As you can see by the photo, our dog was cut on her nose. This is the second time in the last two, that she was cut (last time it was by her eye), and we were never told this. I would not recommend bringing your beloved pet here.

Rocky says Merry Christmas to the crew at Fur-ever Friends…Another beautiful job. They always do fantastic with Rocky and he looks so great and smells oh so good when he leaves here. Great staff that is very friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby :).

Don’t be surprised if your dog wants to stay a little longer after he’s been groomed. Fur-ever Friends is awesome. I have a toy poodle who I adore, but I do not like the pom-pom poofy cut on my little guy which is the cut every groomer wants to give him. I’ve tried various groomers over the years and just couldn’t find anyone who understands what a puppy cut or a teddy bear cut is UNTIL I found Fur-ever Friends. My little man Charlie is a nervous little fellow, but he adores Jennifer and has from the first time I brought him in. Everyone at Fur-ever Friends is welcoming and you can tell they love what they do. The grooming prices are very reasonable, and Charlie always comes back to me happy and with the perfect cut.

Welcoming and professional staff. I knew my little one was in great care when I arrived. The website was amazing and loved that I could schedule my appointment through it. They did a great job on the grooming as well. Glad I found them.

Stanley loves his grooming days with Jen. He is so excited when we pull into the parking lot as he knows he's getting ready to see all his friends and have the best spa day ever. I highly recommend them. Everyone at the dog park inquires where Stanley is groomed cause he looks so good.

Our Bosley (a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) joined our family last December. Knowing this breed is high maintenance if keeping the coat to breed standards, I knew I needed a good groomer since I did not plan to do full grooming at home. Very happy with Fur-Ever friends! Bosley has gone twice now and is always beautiful, silky coat and fresh smelling when I pick him up. Also did a couple days of overnight boarding when I had to go out of town for work and he did great! You can tell they care about all of the pets in their care. Staff is always friendly and building is clean. High recommended!

If your dog has separation anxiety issues DO NOT TAKE HIM/HER HERE! Worst experience ever. Then charged me full price for half the work. I was told on the phone that they would have to shave my doodle but that they couldn’t seem to manage her because she was scared to death. Explained that she had two fleas so a flea bath was given. When I ask how much longer she would be the answer was 4 hrs. She had already been there for 2 hours. I said I was coming to pick her up and the girl on the phone said ok. I live 5 min away and went immediately there. The owner came out and gave me her sob story about how she was running behind because she had spent so much time on & with my dog. If you nor your staff could handle her you should have called me way before 2 hours. Owner even used profanity while speaking to me. I found them in a middle of a lie because my dog was already shaved down when I arrived. No ears were done, no feet clipped and long hair pieces hanging in areas, no rear end was clean yet they claim to have bathed her. Yes my doodle has anxiety issues due to being mistreated as a pup. Funny how the groomers a mile down the road never had an issue with her. The heck with trying someone new. I can’t believe they would even think to consider charging me full price for an incomplete groom and I even left a tip. I could not even converse with such ignorance. NEVER AGAIN-

I brought Willow in and she was terribly matted. I thought for sure I would be getting a naked dog back. But to my surprise, they did a beautiful job and Willow looks gorgeous. Professional, welcoming staff and I will not take Willow anywhere else.

They cut my dogs nose half off - half groomed him and then said they would pay vet bill today and now she is avoiding us.DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!!

The grooming is awesome and they have a dog run for dogs very clean and the people are awesome
