Came to Batesburg SC store at 8:45 pm and had doors locked to outside panels and would not unlock for me to look to purchase them. I work all day and not able to come until late and then rush to hook up trailer to come to your store for you to only tell me no you lock your outside doors at 8:40 and will not open them for me to purchase over $2500 worth of supplies??!! Come on Tractor Supply get better customer service!!!

Terrible customer service and it seems like no one knows nothing at this store, never again. Make sure to tell your employees to have a better attitude and actually work. Two girls with an A thats directed to you.

I love going to tractor supply to get my feed for all my animals. The staff is always very friendly and nice... I also like the t-shirts, tools and boots you can buy. I like the products you can buy for your animals. I really enjoy shopping at tractor supply thank you to all the friendly employees that are always greeting you with a smile.

I called ahead of time to make sure this location had the specific type of dog food that I needed which they did, so I asked them if there were someone there that could help bring it to my car because I am pregnant and can only pick up a certain amount of weight. Once I got to the location I’d asked one of the employees if there was someone that could help me with the dog food and she said she already had it waiting up at the front for me! Very happy and thankful for the great customer service!

Store very open, clean, and labeled. Enjoyed walking around after we picked up the dog food we needed. We also spotted the organic veggie seeds, and picked up a few. Garden and weather almost ready. Had a great conversation with clerk at the peeps display. Thinking about getting a few. A very pleasant visit.

Got to love this place. I can't go in there without buying something. Heres a helpful hint. They sell the main chemical that's in Roundup. You can mix the weed killer yourself for a fraction of the cost of Roundup.

Bought MG potting soil, a cucumber plant, and store brand Peanut Butter biscuit treats for our dogs. We also purchase TSC brand large and extra large crunchy bone treats for the pack. The dogs love these treats. I never have bad service or a long wait time in line. Everyone is always friendly. This store is always clean and easy to shop.

Can't say much for the clothes here. But the animal feed and dog treats/toys are decently priced. Good place to check if the local hardware stores don't have some of the larger items. Always well stocked on fencing and farm supplies.

BEWARE!!!Batesburg-Leesville & Red Bank Tractor Supply are INFESTED with fleas and they cannot get it under control. I had been trying to take my dogs to Red Bank for a bath for over a month and everytime I called they give a different excuse of why their pet washing station was closed until someone finally told the truth and said they had a flea problem. I called Batesburg-Leesville Tractor supply over the last month as well and they said their pet washing station was closed due to "water pipes leaking into their break room" but their pet washing station was now fixed and open again. So I took my dogs to Batesburg-Leesville Tractor Supply on Friday who NEVER mentioned they had a flea problem, by Saturday my poor babies had bloody SORES all over them. Luckily they are on symperica religiously. I went into Tractor Supply in Red Bank today and they told me that Batesburg-Leesville called them and told them to shut their pet washing station down also because they had a bad flea problem. I now have to shave my DOUBLE COATED German Shepherd just to get down to the sores and bites to medically treat them which will cause long term health issues for her. DO BETTER Tractor Supply, ask for proof of monthly flea and tick preventatives before allowing anyone to wash their dog at your locations that offer pet washing stations.

Love, love. LOVE having Tractor supply company right at home. No more day trips to purchase feed, supplies and extras! Great staff, plenty of parking- even for big rigs or horses being trailers can maneuver in and out.

Don't give me a coupon for my birthday and only good over 50.00 bucks. Kinda pitiful. I know go to home town feed and seed to get what I need . Sad tractor supply. Just sad.

They are the best place to buy bolts, nuts, washers and screws because they sell them by the pound. They also have a great selection on things you utilize around the farm and house.

It's a new store, Lord willing I'll see how it is 5 years later. So far it's kept stocked, in good order. Hope it stays that way. TSC in Lexington is a terrible mess, Lady's there are very nice, but the store is a disaster all the time. Stock room exploding, shelves poorly stocked, need better help, college help just not doing what needs done. TSC in Irmo was well managed in 2016, hope it still is. Feed prices are way too high. Oil went way down, how come feed has not followed.

I like going here because they have a little bit of everything.From clothes to hardware. Pet supplies including food, treats, medicines bedding etc From guns to cleaning supplies.Outdoor items from pull behind trailers, wheelbarrows,lawnmowers to vegetable & flower seeds! Just to name some of what's there! The only thing that I see that could be better is that some of their items are a bit pricey!

Was a great experience, went in for a piece to fix my trailer hook up (lights for trailer hook up) worker by the name of Mason helped me , he explained to me how to hook it up, even took it apart and showed me how to wire it, very helpful and considerate, giving him a shout out. Thanks Mason!!!

Customer Service is declining employees sitting around talking about playing video games and extremely uninterested in answering any customers questions. One even said "yup if we have any it'll be over there on that wall". Ok which wall and where? Ugh

TSC is one if my favorite stores. I just wish they had at least one more person working. It seems too much for just two people up front sometimes.
