Told the employees EXACTLY what we needed for our turtle tank the exact size, length and height and they blatantly sold us the wrong items, nothing fits, nothing works, nothing is the correct size, they have no idea what they are doing at this store i will never go back and i don’t recommend anybody go there. Go to petsmart please

Poor management!! Store refused to sell me fish and when asked to speak to Manger, the manager was in heroffice on on break and told me I woukd have to wait to speak to her. I woukd not recommend shopping here.. poor customer service smd managers who are scared to speak to customer.
