Duke is awesome Sunday I went in to look at new wireless collars for 2 dogs and 3 employees was just standing there talking, they all looked at me and said NOTHING I walked down the aisle he was in and greeted me and asked me if I needed any help I went back the next day and he was there he helped me again with the propane tanks hands down to him he needs to be the store manager over every one. If you need anything there look for him (Duke)he will go above and beyond to get the answers.Thank you for the best customer service I had inA long time

No one answered the phone so I drove 15 mins with my dogs to come use the pet wash station just to walk in and the guy says the last person of the day is in it? Several hours before closing, no times posted online or on banner at store

Awesome customer service. We ordered a go cart online for our sons for Christmas and a mistake was made with my order. When it arrived at the store someone accidentally sold it before I got there to pick it up. The staff was so apologetic and did everything they could to make it right. They caught their mistake before I even got there and ordered a new one. They refunded my shipping fee, gave me a discount and even assembled the new go cart when it arrived to make sure we were happy. (we never asked for any of this, btw) Shout out to Justin and Evan for going above and beyond to make it right without even been asked to do so! And shout out to the Manager (whom I didn't meet) who made sure the replacement go cart still got here before Christmas and approved every decision Justin and Evan made to fix this for us.Thanks!

One of my favorite stores to go to for all of my outdoor needs. Well stocked with a lot of different options. Garden center is nicely taken care of and haven't had any issues with the plants I bought from there. Good prices on food and animal supplies. Great customer service.

It was a nice store I was checking out for the first time. There was nothing I was really looking for, just checking it out for the first time. It was a nice looking clean store with friendly employees. If ever I needed anything they carry I would definitely go back. Hf several things I liked in pet supplies and gardening.

I always order my dig food curbside from here( biweekly). We have only ever had one issue when a glitch showed my order already picked up but they were great about it. Highly recommend.

Staff is almost always friendly and helpful. Lack of space to maneuver a cart anywhere near another customer is a bit frustrating. Prices are decent for a chain store.

Took them forever to sell me a shed. I wanted to split the bill between 2 different cards. Could not precess on line or thru the store. They had to call corprate offices. Bummer!
