The pharmacy is awful. It's unorganized. The wait is incredible. My daughter Called a refill in at 9am. They said it will be ready by 12. I stopped in to pick it up at 340 still not ready. I was told to come back in 40 min. I came back in an hour went to the drive through and was told to come inside. I'm walking with a cane that's why I chose the drive through. I had to stand in a line that went to the end of aisle 12. Only to see customers being serviced at the same window that I was told to come in at. Then I still had to wait for the prescription. I'm writing this while I'm here waiting. It's 5:03 pm now.Please send help for the pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and know the staff there very well. They have been kind to me, they know I have a crippling disease that causes chronic kidney issues and monthly surgeries. There is now a horrible pharmacist that has started working there who is in his late 30’s that looks like a serial killer. He gave me a HORRIBLE time trying to fill my prescription right after I just had surgery and got out of the hospital. It took me three days to finally get my meds by a wonderful pharmacist there today who did it in less then 5 minutes. The one who didn’t.”, should have never been a pharmacist. He had no compassion or empathy whatsoever. He is going to kill somebody some day if this man isn’t taken care of ASAP. Several others where there that also that day where extremely upset with him. I hope I never see him again. Because of him, I will be ending my relationship with this pharmacy which is very sad and upsetting. I loved all of the employees there up until him. He will probably never see this bc I honestly don’t think he cares about anything but his workout schedule. He is the reason I’m only giving them a one star. I’m sorry but he needs to GO. Everyone else working there gets 5+ start just for having to put with him.

Pharmacy is seriously disorganized. Scripts sent over - two days later still not filled. They say they don't receive scripts even though they have been sent multiple times. Confirmations showing they were sent. Corporate needs to step in before someone with serious health issues dies. I would rate zero if I could.

I'm currently sitting at the CVS in Loris. The store was suppose to have opened at 8am and now it's close to 8:30am. I called and spoke with an employee who stated they could not open until a cashier arrives. This is common of the store not opening on time. This is sad for the community. Loris needs a Walgreens. At least I know they open on time !!!

Dont use this pharmacy. Can take several days to get a prescription filled. They always have only 1 person filling prescriptions. I tried to call and sat on hild for over an hour and still got no answer. The line goes across the entire store. This place needs way more help.

Pharmacy is ridiculously slow. Takes days to get a script filled and they won't answer the phone when called. Save yourself the time and energy, just go somewhere else. One of thease days they are going to kill someone who needs thier meds but can't get them in a reasonable amount of time.

If I could give them 0 I would. Absolutely ridiculous. My son had a prescription sent in night before and today afternoon its still not ready even though people having them sent in this morning were done. What are they doing!!???? Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. I tried for half an hour before I got someone and when I said that the response was well I've answered it everytime obviously you haven't. When I questioned why it wasn't done but others put in later were she said well we've filled allot already and have been busy. I get that however again why have others sent in today been filled before those sent in yesterday? I asked to transfer to another pharmacy and was met with more attitude. "That pharmacy has to contact us directly" I have never had such a hard time just getting a prescription filled and also they then tried to say that insurance was down. How does that happen and if that was the issue why wasn't I contacted and told before. if it was something with there insurance or mine why wasn't I contacted and told instead of having go call and her solution was that i could just pay out of pocket. So again why was i not told before?? Cherry on top the women literally hung up on me. All due respect do your job and people wouldn't get upset at you. I am beyond angry at how this cvs acts and it has always been a pain in the butt however this just was over the top for me they will never get any business from me in any way shape or form. Unprofessional and yes ridiculous I will be using ANY OTHER pharmacy from now on and will get anything else somewhere else as well. GoodBye CVS!!!!

You’ll have an easier time trying to get into fort Knox than getting these people to answer the phone. Was denied access to my medication because I wanted to pay out of pocket. Ellen was very disrespectful in the pharmacy.

We were there picking up prescriptions and the line was backed up to the middle of the store, but the employees were fast and efficient and did an excellent job to get the line down and we were out of there in no time.

Like many others posting here, took forever to get my prescription filled. I brought it in yesterday afternoon, I came here at 1:00 today there was no line but no prescription. I came back and after waiting 35 minutes in line it's still not ready. I have given them many chances, but now I'm done.

Left on hold over 9 minutes without someone answering the phone. You could hear someone picked up but then put me back on hold over five times. This is so unprofessional. I will not beGoing to this CVS, since there are so many other options.

Horrible pharmacy - did not have the decency to notify us that the antibiotic was out of stock- didn’t bother to call and ask if we’d like another pharmacy to fill the script and to my knowledge did not notify the dr that ordered the medicine that they were out of stock. Meanwhile I have a sick 5 year old running a fever of 102 degrees unable to eat…..

Saw my doctor on Tuesday and received a notification on my phone that cvs received my prescription. I also called in a couple of refills. Google has not updated cvs hours. So I went Friday for pickup at 6:15 to find out they were closed ,I went Saturday at 11:45 waited in line to tell me to go to drop off. That employee tells me the automated system hasn't worked for months. I am receiving texts , so I ask the employee at drop off to order my prescription and refills and I will come back tomorrow. As a customer to have 45 more nutes invested in your customer base is not good. I hope I can get better service soon.

Every time I have to go to CVS, I have had positive experiences. The Pharmacy is always crazy busy, but the associates have always been kind, patient and helpful. The store itself has always been clean, neat and tidy. I can find typical items and unusual items in the store and I can appreciate the Redbox Movie Kiosk outside the front doors.

This is the worst cvs I have ever shopped with they don't need a phone line cause they never I mean never answer the phone been processing my medicine for a week and still don't have it filled it's a shame we pay what we do to go to a doctor and get a prescription and they can't even fill it much less answer the phone to see why and what the problem is this one cvs sucks and so does there service I will be moving my medicine to another drug store thanks for all your stress u guys has caused not to mention me not having my medicine every month like I'm supposed to have I give u guys a -0 for such sorry service but apparently u like that cause all the reviews show just how sorry u are in customer service and filling our prescriptions

If it were possible, I would give them a negative 5 rating! This pharmacy is the worst of the worst. Very unprofessional personnel working there, disrespectful, lack any sense of communication with each other, and have a "I don't care" attitude. Totally disgusted with them and will NEVER go back - switching to another pharmacy right after writing this nastygram...

This makes the 2nd time in the pst couple of months that I’ve come to this pharmacy, and they’ve closed the gates while they still had people in line. The first time, I got off work early just to try and make it there before they closed at 7. I left work at 4:30, I made it to the drive thru line by 6:00. There was one car in line when I got there, putting me second in line. They held that one car at the window until 7:00. As soon as 7:00 hit, the handed the person ahead of me their medicine, then closed the gate. Just now I walked in, and there were two people in line. Another lady and myself walked up at the same time, to drop a prescription off. One of the girls walked away from the counter, and told the lady beside her to back up, and she closed the gate with 4 people standing in line, and yelled through the gate to me and the lady that’d just came up that they were closed. In all of my years of customer service, you get everyone out the line before closing things up. This is beyond ridiculous. I understand you may be ready to go home, but finish helping your customers first. The same way you’d want an employee to wait for you if you went somewhere.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. Went to pick up prescription and told pharmacist was not there and did not know when one would be there. Worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. You can’t get anything done. Wanted to change pharmacies, but insurance only recognizes CVS.

Store carpet is FILTHY, looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in years.There's never enough help.And even with four people running the pharmacy they are an absolute mess. no organizational skills or time management skills.

I have been on hold twice now for over 40 minutes each time.Either they are short staffed in which case it's poor management that doesn't care about their employees and customers or the staff just doesn't care about our well bein; it's inconsiderate and neglectful of people medical care.

This location is absolutely the worst pharmacy. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. From being on hold for over 30 minutes to them picking up the phone and hanging up. They even picked up the phone while talking to a customer, when I finally said hello, they hung up without even acknowledging me. Clearly they do not understand HIPAA. They lost my sons inhaler and it took them over 10 minutes to find it. The young girls at the Pharmacy are extremely rude and unprofessional. They would rather gossip and talk about their personal belongings being confiscated by the FBI than actually acknowledge the customer standing at the counter. I had to contact my doctor multiple times because the pharmacy said they never received the electronic prescriptions that had been sent many times. They told me to tell my doctor to stop sending it electronically and actually pick up the phone and call it in which is so unprofessional. Also not to mention they don’t ever answer their phone so how can a doctor call it in?!?! I would never ever recommend anyone to get their medications here!

Today is March 4th. I have been waiting on a script to be filled since February 2nd. My doctor had to clarify the script because they had no clue. Then they needed pre authorization. That came thru in a day and now say they need the doctor to verify again. I called today was on hold for 12 minutes and they just picked up the phone and hung up. I called again and the same thing happened after 8 minutes. I am on my 3rd call today and still holding after 12 minutes and 48 seconds. Everytime I go there people are complaining about the pharmacy. I know some people that took their meds to Walgreens. Finally and now they need further clarification on the dosage. Is that not on the script and the doctor clarified it over a week ago. Thi1s pharmacy really needs to hire competent people who love what they do and have compassion for their customers who rely on getting their medic as tons in a timely manner. I will go elsewhere after this script is filled.

Completely dissatisfied with CVS pharmacy in Loris. I've been a customer with CVS for fifteen years. I started going to the location in Loris three years ago. The wait time to speak with an associate over the phone or to pick up the medication on average is a 15 minute wait which is not a problem. I would rather wait to ensure I receive my proper medication and the staff WAS extremely helpful and kind in the past. However I didn't receive the same service on 12-11-2020 at 9:04 am. The pharmacy didn't have my medication at their store but it was at a different location three to be exact. I asked for a list of the different locations so that I could choose which one would best accommodate me. A different associate came to the drive thru window and was completely unhelpful. I can understand if their printer couldn't print out the info that I needed, but I can't understand why I didn't receive the information that I asked for. Then she starts explaining what was near the locations. Completely unhelpful and just lazy not to mention RUDE. Management needs to teach customer service skills and proper etiquette when addressing customers because she is in the wrong industry. I asked for three addresses but was provided one. You can't make your customer's wait for an extended period of time to speak with someone and be rude. My family and I will go elsewhere to spend our money.

I went to the local cvs in Loris sc. First of all they told my husband he had no prescriptions. Then they said they had a problem with the prescription orders. Then they didn’t even give him all his orders. Said he only had one when my account CLEARLY showed 3!!! On top of that the girl checking him out was asking him very PERSONAL hippa protected questions!! Why was he on gabapentin. How long had he been a diabetic. VERY RUDE and UNETHICAL. He was VERY upset. This girl needs to be fired or at the least told she can’t be asking HIPPA protected questions!! So angry at this.Says Leslie is her name on the receipt

Poorest excuse for a pharmacy I've ever seen customer service should rate minus five stars the people there have no concerns for the people picking up medication trying to pick up medication or even prescriptions the place lacks any kind of empathy and has zero customer service skills you're better off to get your medication from a Mexican cartel it would be quicker and a bigger smile

Seriously switching pharmacies after I get my kid's last med in hand. Service used to be awesome. Phone calls got answered promptly, questions were answered on the phone, stuff got looked up and handled, Dr's offices had no problems calling in a prescription. Now.... they don't answer their phones unless you're sitting on hold for 40+ minutes and that's even first thing in the mornings, if it even gets answered at all. Now when you pull up at the drive through you can see the phone ringing and ringing no one dares to touch it regardless of what they're doing in there. There's more than one doctors office who absolutely refuses to call in prescriptions anymore bc of it bc they said themselves they don't have the time to sit on hold for an hour, so they only send paper prescriptions. I switched to them years ago out of convenience of hrs and being open on Sunday and service was good. But it's just not worth it anymore. I legit received a call bc my dad was handling stuff for my son and there was some serious stuff going on with an inhaler and insurance coverage issues.... I got this call while I was already on hold for close to 20 minutes. I've had nothing but problems when I try to handle stuff unless I actually go in there. Definitely over it. I thought they would get the kinks worked out when this first started happening months and months ago but it's only gotten worse. Even when I asked about transferring to another pharmacy, that pharmacy said they no longer call to do transfers bc of the not answering phone issue, they have to fax a paper over requesting to transfer a patients info.

It's nice having a CVS in town but I hate going into that store because you have the rudest employees. Let me rephrase that it's usually the managers or whoever's in charge.
