I got my baby dog 🐶 hair done here. It had been at least since CO vid that his hair had been styled. They were pricey. But a nice 20.00 off coupon and 2.50 pet perks card helped. So, 50.00 plus 10.00 top was great

They did a terrible job.2 nails were never cut,much less GRINDED that I paid 15.00 extra for.His tail was never touched,and they hacked up his hair terribly.I am not happy 1 bit.

I've been bringing my dog there for years but lately I'm having issues with job quality. Yesterday was tge 2nd time I've had to have someone redo my dogs claws. It's like no one did them at all. The staff corrected the issue quickly.

I have three Yorkies and they are high maintenance! We take our fur babies here to get pampered by the best! The last time I went Mikayla groomed our male dog Samson and he doesn’t enjoy being groomed but she is so sweet and funny and took really good care of our baby! He went in with a little bit of matting and he was shaggy, when I picked him up he looked so handsome and she did exactly what I asked for!!! I would definitely recommend taking your beloved pets here! They have a wide variety of services and add on pampering products! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they gave Samson a dog treat at the front register when we were checking out! I also love the variety of dog clothes, collars toys and of course the customizable dog tags that come in all different shapes and sizes! They have a machine that prints your information on the dog tag if heaven forbid your doggie gets lost!

Had a grooming appointment scheduled. When I checked in, the first thing Michelle said was “we had three people call out. It’s been a crazy morning.” She then told me that the service I booked for my dog was not the type of grooming he would need and recommended that I reschedule because they don’t have time for any add-ons. Understandable under the circumstances. However, she didn’t care to explain what type of service was actually needed. She didn’t really want to keep the service as is, she simply wanted me to cancel the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with Petco.

If I could give this place negative rating I would. So my brother in-law had to put his life long fur baby down to illness.I took him to several pet shops to find him a new companion. The first few didn't have and cats, we ended up here where the lady with the adoption agency blatantly came out and told my brother in-law was too old to adopt a kitten it would out live him and the cat would end up on the street and that since he gets around with a walker the kitchen would get under his feet and trip him. SHE SAID ALL OF THIS RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY BROTHER IN-LAW, THAT DEVISTATED HIM! I understand her concern but she stepped way out of line. I will be going back tomorrow to talk with the manager and then my lawyer. CAN YOU SAY AGE DISCRIMINATION

I took my 2yo lab mix Oakley to the groomer for the first time and I highly recommend going elsewhere. I left him for 3 hours and payed over 90$ to not even have a thorough job done. He still was shedding horribly and had a cut across the top of his nose. When I called they said it could have been the kennel or the blower which makes no sense my dog has been crate trained his whole life and the groomer told me when I picked him up they couldn’t use the dryer on him . Definitely will not be back .Do not trust with your animals

I don’t understand why petsmart or the banfield company inside could lose my mothers dog. Her bestfriend was supposed to have been taken care of but instead, they lied and said she slipped off the leash. That’s not possible in any way. Watch where you take your animals to get treated and cared for. They dont have good intentions!!!!

We went in to look at the Hamsters. David S at store 1751 the employee there was extremely friendly and helpful. We explained what we were looking for and he found us the perfect new addition to my small family. We now have a fancy bear/Syrian hamster. He is black and white and now named Oreo. My 11yr old is extatic now. So thank you David Oreo is fitting in lovely

Generally, I prefer a competitor. However, prices are lower. I wish PetSmart educated their employees better. I shouldn't need to speak to multiple employees to get an answer to my question.Product wise, they offer the same kind of things other places do at a lower price. If you need education, seek a specialty store.

dropped our Tibetan spaniel off to be groomed by Mikaela at 10:30 and at 1 she was ready! She did such an amazing job on our fur baby anytime and when she was returned to us our dog was in the best of spirits ♥️♥️♥️ Even gave her kisses and we were leaving! Definitely will be back!

They're knowledgeable, and it's nice when the vet is in. We get a little information about our cats and what to expect, and they offer some good tips.Their fish section is fairly decent and well stocked. Sales are nice and keep my fish tanks healthy with monthly filter changes. I do wish some brands of API foods were in, however I can't blame a store for shortages.All other animals look well taken care of, and employees are always happy to help. Store floors are clean, and shelves are neatly stocked. Thanks guys, keep it up!

Pet smart is really good to get your pets some toys, food and other needs like vet visits and grooming as well. I would not recommend getting the Goldfish because they die really fast. but overall this petsmart the people that work there are really nice.

Jesus rose from the dead to save us from sin and he sent a dog as his messenger. He was a Bethlemite. Which is Northeast of Jerusalem. It was once the kingdom of David and Judea is southwest which is the Kingdom Jacob. Dogs will eventually live outside when they have company. Israel rested and another day was done. Jesus would not smite the believers of Abraham upon his return on Easter. When we all return to our eternal universe our dogs are going to come with us. Happy religious seasons greetings. I was able to find what i needed pretty quickly, but the cashier was rather impatient and announced kind of loudly and in a rude tone that my card was declined, for all the other customers to hear. That wasn't very pleasant. I was however able to resolve the issue and the cashier that rung up our dog food the second time was very nice.
