they don’t answer the phone. I can’t understand why I should be on the phone on hold for 30 minutes. I gave up. I go in person now but it is a pain because I work at BMW. If I had other options for my medicine I would 100% go elsewhere. But they are the only ones who can ever seem to get it shipped in a reasonable time….

CVS in general, are awful pharmacies. The employees at this particular location may just win the worst of the worst award though. Quite possibly the dumbest collection of employees outside of maybe a burger king or McDonald's.

Dont get your prescriptions filled here unless you have nothing to do that afternoon. Was told to wait around 10-15 min while my prescription was being prepared. After waiting 45 min she asked me what it was that i needed. After telling the head pharmacist, she said “oh yours is right here, you just didnt hear them call your name.” No one called my name, or i would have been all over that trying to get out of there as quickly as possible. Also having to hear the drive-thru pharmacist have a sour attitude and yelling at half the people that came through there didnt help. 2/10 would not recommend

I am 83 and they wilnot let me know when my prescriptions are I. I put one in thrusdsy and went this Sunday to get it they had not put it in. At my age I don.t need this.awful drugstore.

Drive-thru is extremely slow. If the prescription isn't ready have that customer drive back around. If the price is having to be changed have them drive back around. We shouldn't have to sit there for so long.

It should literally be unlawful for a pharmacy to jerk people around about their medications this group of people are the worst I have Ever dealt with uncaring and rude I can't even put in writing how bad this pharmacy has gotten

Was double charged for my mother’s RX. Staff were Extremely RUDE and accusatory over THEIR system failure! I was asked to make a second trip up here to give the refund back if the charge falls off my account. Told the manager that I have no problem with that but the tone used and look on the manager’s face will absolutely have me asking my mother to discontinue her use of this pharmacy!

Absolute worst Pharmacy in existence. If you can get someone to answer the phone, they tell you your prescription will be ready in an hour. You show up an hour and a half later for them to tell you “ohhh it’s not ready yet, but we can expedite it if you like”.. trash pharmacy. Go somewhere respectable and save yourself the headache.

These are the worse pharmacists I have dealt with I did the program where you suppose to save money they set it up not me but they act crazy over it they talk hateful to you like they hate having to deal with you you but I didn't choose this job for them. If you that unhappy get another job!

For them to be as busy as they are the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. If I heard a phone ringing over and over I’d lose it, but she was sweet and knowledgeable. I believe the only reason people give them a bad review is because they are busy, but what do you expect. These are some amazing ladies up here. Thank you for all you do.

This is the best pharmacy in this area, never had any problems with the pharmacists or pharmacy technicians. They are professional and very friendly. The Store Manager is a great guy and like a Brother to me and a member of my family.

As a disabled senior, with no transportation, I pay for their monthly fee to deliver same day scripts thru Shipt service. About 9 out of 10 times they do NOT send my scripts thru this service, but thru USPS, which takes several days, and my scripts arrive extremely hot due to summer temps. Every time I call about this, they say they didn't get a call from me, or if someone did, they see no evidence of it. They offer to take NO steps to correct this issue, so I am going to move my family's many scripts to another, more caring pharmacy!

Went to pick up my children's prescriptions, brought them home and they weren't mixed. I took the prescriptions back, they mixed them and only gave me back one. I was put on hold for over 40 minutes to have the prescriptions fixed a second time. it scares me that they are handing out life or death medications with such little regard for the well being of people, especially children.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone. It’s 3:55pm and I’ve been on hold 54minutes. At this point I’m simply curious to see how long it takes before they answer. I’m in the parking lot watching 8 pharmacists walk right past the phone with me on hold. Absolutely ridiculous - go somewhere else for your meds if you can help it!

Absolutely pathetic experience. Grown up here and this CVS has fell apart. Came once after the meds were sent in 5 hours before to be told since they didn’t hVe insurance on file they didn’t fill them(been using them for years). Gave my ins info and came back an hour later to be told “oh we don’t have any left”…

Consistently bad pharmacy: no one answers the phone not even a recording; they allow people to wait in the drive thru for long periods of time - this happened to me twice in one week. On one occasion I had to wait and I was told that I could wait in my car and that I would be be sent an SMS to let me know it was ready - I confirmed they had the correct number - after 40min of waiting no call, so I went in and they told me it had been ready and they didn't know why I wasn't messaged. I'm switching to WG!
