Tried to find a medium size storage bin....didn't have much of a selection and what they did have wasn't priced right...found one I could use and couldn't find the lid for it...asked for help...and he offered to take $2 off... but he didn't understand I needed a lid too.

Every dollar general I go to is worse and worse, even the brand new ones. They're popping up faster than rabbits breed and none of them can find enough people to work. They all have only 1 employee working, and they're usually trying to put up a huge trucks worth of stock in addition to ringing up customers. If they haven't had a chance to get to the stock there is stuff all in the aisles stacked higher than my head. Half the items I'm looking for are out. (probably sitting in one of those stacks but can't get to it because the 1 single employee is busy dealing with customers) Then they just open and close as they please. Some open on time, some don't unlock doors until 10am. Some close at whatever time Google says, some close in the middle of the day, hours before they should. Maybe they should stop building new ones within a mile of ones that already exists and work on finding enough employees to work the ones already open. I know its hard to find people to work these days and it is in no way the employees fault. But seriously, these store are getting worse and worse and there is more and more of them. Do better Dollar Genreal.

Clean Store compared to others I've visited. Young Lady working that afternoon was very friendly and Inviting. One of the Only things that made the Store visit Unpleasant was that it was early evening after a Storm and the Humidity was high was that the Front Doors were open for the Hour I was there allowing an UnGodly amout of flying , biting insects to be "Swarming" in Most parts of the Store, so bad so that I used "Stores Bottle" of bug repellent.

I asked to use restroom, was given key by man at counter.Bathroom has no toilet paper.When I return key, I mention this to man at counter. He doesn't respond.After shopping, while checking out I say you'll want to replace the toilet paper in bathroom.He says they won't till store closes, because that's when they clean bathroom.I said that's unacceptable.He says that's the managements rules.I found another woman who works there, and told her.Ridiculous.

I keep trying to give Dollar General a chance and they just continue to let me down.There's a rude and un-helpful manager that was very unpleasant to deal with and the store was a MESS.They also don't know how FedEx works, so avoid this place if you have a package to dropoff (Fedex Onsite)

The overhaul on the layout of the products on the aisles is nice but the stock is still extremely lacking. The entire medicine and teeth product aisle was 70% empty.

This dollar general has been our go to convenience store since it opened but the last month something has happened. The shelves are half empty and several times we have had to go to the dollar general in longs. Not sure what the problem is. The store has become messy and dirty looking. In the future will visit the longs store. This store is the little River store on hwy 57. Management needs to address these issues quickly.

Customer Service is wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful. My only issue is the trash and rubbish outside the store. Littered with cigarettes, I even noticed the same clothing on the walkway several days in a row.

Was buying things to camp with and I asked her if she was serious and she asked me to leave...I need to speak with a manager or corporate about this bc I am NOT advertising this behavior from ANY store I got into

Ok to pick up something you need. Not my first choice, a bit messy and cluttered with boxes still to be unpacked. Clerk was pleasant and friendly. I needed 2 items and completed my task.

This Dollar general is fairly new. Clean and orderly. Short trip there if I'm in the middle of cooking something and I'm missing an ingredient...beats running 6-7 miles to Walmart! For me...it's convenient!
