Last month I discovered my mower had a bad off season and was smoking and would not run. I called for a pick up and they came out in the next few days. About a week later they called with an estimate on the repair. They gave me a few pricing options and I took the best option for me. I also needed new blades and a battery and asked for pricing on those which they provided I also asked if they could take a look at my seat and see if they could get it to stay on. Not only did they take care of all of those items as quoted they even fixed up my steering wheel that I forgot to mention. I paid over the phone and they dropped it off the next day. Again just as promised and it ran like I have been maintaining it all these years and I really had let it fall apart. they did a great job with it pick up/delivery at a very reasonable rate.Highly recommend but hurry, I'm sure they will be busy as the season takes off.

Definitely recommend! Michael was awesome to work with. I had an old riding mower running for me that two other local engine/repair shops turned down. Turn around time was only 4 days. He explained what absolutely needed to be repaired/replaced, informed you what else he recommended to repair and then what could be potentially repaired in the future. Very fairly priced.

They fixed my old cheap mower for a reasonable price it took a few days but it was a lot of work and they had plenty of business at the time as it was early spring. I couldn't be happier with the whole process.

They "fixed" my lawn mower. We paid them over 400 dollars. It worked for about 30 minutes. Still sitting in the garage. They did pick up for free. But then charged me 30 bucks to bring it back. Never again will I use these people. The mechanic talked about how it had old gas in it. That was not true. We had just put gas in it right before they picked it up.

Someone needs a lesson in customer service and communication. I took my mower in July 23rd. I had a couple of holes in the deck to be welded. I thought that I would have them do a tune up, oil change, plugs and blades. After several different stories over the phone, l decided on August 20th to get my mower back. Welding was not finished and nothing else was done. No one with MCS spoke with me after waiting 2 hours for the man to finish the welding. I got no response from anyone. I will think long and hard before using them again.

Took my chainsaw in for repair. They got the chainsaw parts in on a Friday. They got the saw repaired and called me to come pick it up the next day. Very friendly staff. They even reduced a couple of part prices for me. I will bring all my small equipment repairs to them.

I asked for the cost to repair my riding mower, and was told "it will cost you nothing". He told me my mower was still under warranty. I had thought my warranty had ran out...He could have easily charged me, plus run it by the warranty and gotten double pay...Their honesty and kindness, professionalism is outstanding.

This is the place for a reliable, experienced technician service your riding mower or other equipment. Due to Covid, parts are hard to source now but blades and belts are available there. They will assist you with getting the proper replacement parts.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Mechanic is incompetent. Charged me $250.00 to replace a spindle, got it home, it lasted 10 minutes. Took it back and he fixed the spindle he didnt fix and another spindle and charged me %250.00 more. Brought it back to me but i haven't been able to use it because they brought it to me with the clutch stuck in the disengaged ppsition. Cant drive it and can't push it. It just has to sit inmy front yard untill i can get a competent repair shop to fix it

Michael is a good man..after some issues with his employee..he stood up and went way out of his way to make it right...he's a man of his word and that's good business..and that's why he's the only man that will ever work on my mowers...I cant say enough good about him ..they did an excellent job and I am very happy !!

Great knowledgeable mechanic and the best repair rate in kershaw county. If you have broken or a peace of small engine equipment that is running not up to par then take it to this you man he will fix it at a reasonable rate.
