Never picks up the phone. Called multiple times. My daughter needs her medication and I'm looking for a nearby CVS that can fill it. Every time I call this one they either never answer or it rings until they/the line hangs up.

Never have my medicine. They send me a text saying they’re preparing it but really they are not. They told me they aren’t allowed to just order my medicine. What a joke. Go anywhere but here. I’m sick of CVS!

The pharmacy at this location is terrible. They never have any medication in stock. Everytime our doctor sends them a prescription to fill they never have it. They are extremely rude and tell you to basically go somewhere else.

Bad reviews should reflect poor service. I needed a prescription filled, waited in the store, what do you know? They closed the pharmacy. I have to return in half an hour. Communication would have resolved this problem. I won't be back for a while.Just to add, the front-end service was good. I needed a passport picture, and the service was very good.

Excellent technicians and great pharmacists, they make you feel like more than just a script number. The entire store is always clean and well stocked. Associate always greets you with a smile as you enter store.

I drove straight from urgent care in Easley to Liberty CVS and no line when I pulled into drive thru. My meds weren't ready but pharmacy associate filled it right away since no one was in line behind me. Every time I've been to this CVS all associates have been really nice!

DO NOT CALL the PHARMACY!!! They will tell you they don't have what you are looking for, just so they don't have to go find out if they have it in stock... I would much rather go right across the street the service there is top notch! CVS just lost a long time costumer.
