LOVE this place! I am a frequent visitor of Katie’s. I go on Saturdays, again on Sundays, and even try to get there on Mondays - as they do restock merchandise regularly. I have found some great buys. The staff has always been super friendly every time we go. Always offering to help us carry our items out to our car. There is always new merchandise arriving so you never know what you will find. I love that they post some of the availability on their social media. I don’t think I have ever left empty handed. There is something for everyone!

I will not buy from this place again, my last time buying pallets. I felt I was cheated. I bought a 6 ft pallet that sold for $400 but was worth much less. I can’t make my money bk. The box that was in the middle of the pallet had useless items in it! I feel they had to know this! I got it from you at this address, 631 Lachicotte Rd Unit A, Lugoff, SC 29078. YOU!!

I recently visited this store to get a dresser. After arriving and looking around I ended up buying more than I was looking for. Anything you are about to purchase I HIGHLY recommend going to this store for very unique, quality and very reasonably priced items. They are very friendly, and professional. I purchased so many items from this store. We in the past brought a King size 4 post solid wood bedroom set with mattress for only $500, and it is beautiful. I again suggest you check out their store before you pay way too much for quality items. They add inventory daily with different items and you never know what you might find. Don't just read this and not go, trust me it is well worth it , and you WON'T be disappointed.

There is so much I can say about Katie's Liquidations. I will start with the amazing merchandise they have, they are always wonderful and friendly each and every time I go. Katie is always super helpful and answers messages promptly when I message her through Facebook. I make a trip at least once a week. If you have not gone to this place, please go. You will not be disappointed!!!

When we lost our home to a fire a few years ago, Katie and her husband had everything we needed. They were both so nice, helped us find what we were looking for and even helped us load our truck. Great prices, excellent customer service & friendly down to earth company in general. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Furniture is exceptionally excellent & the customer service is beyond impeccable! I have furnished my den, master bedroom, & children’s bedrooms with furniture from Katie’s New & Used Furniture. Additionally, I have beautiful accent pieces & smart TV from there as well. If you are looking for beautiful, quality furniture, then this is the BEST store for you.

Katie's had a chair that my wife really wanted. Once I found it, I drove to pick it up. At first it wouldn't fit in my truck, but with a little help, we made it work. I too went for one thing and left with more. I just appreciate the opportunity to find quality items and a reasonable price. Everything that I have purchased from there has been great quality and had a great price saving me a ton from buying in store. If you are looking for great buys, you need to shop here. New merchandise each week and fantastic sales. You never know what you will find. I try to go twice a week. Once on the first day of the sale, to buy the items that I just gotta have and the last day of the sale to get the nice to have items. Fantastic customer service also.

found this place from Facebook advertising, was skeptical at first but to my surprise they are actually a legit business with great merchandise that is affordable. The staff there was very nice and helpful the whole time. I bought several items out of the 5 dollar bins, including an expresso machine and some other stuff and will definitely be coming back!

Staff doesn’t wear maskWhen I went it was just old stuff in boxes. Not much but I assume it’s whatever they get they have out on the floor so some good days some bad I guess.$1 items are typically things you find at dollar tree. The other boxes are $3-$5 which aren’t bad if you use those outdated things.Just didn’t like that guy didn’t have a mask on and he’s walking around amongst customers and engaging in conversation without one on.

Staff does not follow covid-19 mask guidelines. Bunch of old things in the $3-5 boxes. Might find some bargains if you're lucky. The website needs a major update, things that are advertised on there wasn't even there when you arrive and walk in. The place isn't worth the hype.

The guy (Katie’s fiancé as he claims) screams and yells at customers, gets in arguments in the parking lot, both times I went there I ended up leaving here due to how bad it was.this place is a joke. They don’t even have what they advertise.
