Disgusted by how overcrowded the tanks are here. The store offers a variety of supplies yet treats all of the “cheaper” animals like absolute garbage. Rest assured that the $800 birds are well taken care of though. I’ve been here multiple times and never buy anything because I can’t stomach the way they treat the animals here, not to mention the extreme overcharging for almost everything in the store.

This store is well organized and the service is awesome! We have gotten a couple animals from them too which are happy and healthy. They are a bit pricey but worth it.

Natalie is just the best!! We felt so bad coming in 10 minutes before close, but were in a pinch for dog food. She went out of her way to help and even helped us pick out a new toy for our boy. She’s such a gem!!! Would seriously never get dog food/supplies anywhere else because of this experience!

***Second Review 6/11/22:Once again, the staff was fantastic and my daughter was super stoked about her second snake! This time she chose an (white/red/yellow) Albino Milk Snake 🐍! It is of the king snake family and very friendly! With the new addition we had to share this! Welcome home Apollo!!! Hope you enjoy us as we will you!Thanks again Pet Supermarket Family! My girlfriend and I suprised my daughter with a (black and white) California Kingsnake. Every question answered with smiles and will be our pet stop shop destination! You all will be happy to know that we are all excited to have our new addition to the family, Tsunami (snakes name), and for many years to come. This was the best ever. They had great customer service. A woman named Natalie helped us and gave us soo many tips that will help our dog with her many health problems. We came at 7:00 on Wednesday and we keep on coming back!

I'm new in this store , even though it was easy to navigate inside. I didn't take a y picture but all stars are very well organized. since I was in a rush I made a mistake in a purchase, the attendant was very nice in correct my invoice. I found lot of sales and good food for my dogs.

Knowledgable people selling pet stuff. Some regular stuff like meow mix, some high quality like wellness and tikicat. Prices are a bit higher than, say, walmart, but you cant get this higher quality foods at walmart.

Absolutely love this place. All the lovely ladies who work here are always willing to help and assist with anything. One of the managers helped me today with getting my dogs the correct ear wipes, food, and dental treats. Learned a lot from them! Always recommend them

Staff was weird and unprofessional, they were not friendly and seemed like they just wanted me to leave. 2 young girls, the short one with colored hair was nicer then the taller one but regardless it wasn’t the welcoming atmosphere that literally every pet store I’ve ever been in has.Long story short, if owner cares enough he’ll get a better staff that isn’t just there for a paycheck.

Seem to have every must-have for whichever pet you have. Prices aren't bad at all. Staff is always willing to help in any way. Abigail pointed me in the right direction and was very helpful. Definitely will be back to this business where the staff knows their business.

We got a kitten today and went to this store to get supplies. Not ever owning a kitten before, we were clueless. Madi came to our rescue. She helped us get all of the essentials, gave us coupons to help out with the cost, and gave us tips on things like how to get her using the litter box and the appropriate types of dishes to use for food and water, etc. She was so kind and helpful. I'm so glad we chose to stop there!

My pets are my family and as so I want to provide them with the absolute best nutrition, toys, and general at home care. This store allows me to do each of those things at a very fair price. They always have a great selection of new products and brands. If you can’t find something…ask, and they will do their very best to get it to the store for you or find the next closest item in stock. I am a very frequent customer and never see any of the staff just sitting around, so I know they are always working their hardest to keep every thing stocked and organized. Tony, Luke, and Kim always greet me, and even though I know my way around (probably too well!), they always ask if I need help or tell me about any specials/sales. They ask how my pets are and genuinely seem to care. I don’t know of any other pet store in the area that even comes close to that, truth be told you’re lucky if you even get noticed or can find help at other stores. They make you feel like family…which is why I continue to come there for what I need to take care of mine. See you soon!

I went to see the selection of Guinea Pigs and their habitats. Selection was limited. Seems to be overpriced. I only come her for my bird's stuff as they have more quality items than the other local pet stores.

Clean & well organized store. We were welcomed by staff as we entered. In search of fish for our newly set up tank. Donnie assisted us finding the right fish. He was very knowledgeable of many species of fish & took the time to offer suggestions of fish that would go well with our set up. He also suggested food & care instructions. Overall very pleased with our experience .

Customer service was very poor . I wasn’t greeted when I walked in the door with 3 sales associates stood behind the counter talking . When my 5 year old ask for help we waited 15 mins before getting service with no customers in the store. I spend $380 to get treated with so disrespect . Came back the next day to purchase some meal worms for my bearded dragon made a complaint to the Store manager Tony he seems to not care. I will never spend a dime in this store again .

Great place to shop, our puppy loves the cooling "Friends Forever" bed we bought for her crate. They also carry Red Barn which are the best all natural dog chews! Both our puppy and adult dogs love everything we buy here.

They had great sales on toys while we were in there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Lots of varieties of food and treats for us to choose from for our fur babies (dogs)

While this is my go-to pet store, I've noticed as time went on that it didn't necessarily get bad but it hasn't gone any better and I feel now every time I'm there that the shelves are not as adequate as they used to be and they're always seems to be boxes that need to be unpacked, but I don't own this business and I don't get to go often these are just things that when I'm free I happen to notice not saying this place is not wonderful It is quite a great store to go to when looking for pet supplies I especially enjoy it when looking at new things for my fish tank, or new treats to give to my hamsters. Overall I think it's a great store It just might need a few adjustments here and there but what place doesn't 😊

I've been going to Pet Supermarket for a couple of years now, and I love their customer service. Tony has come to be known around our house as my "fish guy". He's even gone out of his way to carry fish that are sometimes hard to find at the big box stores. Their tanks are always healthy, and the staff will let you know on the rare occasion when there is a problem (any fish keeper knows that occasional ich or algae is unavoidable).This place always has great, knowledgeable staff, and a wide selection of anything we need. We've got dogs as well, and their selection of dog food, treats, and toys, is outstanding. They've met all of our dogs, and even helped us pick names for a few.These guys are great, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for our pet needs.
