CVS HWY 9 in Little River has greatly improved their pharmacy service. No long lines! Both of my recent visits were very quick. The prescriptions were ready within a few hours after they were ordered by the doctor. I was contacted on my phone when the Rx was ready. All is well with CVS now!

Pharmacy clerks hate to wait on public!! I always feel like an inconvenience so that is why I switched to express scripts so I don’t get an attitude to pick up prescriptions

Love CVS for my scripts.Lately they have been way behind on filling them. THEIR MANAGER NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR THE PHARMACY!One cashier was working two registers at a time a few weeks ago.Store is getting a lot of complaints. Another customer told me to use the Little River store on 17, if I can't wait 2 days for my pills.I'm sure things will improve soon.

I used your phone automated system to order my prescription on Friday. I was told my prescription would be available for pick up at noon on Friday. When I came in at 3 PM on Saturday my prescription was still not ready. This is not the first time that the service has been poor. I think I'll check out another pharmacy....and, you know, I won't even receive a \"Sorry we made you wait.\"

They are very busy and under staffed. I’m sure it’s not their fault, but upper management within CVS. The people working here were very rude to me as a result of being overworked. I’m sure they are nice people, but they need more staff.

Drive thru is closed more than open. When you are disabled that is a problem. Prescriptions aren’t ready when promised. Was on hold an hour and 10 minutes at 6 pm I was told no one was available.prescription was sent in on Monday prescription said it was sent in two days later had to call doctor agsin

This store is the only pharmacy in the immediate area and they know it. They treat customers very poorly. I’ve never seen or have been treated so poorly by a company like this!! There needs to be more competition in this area to straighten this company out.

If I could give the no stars I would. I’ve been calling the pharmacy for weeks waiting on hold for hours. I finally got a hold of someone today they said they would be with me shortly. Shortly I got hung up on. I need my medication and this is outrageous.

I have called for 3 days with no success. Went into the store and called to see if phone rang. I noticed the volume was very low. Never had this happen with this store. Disappointed.

The very best pharmacy. Lots of personal attention, works very hard to find medication if the store is depleted. Wonderful personnel.
