Excellent choice!We lodged our fur babies for a week and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They even exhibited a great amount of patience with me, as it was the first time we’ve boarded them this long and I checked in frequently.Wonderful staff, very clean facility, ample space and great care taken with the animals. Love them & highly recommend!

I board my dogs here every year. They are fantastic and very friendly. Large spaces and let's all of my dogs board together to reduce stress. One of my dogs has to be fed separately due to food aggression and the staff here are very understanding and accommodating.

My springer spaniel loves staying at Lexington Pet Lodge when we are out of town. She starts getting so excited when she realizes that we are there. They have really nice and helpful staff there, too. Thank you, Taylor, for recommending them to us.

I’ve been a client since John opened Lexington Pet Lodge almost 20 years ago. Hard to believe it’s been that long. My long hair chi boys visit Miss Jennifer for grooming. She’s been absolutely wonderful to us and they get excited when I ask them if they want to go see Miss Jennifer. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are so well cared for when they are with her. And they always come home sporting cute little bow ties that she makes for them.

After trying several pet lodges over the past 10 years we've had our fur baby we found the ONE. Our Nikki is normally apprehensive about staying away from us, but always jumps up on staff which her way of saying she likes you. Love that she loves it. Staff is so friendly, facility is clean and the services they offer are impeccable. Been very impressed every trip. I highly recommend this location.

Haven't boarded there in about a year. Their runs are immaculate, and prices are comparable. May use them next time even though they're further from me than Cherokee Trail.

They have been my go to pet resort since we moved up here and they have done the most amazing job taking care of my dogs. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. I know my girls are in great hands and I don’t have to worry when I drop them off

Going to start this review with an apology. Due to a miscommunication with our son a negative review was placed and removed. Our experience was great. Our dogs were well taken care of during their stay. Unfortunately one of the dogs is older and has arthritis. His condition flared after we got him home. The staff was friendly and the place is super clean! Again I apologize. We will be using you in the future!!

Our dog stayed here for a week. When we dropped him off he was fine; but when we picked him up he had a cough that continued to get worse over the following days. He is coughing so much, he vomits. We finally took him to the vet (costing us another $152) where they told us he has a respiratory infection. I sent Lexington Pet Lodge a message via their website, never heard back.UPDATE: The owner finally got a hold of me. He was very apologetic and agreed our dog must have caught the infection at the pet lodge, even though they haven't had any other animals get sick. He offered to help with the vet bill, and said they would go through and disinfect their facility. Great customer service...rating adjusted!

I don’t trust a lot of places with my dog, Ellie, but they took the best care of my dog. I really appreciate Lexington for taking great care of her. She has separation anxiety but she loved everyone there! Thank for being so welcoming and making Ellie feel at home!

We have been using Lexington Pet lodge boarding & grooming for our dog for 7 years. We could not find a more caring staff to take care of our best friend. They treat him as if he were their own. They are always courteous to us and very understanding to his & our needs. We love the fact that when we call to check on him they take the time to walk back & check him at that time. They have cameras upfront to watch over all the kennels.We have recommended them to friends & neighbors that started using them are are as happy as we are. The reception area is spotless and welcoming, as well as the kennels.They understand the needs of all pets that are boarded there & treat them individually. We recommend them highly, & believe me we are very particular about who takes care of our boy. Thank you to all the owners & staff....Beethoven loves you all!

Lexington Pet Lodge took fantastic care of my dog, and provided updates on how he was doing when I called. Lexington Pet Lodge has air- conditioned kennels with private runs for each dog, and they never come in contact with other dogs. Would definitely use their services again!!

Went on a 5 day vacation, had a great experience. The kennels we're clean, the staff took me on a tour before we left our dog. Had no complaints, Jake had a really good time! Will always board our dog there from now on.

We love this place because the staff is great. They are friendly and they take good care of our pet. We have used them since they first opened in 2011. Our pet was about 4 mths old when we started him there. The Grooming Salon is excellent as well.

I wouldn't leave my babies anywhere else! My Jack Russell is blind and the staff gives her special care and consideration. Not only do they treat my pets very well, they have been overly accommodating to me. I have always found the facilities to be exceptionally clean and in the kennel areas, you smell the odor of dogs but you don't smell odors of unkept or dirty kennels. It is family owned and operated and they care for your pets as part of their family. I also feel more confident about leaving my babies there because the owners live on the property. Some kennels that I visited, once the staff left, no one was on site for emergencies. I didn't like that. I want someone close in case there is an emergency. My babies have been guests at Lexington Pet Lodge since they opened for business. I highly recommend them.

Five stars seriously are not enough for this place. I called yesterday in a panic looking for an "emergency" hair cut and flea bath for my dogs, due to me picking my dogs up yesterday after vacation from a different boarding place only to find that they had gotten fleas from there! We recently bought new furniture so didn't want fleas in our house. Jennifer was amazing!!! Super sweet and understanding and took BOTH of my dogs in right away and got them taken care of. I highly recommend this place and am upset I didn't know abt it sooner!!!!
