Had a great and knowledgeable visit yesterday. Norman (brad) was more than helpful. He was patient, kind, had great answers to every question that I had. The store was very clean, well kept, and smelled like the holidays. By the time I left he had sold me on switching to cricket from Verizon. (2 phones) My service is WAY BETTER! The phones are great and he was super helpful with picking me out what I wanted. My whole visit was maybe 35-40 mins. That included putting cases and screen protectors on. Brad will be our number one if we need anything more. Customer service is everything and he gets a 100/10! Thank you again brad for the phenomenal visit!

Got a really good deal on 2 iPhone 11 phones at $100 a piece. They worked really hard and got me switched over from Metro By T-Mobile before they had to close. Very satisfied customer here!

If you see Skater Dude at the counter. Be prepared for a very pleasant experience. He had me buy 2 phones, while walking out feeling like a cellular tech wizard. lol. 2 LG phones which have functioned perfectly till this day one year later. This guy really knows his stuff, and can fit the perfect cellphone for your daily needs and ventures. He's good.

The employees in this store never know anything about their services is anything about their services or the prices of anything they're trying to do is anything they're trying to tell me that a hotspot is spot device only gets 10GB a month it's 10GB a month and then you can add on whatever you want whatever you want I don't believe that is correct and he act and he claimed they did not have any in the store but if I came back to my it's door but if I came back tomorrow the other worker would have some

Won't answer phone. Called multiple times throughout day with no answer. Tried to o an upgrade with phone and was told since it was after 5:45 i could not do it that I would need to go to best buy or target to get a phone. This is not the first problem we have had.
