Always get excellent service! We go for nails they take them immediately back and do a great job! When they are groomed they do an excellent job also. I drive quite a distance to get to them but they are worth the extra time they really care about my fur babies!

I have brought my dog here for five years now. Maggie is a bit skittish about things, however, they’ve never had an issue with her. Just this week, she had her nails and a bath. She came out smelling wonderful with a newly sleek coat. I recommend this place highly!

It took a few weeks to get an appointment but it was definitely worth the wait! Joyce did a beautiful job on my mini-golden doodle Mickey. He smells so great and his cut is perfect!

I love this business and the wonderful people who work there! True professionals. They're the only place that can handle my crazy pup when he gets his nails trimmed/grinded. I'm bummed to see they're closed on Mondays now, as that was the best day for me to go, but happy they will get some must deserved rest. ❤️

Absolutely recommend!! Our Indi is the worst when it comes to getting his nails trimmed, he has severe anxiety over it and freaks out. When we arrived they took him back within mins. Yes Indi was still a nervous wreck but the groomer was so gentle and quick and we were ready to go in under 10 mins. We will definitely be back!!

My dog absolutely hates getting her nails trimmed, and they are normally undercut because of it. They did a phenomenal job getting my dog to calm down and actually getting her nails trimmed down. Would recommend

Joyce is the most kind, caring animal lover ever. I've been with her for 5 years now & never a problem. She's very accommodating & careful with my dog & My dog is generally pretty nasty. Joyce has patience & has always been very gentle. My dog has loved her from the start, which is pretty amazing. Prices are very reasonable. Dog doesn't stay locked up all day; in & out.i recommend her to everyone I know. Thanks Joyce!

I have been going to print my boots for many many years to get my dog's nails dremeled. It's usually impossible to get my girl's nails done with clippers and dremeling is so much easier. They know what they're doing

This a nice grooming salon with experienced and friendly staff, who treats the pets like their own. We had a senior doggie getting a summer buzz, and he was perfectly groomed and came out the door happy, clean, and wearing a dapper scarf. He was not stressed at all after grooming, like seniors are sometimes. We’ll be sure to bring him back for a groom.

Our dogs are definitely a handful. One doesn't like their tail touched, and both are unsure of new people. The groomers here handle them so well to the point where we are floored that the dogs behaved as well as they did. The dogs smell so great after being groomed and the smell lasts for several days. The bandanas are a cute finishing touch as well. The grooming process is relatively quick (about 1.5-2 hours or so for the both of our small dogs). I would highly recommend this place!!

Never take a dog to them. They cut her skin and female parts raw and bleeding. My dog was a king charles and the owner cut her as a cocker.NEVER GO THERE!!

I took my Shihtzu here for her first professional grooming. I knew she might be difficult since she didn't appreciate when I brushed her at home. The groomer did such a wonderful job that I almost didn't recognize her...she looked adorable! I will be bringing her here for all her grooming needs!

Love these Girls! They do such an excellent job for Jake. I have a hard time finding a place that takes LARGE dogs, they seem to specialize in big dog😁. Jake doesn't really like baths, but he is always happy when we pull into the parking lot🐶. Unfortunately since I live in West Virginia poor Jake only gets a good bath once or twice a year. Hope to be there soon, Jake sure needs his bath!

We have been taking our dogs to Primp My Pooch for years. Took Harley, my Corgi/Chow mix, in last weekend. Christina did an AMAZING job!! Would highly recommend to anyone having their pooch pampered!!

My god. Never in my life have I ever seen someone treat a dog so poorly. Cursing at my puppy before she noticed me then quickly changed her tone when I spoke up. No wonder that one way mirror is there.Edit: should add that my puppy was shaken up by the whole ordeal. He was not himself when he came back to us. I’ve never seen him so scared and sad. For reference, he’s an old scotch collie.
