The sale started today 3/20/24.They are out of half of the items I'm looking for. Not to mention the manager I questioned said they only put out so much of the sale daily. Meaning, I guess, if I'm not here to get it I'm just out of luck if it's gone by the time I'm off work. So, maybe put some out after the meat department closes for those of us who work late.I miss Winn-Dixie.

Easy access! Plenty of parking & close to the doors. Also, sufficient handicap spaces. There is also a well-staffed Deli, which can prepare party trays or dinners with advance notice.

This is supposed to be watermelon. If I wanted rind I would’ve asked specifically for rind. Fruit is ALWAYS NASTY it’s NEVER SWEET. DONT KNOW WHO YOUR BUYING FROM BUT IT’S not worth the $ I don’t know why I keep buying it. I guess I’m hoping for the day when it doesn’t taste bad. Never gonna happen!!!

Love Ingles, it's a great local grocery store. What makes it better than all the big nationwide corporate grocery stores, is they have been consistently providing food for us rural folks, where the national chains wouldn't come to. They actually have better meat and fish selection than most national chains. They also have a better craft beer selection than most national chains as well.

Normally I have a pleasant experience shopping in your store, and it's usually my favorite Ingles. Today wasn't any different up to the time I reached the cashier to check out. Unfortunately, Rhonda (going by the name on her badge) was the only cashier available at the time. She was quite friendly and sociable towards the two folks in front of me, and I heard her being equally friendly to the person behind me as I was leaving. But for whatever reason, she was very cold towards me. I'm not sure what I may have done to offend her, as I was polite towards her and I don't recall ever having gone through her line before. But she really put a damper on the entire visit. Maybe she didn't like my t shirt (completely inoffensive and had a cat on it)? Maybe my haircut wasn't her cup of tea? Maybe it was the glasses? Who knows. People are strange. But I'll make sure to use the self-checkout next time.

I shop here weekly . Recently I stopped in to get a fish plate at the deli on a Friday.There were only a few pieces on the steam table and they were apparently old , they did not look appetizing at all. I asked the deli employee about when the fresh batch would be ready and her reply was " in 1 hour".Excuse me , an hour to cook some fish?I feel like she just did'nt want to be bothered which is unacceptable for any service dependent business.Ingles prides itself on customer service and this wasn't it.

When I went to Ingles Market this last time I was Very Disappointed with the young man who said that he was a manager... I went to get some fresh donuts & there was a used Band-Aid right on the tray!I asked to see a manager, when the young came over I showed the Band-Aid. He reached in and said " it's not one of my employees because we only use blue Band-Aids. He threw it in the thrash & 3 of the donuts from the tray. I looked st him & said you need to throe that whole tray in the trash! He looked at me like I was the one who put it there... He said it would be fine!!! Then told me that I could have as many as I wanted for free. I told him NO THANK YOU! I also found some Nathan hot dogs that I was going to buy, and found several packages that were expired. I got mine & took the out of date ones to the front when I was paying for my groceries. I told the young man & young lady about them & he walked away, and she went and put them Right back in cooler! I was floored. I left and I will not go back again.I don't like to give a bad review on any place but I've never been treated like that. I thought I was doing the right thing!!RIGHT! What would you have done????

I am disappointed tonight but to see a young worker have his friend come visit him it work tonight and he socialized more than working during my time there. His friend had a young puppy that was barking at all the customers. As someone that has a trained service dog, this is totally unacceptable. It’s things like this that give me a hard time when I’m out with my actual service dog. Untrained personal pets do not belong in the store. Let alone hanging with friends instead of working while on the clock. I would’ve lost my job for doing that when I was that age. The night manager girl (I’m assuming) had no problem with the dog bouncing around and barking at the other customers. The dog was not a service dog nor in training. Point is, just really makes those of us with trained dogs look bad. Unprofessional of Ingles tonight. If they aren’t vested, they need to be questioned within the limits of ADA laws. Sorry to be such a Karen. Just a disappointment to see.

Great place. Has pretty good sale prices. Normal prices are a bit on the high side. The staff are all great. Very friendly and helpful.

I only shop here for convenience because it is very close to my home. Prices are higher than a lot of other places and the produce isn't as fresh as it should be, so if you buy it here you had better eat it that day or day after because any longer it will not be fit to eat. The green peppers are priced way to high, I don't even think of purchasing them here. Also if you are diabetic, this Ingles doesn't carry much sugar free items. I have been asking if they would please carry the minute maid zero sugar lemonade (MM regular lemonade drink is always in stock). Been asking for over 1 year and I have yet to find it here. On a good note the store Is clean and most employees are nice.

Store has been remodeled and I have a hard time finding things, but the customers in the store are fabulous for helping me find what I want. It's very clean and nice. I'm proud for Liberty to have such a nice grocery store for us to buy our groceries in. ✝️💖🤩

This store is very clean and has been updated. It has all the products you could ask for and the staff is very helpful. Their deli section has a good variety and the staff here do a great job of observing food safety protocols.

Poor representative of the chain. Customer friendliness is not on the shelf here, from the snotty gas station attendant to the checker who refused a courtesy card swipe for an out-of-town visitor. Not what I expected for my first ever visit to an Ingles.

The leadership team at our hometown Liberty Ingles makes sure the shopping experiences are easy, pleasant and successful!! Stockers have shelves neatly arranged, cashier's are smart and efficient, best, though, is the staff smiles FIRST! Nice to see that, right?!

MUCH fresher produce and better expiration dates on meats at Pickens Walmart, but better selection of canned goods here. Much nicer employees here than Walmart. Buy on Tuesdays for triple points to get a discount on your next tank of gas.
