The store is very dirty. The shelves, the floor, even some of the products are just covered in filth. You can't even walk down half of the aisles due to clutter and boxes, they have expired food products out on the floor for people to spend their hard earned money on. Part of the ceiling has been missing/falling down for over a year, maybe two. It's absolutely terrible really. My cashier was very nice but that's the only positive.

Tried for about 10 minutes to put my card in slide it etc I spent about 10-20 minutes for that that’s ridiculous they need to fix there card system and had people laugh at me for it fix your machines people!!!! Wasn’t my card it was those machines do better people 😒😡😤 btw I don’t think I’ll be coming back if it’s gonna be like this

I normally go to this family dollar it’s the only family dollar in town. I found a few things in the clearance isle that were 1 cent I scanned them on my app. They managers told me if they ring up that price we can’t sell them. I had a man stop me to tell me that that was not the truth he worked in this type of business before. He told me that they say that because they want to buy them later for that same price. I’m not sure if that’s true but I know dollar general lets you get the stuff for a penny so I feel like they lied to me for their own personal gain. Not cool or fair it rang up a penny and in stock at that store I should have gotten it for a penny.

Store was so hot that I got physically ill. Staff was friendly but only 1 cashier. Shoppers lined up and around the display that separates the check out line from the isles. This store has been extremely hot during warm weather for the last 3 or 4 years. I seldom shop here because of this. I usually shop $general or Walmart. Please fix. It would be so much more convenient.

Love stopping in to pickup needed items. Needed 2 sided tape today. They had it at a reasonable price.Loved that they opened at 8:00 AM

John is always smiling and talking when we come in... Everytime it's hot... I'm sure customers don't wanna shop and be sweating... Especially the employees who had to work in it..

I went in for a bowl with a cover so my dog could have some water when hes riding in the car, a bowl with a lid, came out spending 30 dollars,LOL, Great store

store closed on last day of sale, no one ever answers phone to find out if coupons are valid next day!! not great on customer service for this area now on Tuesday someone answered the phone and said will not honor coupons that expired Monday, really bad customer service back to DollarGeneral!!!
