Store was not stocked w cat food. Shelves were empty. Bathroom was nasty. Dirty mops that smelled sour and dirty floor. I will not shop here again.

Stores are very convenient with almost a little of everything. With out having to run into town for that 1-2 items you forgot or run out of. Can find good & cheaper deals here. Although some are not run properly, stock is unavailable all the time or still in shipping boxes blocking isles. Some employees couldn't work in a pie factory eating pies. Also none of the stores have a working a.c.! All in all a pretty decent store.

Happened to stop in here a couple of weeks ago and other than the melted chocolate I had a great experience! Jonathan the manager is quite honestly the best supervisor/employee I have met in years! Please give him a raise before I hire him at our agency! Thanks Jonathan!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful unfortunately this store is always in disarray. Isles are full of carts and products to be placed on the shelves. Prefer to drive 5 miles down the road to the store on 701 South. Much nicer organized store

Went today for $5 coupon and to buy paper goods and detergent except sale off yesterday. Very upset. Ive spent over $300. In a week. Cant use my digital coupons, they dont work. PLEASE MAKE A CARD THAT YOU CAN SCAN.

They have wheelchair access. They also recently got in some new products that they didn't carry before. They moved the registers as well. It has a new feel but same great customer service!

Was extremely unhappy with the cashier who rang up my sale. Zero customer service, let another woman in front of my turn because my boys were standing with the buggy. Mind you, my 13 year old is almost six foot tall and I stepped one isle over to ADD another item to a buggy full. She did not greet us, nor smile. The parking lot was full of trash as well as the isles inside full of trash people left or workers left...I will not be returning to Loris broad street Dollar General.

The staff knows my name at both locations on 701and hwy #9 east so they know my taste and say hey we just go whatever whatever in its complimentary to what you got last season or your item didn't come in you usually by come back truck day or the day the retainer gets stored .me I'll show up at the location nearest to the house I need at most time the ladies and gentlemen come thru you don't see it ask nicely do they have it or can order if you see a discarded or open container pack take to the cashier or manager that how the store gets stocked bad inventory and we soon lose our favorite staff

Clean parking lot, clean store but the employees treat you like your going to steal every time I walk in they follow my family around like we are criminals and we aren’t! This keeps us from going back we go down the road to the next closest store

Dollar Gen is great. It's the people that are so kind and helpful that make it a great store..
