Quick and easy transaction with polite employee.Edit: I thought they sent me a notification for the one in Elgin. That's where I got gas. I'm sorry owner, this location is good also but I do have a issue with the store. I've been there many times and was told it wasn't any change for the money I supplied you all. I gave my money for items but wasn't able to get change back. Like I should have some credit there because you all are in debt to me actually.

The staff here are generally helpful, the last time I went into this establishment I filled my cup with ice and bought two mountain dew's, the cashier at the time informed me of the promotion that they had with the drinks buy two get one free. I really appreciated that he did that, he certainly didn't have to. The restrooms are mostly clean, and they have an awesome deal with their e-z pay. You get $0.10 off a gallon, which with gas prices now every one should use! 10/10 recommend using that perk! I would've given them a five star if the staff were a bit more friendly in their transactions with customers.

I was there today around noon. Coming from someone that is a store manager of a Circle K... the manager needs to find someone else to work if the lady with short dark hair and always on her phone is NOT going to work. She's pretty new. My husband complained the other day about her being on her cell phone while he was checking out talking to some older man that was not appropriate for a customer to hear. Then today I had to repeat myself multiple times about what I wanted, how many I wanted, and gas. She rushed me. She was too worried about her phone than she was about the store that she WORKS for. As soon as I pulled my card out she was back on her phone before I could even walk away from the counter. She should have been cleaning something since the store was not in shape. The ONLY reasons I go to Circle K is because I manage one (I'm loyal) and because it's the only place for less than 10 miles that sells what I get. Poor poor service.

The overnight cashier can hurry up and say the store is close for an hr but the time posted on the door has expired now for at least 15 mins? Then why have a sign up? You close from 2 to 3 and it’s now 3:15 🤔. Wanted a pack a cigs so I can sit in the car just like them and smoke too. The hr been up. Just poor customer service and abusing that hr because it’s the middle of the night.

Store has an amazing manager and a great new set of employees. Had a bad exp in the past with the previous employees. Has improved so much and has become my favorite stop for sodas and gas

1/22/16 pumped $30 worth of gas using pay at the pump, they then placed a $125 hold on my credit card! Really?! That's the most asinine hold I've ever seen! Their defense, "it says on the pump we may place a hold on your account". Um yeah, I can read but nowhere does it say $90 extra! Additionally if I did not have enough money to pay for the gas I wouldn't have used the card! Common sense! Now I'm stuck waiting for them to "process and finalize the transaction" to get this ridiculous hold off my account. Never again! Bad business practice that in my opinion should be illegal!

First time visit. End of week late afternoon visit. Inside product purchase. I was looking for a specific snack that Circle K carries in their Columbia area stores. One of the associates ask if she could be of assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she begin to search for the item. During the search she was asking questions to get a better description of the item. Apparently, the item is not available for sell in the Lugoff store. I was impressed with the high energy and genuine concern of the associate who helped me. The store was well stocked immaculately clean!

Went in to purchase 2 packs of cigarettes. The employee was not paying attention and grabbed 4 packs. I told her I only needed 2. She said you don't have to be a smartass. I told her here is for your smart ass you can put the cigarettes back up. She then said f**k you white boy.

I Went 4 times inside, back and forth, first the card reader wasn’t working, so I went inside to pay, then it did t work either, so went to tell him , then the guy change to another pump, I went again to tell him, then only have me $4 , so I went again to tell him, omg
